I like pepperoni's pizza, but a different location. I am a loyal customer of a location out in Richmond, it's not 5 stars but it's still pretty good. Their garlic bread is good, and the pizza is decent. And they are NICE and HELPFUL. Unlike this location. Have gone on two different occasions, first time delivery took well over an hour and the pizza was cold, and the garlic bread was black on the bottom. Waste of money. The second time we went to carry out and once we got in the car we realized they were missing part of our order, went back in, and they were incredibly rude. Didn't seem to care. Was met with an "ok" and they didn't even offer to either make it quickly, or take it off the bill. We had to pull teeth to get our money back for the wings. The people here don't care, they constantly mess up orders or serve sub-par food, and I'm surprised it's still open to be honest. If you're craving pizza, go to blaze or mod. If you want delivery, order Russo's. Stay as far away from here as you possibly can. Will be more of a hassle than it should be for bad pizza. read more

Expected delivery time 45-60 mins. 12:50 I calendar to confirm time and the manager said it would be delivered by 1pm. 1:05 I called and the manager began to explain that there was a big order so ours was not finished. She stated it would be there shortly. I asked what that meant, she stated 3 mins it should be ready. Ready to leave the store that is. Call ended 1:15 I called back and question the order. I stated the time that I called and her 3 min time frame she gave me. I stated I called 10-15 ago and still no pizza. She said I didn't call that long ago and she said I was wrong. I said that maybe she should not have given me a time in which the pizza would leave the store. I hung up- without saying goodbye. BDay party no pizza!! Again I ordered at 11:45 am. 1::16 still no pizza I called and began to share her store problems and then .... SHE HUNG UP ON ME! 1:18 I called back and was not happy that she hung up on me and she stated she didn't hear anything that is why she hung up! Really taking a breath does not mean the call ended.
