I have a very sensitive skin but for the past few years, I had been going to this waxing place in Beaverton to get my facial hair removed and eyebrows done too. I learned about threading from my best friend who tried it and said I have to go to this place. Through the I learned that threading is more safe, precise and less painful than waxing. I didn't believe them at first but when she threaded my eyebrows and then my face, her hand was so light, I hardly felt any pain. NEVER GOING BACK TO WAXING EVER. Out of all the places I've gone to thread my eyebrows, this place is the Best. They have so many years of experience and are really passionate about what they do. Its right close to DMV in Beaverton which is perfect because i live nearby. Telling all my friends and returning back here again and again. Mira did an excellent job on my eye brows, she was very meticulous and made sure they were even and looked exactly how I wanted them too. She was very friendly and the shop is so clean and inviting. Like most people, I know the value of a good eye brow shape, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the way they were done here. Also very affordable. This is my new routine spot! I checked my account and notice a charge for $29.99 for December and January for a membership that I never agreed to. I had my eyebrows threaded back in November 2025 they asked for me to put my information on their iPad as usual when you pay which I think it's weird they ask for email phone number and your name I paid I gave them a tip and somehow they signed me up for a membership that I didn't even know they had I don't even know what the membership covers. I went to get a refund and talk to them about it 1/11/26 they said they couldn't help me the worker there was having a hard time understanding there was a language barrier she told me to call the manager and gave me his number I called the manager the next day he told me he couldn't help me he told me to email corporate and tell them what happened and ask for a refund. It's frustrating to know that they aren't willing to help when it's obviously their fault. Please be careful. check your accounts.
