Not worth the deal. The day after getting my lip threaded I started having irritation. It turned out that I contracted a staph infection. I called and the girl I talked to said that the girl who did it was very new and I'm not even sure if they were licensed. I've had to have operations, medication, lose time at work.... I've gone here religiously since they've opened and loved my brows every time I got threaded! Well.. until the last two times.. this girl (much younger than the other ladies) did my brows last month and I was not pleased but I figured she was just busy/new that day. Well I came in today and she took off way more than last time and now I have 90s brows. I still tipped and left but I'm probably going to cry and hide away for the next few weeks. I have learned my lesson: Don't let the newbie touch your brows. read more

I came to get my brows done from Prati and didn't see her and was told would be here tomorrow but I end up with new girl and it was a mistake. Now I have to wait again to grow so I can get it redone by her .. I will go see her tomorrow and see if she can retouch and fix it for me .. read more

Be very careful going here. I have gone several times, and now they are threading brows too thin. It looks like the 90's are needing their brows back. In addition, employees are too interested in talking to each other, and not the customers. read more

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for the better part of a decade and this is the second time I have been unhappy with the final product. The bar was not busy (plus side), so I was able to get seen literally right after I walked in the door. The woman that was doing my eyebrows assumed I apparently liked it rough. While she instructed me to hold my brow in place, she had disregard for me and the fact that she was threading in my face. She did trim them down a bit, but did not shape them like I am used to. She tried to do my upper lip and part of my chin as well. I will have to go back and do some plucking and not to mention that I will have some ingrown hairs too, since she did not take her tIme, or care. I guess I'll just have to make an excuse to go to Lawrence every time I need to get my eyebrows done. Skip the brow bar and see if anyone in your hair salon will help you out. read more

I love this place. A lot places around town have started eye brow threading but this place is the best. Yes they can have long times but worth it! Romana is the one o always try and see and she always does a great job. My eyebrows always come out perfect. Each visit for your eyebrows is $12. read more

I highly advise you not to come here. The employee's are very rude, while they're doing your eyebrows they're talking to each other breathing hot breath all over your face and leave you to answer their personal phone. Not to mention i have never seen anyone wash or even sanitize their hands before doing any work on your face..... I grew my eyebrows out for 6months only to come back and have them done and they made one obviously shorter than the other. When i told the woman i was unhappy with them she got very defensive and started arguing with me saying that's just my eyebrows. She threaded my upper lip as well. While she was doing this, i not only felt area where she was pulling hair out, but she was pinching the corners of my lips with the thread every time she pulled hair out. When i looked in the mirror i saw that she had cut my lips and i had blood on my lips. When i brought this issue up she started denying the fact that i had blood on my lips when i clearly had blood on my lips...The people here are very rude, unwelcoming and i have never been happy with the job they do on my eyebrows. They just do a lazy job to get you out. I will never go back and i do not recommend this place at all. 0/10 read more

I switch off between the Towne West and the Towne East location, but I will not be coming back to Towne East. The employee was rude, and uninviting. She put all her weight on my arm, which is whatever, do what you have to do, but it got worse. I am a regular! I know how this works! I've been going for YEARS. I kept laying down and then I feel her SLAP my leg. I sat up and she quickly, and harshly rubbed my eyebrow with a dry cotton ball! They've always put some liquid on my eyebrows while I'm laying down. I was very caught off guard and saw that my forehead was bleeding!! I went to pay, and asked for a new punch card. The employee then told me that they DISCONTINUED THEM FOREVER. I called this evening and spoke to someone who said that was false. I'm very unhappy. read more

I like the shape they ended up. But I felt like she was too rough and rushed with me. I also feel like it's a little over priced. I also seemed to be having some sort of rash/pimples that I usually never have. Would not recommend. Still looking for the perfect eyebrow place in Wichita. read more

Walked in and they told me they were closed 15 minutes before the closing time. Horrible service, not even a greeting or an apology.

I'm a regular. I like to go to the same person but sometimes the same person is not available or working. Most of the workers do a great job. I have had a couple new people that didn't do exactly what I like but I still have been going back. I have had more good visits than bad. read more

One star on this most recent visit. Usually I have as much of a good experience as one can have when it comes to threading your eyebrows. Except this time, I left with mismatched eyebrows. The lady even said she took more off the right one than the left. Seriously! Don't go when there's only one lady working, because that's when mistakes happens. The place should at least have a backup threader so when there's a line out the shop, no one is in a hurry. I'm very upset! read more
