My experience was fairly brief but satisfying (that's what she said). My husband and I were serviced within 20 minutes. This included consultation on framing and type of glass. The owner has a keen eye for what looks good. We had our own ideas in mind, but he made a few suggestions to enhance the matting colors and frame selection. We weren't the only customers in the store, but he was able to work with each group simultaneously, but not disruptively for either group. Not being in a rush, the estimated ready date of under three weeks from drop off sounded perfect. The frames was ready as scheduled. As others noted, the prices were market standard.
