Way too often, you'll have to wait outside and see if anyone is finished loading their car trunks, to ask to use their shopping cart. Another issue I generally find are long lines when when shopping on a weekday/midday, even today! Once I completed checkout, there was yet another line. There was a greeter checking your receipts to see if you missed any items and although this doesn't usually take too long it took a couple of minutes to fill the backlog. This BJ's will get you your essentials, but don't expect the best service here.

The self checkout lanes were little mismanaged, as I couldn't tell where to wait in line. Luckily there was no waiting, so I went to one of the kiosks right away, but there was no scanning gun. So I had to manually scan the barcode of each item, including the 50 lbs ice melt bucket. I also saw people waiting in line, though there were empty kiosks around me, until one of the associate finally noticed and started to guide them.

There are customer service kiosks on both floors, too. It's so much more efficient and nicer in design.
