really nice place! the staff is welcoming and kind, the decor is very detailed and unique- the ambiance is one of a kind. the menu is also large & fully vegan which is nice to see. i tried the "PFC", a vegan take on fried chicken. it was very crispy and flavorful, and i ordered a side of thai chili sauce to dip them in. i can't wait to come back and try more!

10/10. The sweet potato fries were my favorite. Honestly, this is the best Vegan sandwich I have had so far. The vegan cheese was a 10/10 omg it was sticking to my lips I felt like a kid!

    Under cooked garlic naan

If I could give this a 0 star, I would. It was a complete joke. Out of the 4 dishes I ordered, only the fried mushrooms were remotely edible. The "kabob koobideh" was nothing more than a pile of mush with no texture or flavor. The rice tasted like sawdust, and the vegetables were so burnt they looked (and tasted) like something that could cause cancer. When I asked about it, the server told me it was "supposed to be charred." If you work in a restaurant, you should know the difference between charred and burned. The pickled vegetables were unbearably sour, like they had been soaking in straight vinegar for days or weeks. And don't even get me started on the naan -- calling that naan is an insult. It was clearly frozen, par-baked pizza crust straight out of the Sysco freezer, tossed with some seasoning, and still under cooked on the bottom. To top it off, the server needs training -- both in product knowledge and basic service. If you're going to charge premium prices, at least educate your staff so they don't give customers wrong information. And maybe teach them how to set a plate down without dropping it. This place needs to seriously get its act together before charging what they do. Right now, you can't even get me to eat there for free.

    PFC--rather greasy

They have some delicious vegan pizza. Their food is a bit pricey, but their vegan pizza is worth it. Their pizza sauce is the bomb and they use a blend of different cheeses to create a delicious bubbly blend. So good! I didn't like their hash browns as much and their PFC was a bit too greasy, but their baked wings with their dipping sauce are delicious and I would get that over the PFC.

So I went here on a Sunday afternoon around 2ish and my friend and I were the only ones in there for a good hour. Maybe the lunch rush was done, but it was super quiet. Nonetheless, we were greeted and told to sit anywhere. The vibes inside were cute but I felt like it needs more decor. There were a ton of items on the menu, which was a tad bit overwhelming, but glad they had different cuisines you could choose from. I got the chicken alfredo pizza and added spinach & pickled jalapeños while my friend got the kabob koobideh and sweet potato fries. The fries were so good and crispy and even had like a pizza flavor? Can't explain it but definitely try that out! My pizza was surprisingly good, which my favorite part was actually the crust. We both also had teas, which were good. Definitely recommend trying this place out, especially if you're vegan/vegetarian or have any food restrictions (such as for me with lent).

What a nice find! Our daughter is vegetarian and gluten free so finding a restaurant where she can choose between more than 2 salad options on a menu is hard to find. The food was very flavorful and plentiful. Tons of options! We got the GF wings, kabob, Astro dog, and gyro with garlic fries. They have GF naan! Man it was all great and we will be back.

The vibes were great, and the food was good. The service was good as well. I have not been back however I do plan to go someday.

Quick Visit to Houston & found this awesome vegan gem! I loved it! The chef was amazing! It's an open kitchen so you can see the creativity and passion as he plates each dish. The staff were so attentive and sweet. It has a Greek/Alien Theme Vibe. I think the name relates to the Pythagorean theorem but that could be a reach. There was a great live band playing smooth jazzy tunes. We ordered the Fried Mushrooms, Loaded Fries, Falafel sandwich and Fried Wings! Hands down 10/10 for everything. Oh and the drinks are strong. The food was reasonably priced for a vegan establishment...I'm definitely coming back.

My wife and I came here on Saturday night, on a recommendation, and really enjoyed our food. We asked for recommendations and they said the space swamp and the annoying vegan pizza. The space swamp was a little spinach dip pizza and it was delicious! It tasted like actual cheese!!! The annoying vegan was the real star of the show, packed with "meat" and "cheese", it really took me back to my Pizza Hut days. My chicken parm sandwich was also delicious and I crushed it very quickly. Everyone there was super nice and helpful, the food and ambiance was out of this world. (Pause) 11/10 would recommend.

Food was just not it! I wanted to live it but just because it's healthy doesn't mean it will taste as good as it is good for you.

Our server was very attentive, checked in often and noticed when we needed refills and our appetizers cleared. We started with the egg rolls and Heaven Beef as appetizers. The Heaven Beef was served with sticky rice and a flavorful dipping sauce that paired perfectly with the beef. My only suggestion is to eat the sticky rice right away, as it hardens quickly once it cools. For my entrées, I ordered the Drunken Noodles with chicken and the Lobster Curry. Both dishes were packed with bold flavors and spice. It was my first time trying lobster curry, and it definitely didn't disappoint. The lobster was cooked perfectly, buttery, and not tough at all. You also have to try the Thai tea! It was refreshing and complemented the meal perfectly. Whether you're looking for lunch, dinner, takeout, or a date night spot, this restaurant is a fantastic choice. A Beautiful Venue, Great Food & a Whole Vibe!…read more We visited The Roof for our Girlfriends NOLA Jill Scott Concert Brunch, and we had such a wonderful experience! First, the venue is absolutely beautiful. From the moment our group arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. They made our group feel right at home, and that always makes a difference when you're traveling and celebrating with a large group of ladies. Now, let's talk about the FOOD! The brunch was served buffet-style, and I must say--everything I tried was delicious. There was a great variety, including fried chicken, catfish bites, seafood pasta, red beans and rice, vegetables, potatoes, spring rolls, fruit, and more. I enjoyed everything, but those fried catfish bites and seafood pasta were the standouts for me. I went back for seconds on both! And if I go back for seconds, you know it was good! The bartender deserves her flowers too! She was handling the crowd by herself and did a great job keeping things moving. Most importantly, the drinks were perfectly made. Nothing watered down or thrown together just because she was busy. And the DJ was definitely a vibe! The music added exactly the right energy to our brunch and had us enjoying ourselves before heading out for the Jill Scott concert. I also have to mention the owner is such a sweetie! Not to mention she's also from New Orleans! You could feel the hospitality, and we truly appreciated how well our Girlfriends NOLA group was treated. Thank you to The Roof for helping make our Houston weekend even more memorable. Between the beautiful venue, delicious food, good drinks, friendly staff, great music, and warm hospitality, we had a wonderful time. Girlfriends NOLA approved! We would absolutely visit again!
