I don't know what's going on here but this is the second time I've gotten food from this place and let me say it like this... have you ever gone to a restaurant and it's near closing, so they kinda just give you extra food? That's this place except it's ONLY 12 PM!! The first time, I got three tacos and I could make like 4 more tacos with all the meat that fell off my tacos... no lie.. this time, my freakin burrito was so big that it weighed down the plate and I couldn't even eat it all... and I'm a grown man.. 5'11, 195 and I got defeated by this burrito... not to mention that they are the nicest people on earth... these people are my people now.. damn burrito!!!! read more

I ordered the barbacoa burrito and it was huge! Great value for your money. The burritos were large and delicious. The meat was soft and the service was very quick. There were not a lot of seating arrangements but the service is so quick that you can take it to-go. It was also very casual. I would come again! read more

I haven't been to peppers in YEARS, but it's till the same. The food is still great and the same lady still works there and she's as nice as I remember. Theres nothing that fancy when walking in just tables and a fridge for drinks, but not complaining cause it's a taco joint. I got the barbacoa, spicy pork, and the fish. I really loved all of them to be honest, my favorite was probably the barbacoa! My favorite thing about peppers is that my tacos are always so full and loaded! Came on a random weeknight that had a steady flow of customers. The establishment is as simple as you can make it for street tacos. One sheet menu. This is it and this is why you get. Love it. Ordered steak, chicken and fish tacos on corn tortillas. No mods and ate as advertised. Got green and red sauce. Liked both though I felt the green sauce could've been spicer. Both sauces not on the creeamy side, which I'm cool with. Chicken was the most flavorful and moist. Steak was good, a little dry this day but adding sauce was like what did you say about being dry?! lol. Fish taco was a fish taco, lol. Tilapia fish that is. Would definitely come back. read more

I have been wanting to try Pepper's for quite some time and I'm so glad I finally did. I ordered the chicken quesadilla which came with rice and beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream and mild or hot sauce. I loved the vibrant green mild sauce. The tomatoes, onions and cilantro, as well as the guacamole were so fresh and delicious. The chicken was full of flavor and the quesadilla was perfectly grilled. The owner was so nice and I could tell that she and her husband care about the quality and quantity of food they make. I highly recommend Pepper's! read more

The foodie group that I belong to on Facebook highly recommends this place so, after seeing pictures of the huge portions, I really had high hopes, but was severely let down. The cashier is super nice, but waiting 20 minutes for three tacos was a bit unreasonable. I ordered three tacos, one fajita, one Pastor /spicy pork, one Barbacoa and a side of rice and beans. I tasted the beans first, because that's always a good sign of what the rest of the food is going to taste like, and not only was the beans, barely room temperature, they completely lacked flavor. And the rice was a huge portion, but had a ton of onions and pico de gallo, which was a bit of a letdown. As for the tacos, the Al Pastor was hot and looked fresh, but the other two meats were dry, barely lukewarm, and were nothing special other than the portion size was quite large. Unfortunately, large portion size doesn't make up for absence of flavor and meat that looked like it was almost day-old. I hate leaving unfavorable reviews but I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon. read more

Food was genuinely delicious and fairly priced, about 6$ for two big tacos in my case. I got the barbecoa and fajita and both where really good. I would give this a 3.5 overall. The menu is limited, but has the necessary items. I decided on the chicken burrito. It was HUGE!!! Filled with rice and chicken, I wish the guac, pico, sour cream, and salsa was inside the burrito instead of served on the side. That would have taken the plain burrito to the next level. The place how a small dine in area, but everyone was getting their meals to go. I did watch the last at the counter greet one of her regulars with so much love!
