This would be my second time coming to this establishment and I remember not having the best experience the first time. My co workers all recommended this place and decided to give them another try. Let me just say this was the most painful threading experience I have had. While she was threading my eyebrows, I felt a burning sensation almost like I was getting cut by the thread. I was not wrong because when I looked at my eyebrows in the mirror there were cuts to my left eye brow, under the arch. She was not gentle and was very ruff when she was dusting the hairs off my face. She used her hands and not the tissue. My experience was very disappointing and I will never be back. I walked in to get my eyebrows waxed, but felt comfortable to try threading even though I heard that it hurt worse than waxing. That was a lie...threading isn't so bad and it comes out very clean...better than waxing! I got my discount pass- 5 visits for $75 (eyebrows and upper lip) and I am returning for my 3rd visit in the past 3 months this week. It really lasts like a month+, but my hair grows slow. Rajesh is the eyebrow queen! Rajesh gives my eyebrows life! From Northern California to the desert, Rajesh is *THE BEST* eyebrow threader I've ever come across. My dad is Persian so you know my brows can get out of control. However, in the last couple months, for some reason or another, my brows have formed bald spots causing them to look sparse and shapeless (age? hormones? stress?). I was kind of in an eyebrow slump because they had lost their life. Not thinking it was any use to get my brows shaped until they grew back, I just happened to be getting pho next door when I saw the grand opening sign and saw it was empty and went in. Rajesh is super welcoming, soft spoken and warm. She said they literally just opened a couple days before and listened to my sob story and had me sit. In less time than any threader I've been to, she shaped my brows into the shape my brows were before they hit a slump, and breathed life back into my brows. I did not think it was possible but Rajesh is a master! She somehow shaped my sad looking lifeless brows to make them look full and beautiful again, and her technique somehow minimized the appearance of the bald spots. I had my brows back. Woot! She's super fast so when she gave me the mirror I thought she was just showing me her progress to ask if I liked what she was doing so far (some threaders will have you look in the mirror to make sure you like how they are shaping them before finishing). Nope, she was done. I seriously couldn't believe it. I squirm and cringe when getting my eyebrows threaded, but my anxiety was put to ease because she's so super fast and efficient. And viola! My brows had life again! Not only is she a badass eyebrow threader, she's super gracious, accomodating and fairly priced. She has a program where if you pre-pay for sessions you get a session free. I liked this place pre-pandemic. Most threaders were friendly then. The last two times I went the threader mostly ignored me, except when I complained that I had neck pain and that it hurt when she turned my head so hard. She never apologized. Just told me I should have told her. The previous time she spilled wax on my shirt because she didn't use a cape over me. I was unaware that it was that big of a spot until I got home. She never said a word. Perhaps if she had paid as much attention to what she was doing as to the threader across the room she was talking to. The threading itself was good the first time and just ok the second. The threader who worked on my daughter was brand new. She was really nice, but she messed up my daughter's eyebrows. Another threader had to come fix them as best as she could, but she couldn't "fix" the places where the skin was broken. I had bought a membership when I first went there. The owner wanted to know if I wanted to renew it. I declined. Won't be returning! read more

This place was awesome! She did such a great job. I'm never going anywhere else. I moved out here about 6 months ago and was scared to go to anyone else besides my old eyebrow lady so I tried to keep up on it myself. I'm not very good at it and my eyebrows started to lose shape. I looked on yelp to find someone who was good and I came across this place. I went and only waited about 5 minutes. I explained to her what I wanted and the shape and she did so much better than my old eyebrow lady! It was $12. Or you can pay $45 for 5 visits (which comes to $9 a visit). read more
