Outstanding service by Nira and Sri! I've always had my brows waxed but my daughter has thick eyebrows and very sensitive skin so I thought threading might be a better alternative for her. The salon was very accommodating, squeezing us in on a busy afternoon. Nira did a beautiful job on my daughter's brows, thinning them considerably per her request and shaping them to have a bit more arch. She checked in with my daughter at several intervals and was happy to accommodate when my daughter asked for just a bit narrower brow. Nira was kind, efficient, and highly skilled -- a very positive experience for my daughter who was nervous at first but very happy with her finished look. I've just moved to Portland from California and I needed a good eyebrow lady. After searching I've decided on this place, and I'm so glad I did! This place does take appointments now because of COVID, but they let me walk in because they had no appointments. They lady that threaded my eyebrows was named Mira, and she was so sweet! She took her time and didn't just rush through, she really wanted my eyebrow perfect which I enjoyed. I didn't mind the time she took because me eyebrows look great! Don't get fooled by the lack of reviews--yes, they are a young business (I think they opened just a month ago) BUT the sisters that run this salon have years of experience. I have known them for a couple of years now and I won't go to anyone else to do my eyebrows!! They are really friendly and provide excellent service! They have a keen eye for designing eyebrows that works best for one's face shape-- I know because I always get a lot of compliments on my eyebrows, and so do the friends I have recommended to them over the years. I've gotten my eye brows threaded here twice now and like the work she does. I have thinning brows so I am very conscientious of being conservative on thinning my brows. I explained to the woman who does the threading (apologies, I do not know her name) my desire for her to be conservative while creating more definition. She did a wonderful job, finding a good balance between removing as much as needed to create a nice eyebrow line but also keeping as much hair as possible. I find after I go to her it is easier for me to follow my eyebrow lines when filling in and they look more polished. I'll definitely keep coming back. read more

In 2013 I got my eyebrows threaded for the first time by Nira, and she's been my eyebrow lady since I was 18 years old. I found out her and her sister opened their own threading place and I've came here ever since. Because I have bushy/thicker eye brows I come in every 2-3 weeks. Nira does an excellent job and I've been to different eyebrow threading places at the mall, as well as out of state and they really really pale in comparison to Nira and her sister's work. I've been to many different threading salons in California and on the east coast and this is by far the best of all I've been to. Clean venue with lots of natural lighting and does not have that stuffy claustrophobic smell that some salons have. The service was friendly and despite having a busy day and it being 1 hour from closing time, the woman who took care of me spent three times the amount of time I've received from other salons. She was so diligent, thorough and patient in cleaning up my brows and upper lip. She asked friendly questions when I got there and made me feel welcome and then it was pleasantly silent throughout the appointment. Total (without tip) for eyebrows and upper lip was $22. read more

Great experience! I had my eyebrows and lip threaded. Looked great afterwards and the process was nice as well. Careful and precise, and also soft (meaning not as painful or harsh) in the threading.
