The rib had a good amount of fat (to be expected) but had a lot of silverskin and sinew which should have been removed prior to cooking. The potato was not cooked and was hard in the middle. I got that swapped for fries which were decent. Service was eh just ok and not to attentive.

I'm guessing they will have a bigger selection once the volume picks back up. I just ordered a Fiddlestix IPA and a small buffalo wings. The beer was a nice 16 oz. pour, and the wings came out hot and juicy. $12 for 8 wings is reasonable. The blue cheese was clearly made in house and was great. Next time I might get a larger order of wings for a few bucks more. Overall I loved the spacious layout and good menu. I could make this a weekly hangout.
