From the start, the quality was disappointing. Some of the handles had stripped screw holes, and there were cracks on the inside back of the cabinet. The storage drawer for trash and recycling was busted from day one--we couldn't even open it fully, and when we reached out for help, the only advice we got was to "just give it a good yank." After doing so, the soft-close feature completely stopped working. It also took months to get a technician to replace the kitchen vent, which turned out to be a mismatched size, causing even more issues. Overall, Home Supply's service falls short. When we reported the issues, we were brushed off, and the staff seemed indifferent unless you were there to buy more products. A very disappointing experience.

I called the owner of the store and she said she felt really scared for me and did not feel it was any of their responsibility. I find it extremely sad that these people re in business with no understanding of what they did wrong, forcing my locks that I dont even use and then denying the details and then threatening me that I wrote a bad review is really sad. I cannot do any more business with untrustworthy defensive people like them. I do not recommend.

The range was dented, just as advertised, but was new. A few screws were missing and a grate piece from the middle was gone. But for the price, how could I say no? We got the range home and with a trip to the hardware store, the missing screws were replaced. Richard (I think he is the owner) ordered the missing grate pieces that were over $100 and had them shipped directly to my home. If you are in the market for a high end appliance, don't mind some scratches or dents and would like to save 50% or more, you should definitely check out All Major.
