Outstanding service from Alex, Ivan and Juan! Coming out of Coyote Flats, had a major side puncture on the last 2 miles. Called and got Ivan. This was a Sunday afternoon. They were closing but today stayed open to take care of our tire repair. We arrived with two other vehicles. They aired us all up. Put a new closely matched tire in place of the destroyed one. Rotated a rear tire to be the new spare on the marred but serviceable rim. PLUS they helped a companion vehicle who had a rock bent rim leaking air. Alex carefully coaxed the rim to acceptable shape. These guys are amazing! We were up in Mammoth and one of our air valves on the tire was leaking. We called everywhere and no one would help us. Finally called Perez and they said bring it on in. Come to find out it wasn't the air valve it was just a bent extension for the inside tire. They removed the extension , filled all the tires on our class A motorhome and we were on the road! This is a great tire shop! I came in here on a Friday memorial day weekend during Mule days and Ivan helped me out tremendously. He had my tires in stock, finished everything within an hour and gave me a great deal. I saved lots of $$$ by coming here instead of the other shops in Bishop and Mammoth. The tires I purchased were at least $50 more a piece up in Mammoth. He even was able to take off the locking lug nuts on my wheels since I lost the socket to them. Most people would charge for such a service and try to take advantage of me being from out of town and driving a BMW. Very friendly and professional service, I would recommend everyone to come here. Called 10/22 for a quote to install 4 new tires from Tire Rack. After telling them the size, they said 90 mounted, balanced, and old tires disposed. Showed up next day and was quoted 85 + 30 disposal. The younger gentleman's only explanation is "that's what the dump charges". Actually the dump charges $4 per tire as listed on their website. This place is amazing! We had the tire problem light on our Audi come on outside of Bishop at 4pm Saturday on the MLK holiday. We found this tire store open. They did a thorough assessment and found 3 of our 4 tires with bulges that could have caused a blowout while going high speeds on 395. Scary! On Monday, a holiday, the owner's dad drove to Riverside and back with our specialty tires! The owner, Ivin, and his dad, Alex, were truly angels...so knowledgeable and kind. I'm out of town but a long time Eastern Sierra visitor, camper, fisherman, etc., since childhood. I happened to see the Perez tire service business on Monday past and I was in need of having one of my boat trailer cool hubs serviced for a leak. I spoke to Ivan who is the son and explained the situation. I had parts to the Ranger boat trailer, broke it down to Ivan as to what needed to be done. Ivan said to bring it in today Friday and he would get it done. I arrived by 9am, Ivan stated it could be by 11am. I stayed in Bishop and low and behold just before the 11am hour Ivan called and said the work was complete. An important issue completed. I checked out with Ivan's father. We got a flat tire in Mammoth and none of the shops there had a suitable replacement. Had to get it fixed at Perez Tires in Bishop. I was amazed by the service. Not only were we helped right away (the total time for the replacement was 20 minutes from the time we parked) but they also vacuumed up our car which had heaps of rocks and dirt in it that were dragged in from our popped tire. It was unbelievably affordable, too. We would easily have had to pay 3x as much if we'd gone to the dealership instead.
