So I'm giving 2 stars cause I've got good and bad to say. I came in for the Arsenal Kit for 129.99 and the easy clean & protect detailing kit for 45.99. I found chemical guys on YouTube which led me to the website. But I am a man who likes to pay and have my stuff. So I decided to walk into the store to purchase. So in my cart online this totaled to $175.98. Now Leo helped me and he was great. He let me know they don't have kits available but he can easily make one for me and give me 20% off my purchase. I thought wow that's so great. He let my daughter walk around with him and help put the kit together, letting her pick what color bucket she wanted and all. He was jst great as far as customer service. Truly above and beyond. But when my total came it was $ 202.22 which kinda took me back since it was less online. Now I did get my phone and see and he let me know it was the taxes accumulated. I trusted him. Payed and left. Got home and wondered a bit. So I went online and placed the order and went all the way to pay. To see my total come out to $190.49. So initially when he said he'd put my kit together and give me 20% off I really expected a much better price. Even the online total of $190.49 would have been better but for going in store I ended up getting charged $202.22 even with a 20% discount which jst amazes me it means without the discount I'd have payed almost 250$.Maybe it's because they didn't actually bundle it and charged it all completely separate I'm not very sure but I feel ripped off to be honest and a little swindled. It's raining so I can't use the products yet. But so far I'm pretty let down. If this price thing wouldn't have happened this would be a 5 star review jst based off that customer service. read more

After seeing some Chemical Guys' videos and products online, I decided to stop by one of the Detail Garage To-Go stores so that I can see the products in person. I called ahead to make sure they had a specific product on hand. Jay (Jezreel) helped me out over the phone and he also helped me out the next day when I went to visit the store in person. He was extremely nice and helpful. He even used some of the product, before I bought it, to see if it would work on my car. He was also patient and demo'd other products I was going to buy so that I knew how to use them. Overall, the purchase was seamless and I felt extremely happy when I left. Safe to say you're still in good hands because Jesus is just as much help if not better.
