Complaint Letter About Ongoing Illegal Parking at 38 Fountain St…read moreTo Whom It May Concern at Stonelink Property Management, I am writing once again to report the ongoing issue of illegal parking at 38 Fountain Street, Woonsocket, RI 02895. I have contacted your office multiple times and have even spoken directly with staff about this problem, yet nothing has been done to address it. There is a large posted sign at the back of the parking lot clearly stating that unauthorized vehicles will be towed. Despite this, the rules are not being enforced. At this time, a Toyota Camry with license plate 2AJ 650 continues to park here illegally. The driver does not live at this property and is occupying a space that belongs to a resident. This situation is extremely frustrating. When management fails to enforce parking rules, it sends the message that anyone can park here, even if they have no connection to the building. Residents who pay rent and rely on their assigned parking spaces are being disrespected and inconvenienced. I am requesting that Stonelink take immediate action to enforce the posted parking policy. This includes issuing warnings, documenting violations, and towing unauthorized vehicles when necessary. The sign is meaningless if the rules are not upheld. My dog has been in and out of the vet with a respiratory ailment and Parkview's management (Forest Properties) still refuses to clean. There is literal sewage (read : your neighbors SH) leaking from the drain in the laundry room. The plumbers that service the building have said they've told management repeatedly that the pipes need to be redone in a few buildings to stop this from happening and they flat out refuse. They hire the cheapest laborers to work on the property, they had (supposedly unlicensed) men in my building this week installing new lights and they left a huge mess, a pile of ceiling pieces, pieces of cut wire, wire caps, used tissues and cigarette butts. All of this is directly outside of my door and it's now been three days since the mess was left and I've called management every single day and still they refuse to clean it. I have pictures from my building and three others in addition to pictures of the grounds for anyone interested. The apartment and grounds look NOTHING like the photographs here. They send maintenance out to any building they are showing the day of to clean it up, it's literally the only time they clean.. The women in the office are disgusting, they lie to your face, they cheat left and right and other than when they show apartment, neither one walks the property to see what's happening. I am leaving reviews and photos on every site I can find. Stay away from this place. ( Did I mention they raise the rent $35 a year? Residents who've been here 20+ years are being priced out for criminals and drug dealers who will agree to the outrageous prices making for a horrible living environment. People screaming and fighting, music blasting, trash everywhere...). They will respond to any of this with lies, read other reviews and walk around the property before you consider this place. Also consider, the pet rent is $25 per pet, PER MONTH. 2 cats = $50 a month for every single month you live here, $600 a year. ***Update 4/17/19 : I received a reply from management, you can see the comment made by "Catherine F." After six years of working with Real Property Management, I have to say that at every turn, they have always made every effort to have our requirements addressed. Today, we had a situation where one of the staff at RPM went way beyond her duties, and made herself available after hours to meet a serviceman to let him into the building. When I called her, at dinner time, she literally said "don't worry", and ran out her door. This to me is like having a family member there for you, and I was blown away enough to write this.
