They cleaned under all of the seats, all throughout the console, my glove compartment, the steering well, side doors, etc. My paint was also peeling badly because I park outside with no cover and the coating was completely gone and turned white in multiple areas but I can barely see it anymore because they polished it so well! I feel like the pictures don't do them justice (the pic of the exterior has white spots on the hood but that's because I'm writing this review a day later and a bird pooped on it overnight smh). This was such a smooth experience from start to finish. I scheduled for Monday at 1 pm and they arrived right on time and texted me updates on their ETA. I'm so happy they bring a water tank in their truck because I've had some trouble finding a mobile detailer because they usually need a water/hose outlet to use but my apartment doesn't have one near my parking spot. They were so incredibly helpful especially when my landlord came out mid wash and told us we had to move (I completely forgot to okay it with her first) and they found a work around, packed up, moved, and still finished my car. All of this for only $250 is such a great deal, I've been quoted higher for a fraction of their work. Unrelated HM: My recently adopted dog made a run for it while I was walking him but he zipped past Albert and his son and when they saw me trying to catch my dog his son ran after him and caught him for me. I am so incredibly thankful to him because my dog had gotten out of the apartment gates and if he didn't catch him I would have lost him. I cannot recommend them enough, they're my go to from now on.

The process did take a lot longer than originally quoted, but that's because my car needed a little extra love and care lol. SORRY AGAIN TONY! Haha. He did such a wonderful job making my car feel brand new again! I also enjoyed the updates he'd send me like a video showing me the dirty water after cleaning my seats. Joe is hands down the best at what he does…read more I used him almost 15 years ago and always remembered the quality work he did to remove swirl marks that my brand new 2008 Cadillac CTS had from the dealership's machine wash. I then got into washing & maintaining my own cars, but it was time to have a professional job done on all 3 of our BMWs. The one that needed the most work was my late father's 2003 BMW 530i. Joe & I connected over losing our dad's, and Joe gave this one some extra love for an incredible price. He did an extensive interior deep cleaning and added a 1-year ceramic coat. The most impressive part was the swirl mark/scratch removal. To stay within budget, Joe & I agreed on a 60-70% improvement but Joe over-delivered with the paint looking better than it did back in 2003! Next up was my mom's 2022 BMW 330i. This one received an interior freshen-up, and a ceramic coat. Joe upgraded the ceramic coat at no extra cost because he appreciated the fact that we gave him 3 cars to detail. The last one was my brother's 2011 BMW M3. This one is rarely driven so we just did a light touch maintenance detail. Joe impressed my whole family with each car looking brand new -- or better! I felt like the deal he gave us was already a great value but Joe was generous with his time and threw in a couple upgrades. We were all super delighted with the results -- all family members agreeing on something like this rarely happens, but Joe did the impossible! Most importantly, Joe is just an amazing dude all around. He's a retired vet who's been in the business for over 30 years, shows up right on time, and works his butt off until the job is done. For us, he came at 8AM and left a little after 8PM, all while taking no breaks. But really, he comes off as an old friend who is very passionate/knowledgeable about his craft and truly cares about his clients. I enjoyed picking his brain about the new technology & methods he uses and left confident knowing that there isn't a better person out there to take care of our cars. I wish there was a Joe in every profession because he's simply the best professional you could ask for. If you're looking for a quality detailer, there is NO other choice than Superior Shine in my book.

The car came out looking really good, and it's clear they take pride in the actual detailing. That said, I had a frustrating experience with pricing that I think needs to be called out. When the technician arrived, we walked the car together and I was given an agreed upon price. After the wash was completed, I was then told the car wasn't properly evaluated and the price would be higher because it "took longer than expected" - not due to anything unforeseen. I don't think that's acceptable. Pricing should be clear and agreed upon before any work begins -- not adjusted once the job is already complete. In this situation, it was never communicated that the price may be adjusted. It puts the customer in a difficult position and takes away from an otherwise positive experience. Again, the end result was great, which is why I'm not rating lower. But the pricing process needs to be more upfront and transparent. I'd recommend double confirming a firm price before they start to avoid any surprises.

He did not inform me that this happened but instead just told me my car was ready and waited for me to notice. My paint is aging on my 2007 FJ cruiser but otherwise in good condition. I was starting to get some moderate bubbling in my clear coat on the hood, but nothing substantial. Edwin voiced no concerns about possible further damage to my paint, or I would have declined his services. I also was still asked to pay for the detailing service after he caused damage to my vehicle. Edwin did not offer to make it right, instead insisting that it was not his fault. He also refused to provide proof of insurance or a billing address for his business. I highly suggest that if you care about your car, you do not give Edwin your business. In response to Edwin's comment: If you had ANY concerns about my paint and the condition you perceived it to be in, you did not share those with my until after the damage was done. Nor did you get me when it happened. You just told me my car was ready and waited to see if I'd notice. Had you told me this was a possibility, I would have told you not to proceed. I also shared the year of my car with you in the Yelp quoting process, and you voiced no concerns then either. I did not decline going to an auto body shop for their opinion, I declined going to your uncle's auto body shop. Your family's business will not be impartial in the matter. I will be going to an auto body shop, and I am happy to share their opinion and the estimated repairs with you. This is why I asked you for your insurance information that you refused to provide. Your business insurance can determine if this is your fault or not and pay for the repairs, should they determine you caused this to happen. Lastly, yes. I did dispute the charge. Because you told me I had to pay you, even though I told you I did not think I should pay after you damaged my car. So of course I reported that services rendered were not as expected. If PayPal has held the money, that is not on me. I don't have it back either.

After talking with the staff, I opted for the 7 year 10H coating since I keep my cars for a long time. I also wanted the wheels and calipers coated for easier cleaning. I left my car with them on a Tuesday and picked it up the following Tuesday so the coating could cure indoors for a couple days. I don't have a garage unfortunately. I thought they only did detailing but also found out they offer ceramic window tint when I dropped off. The price was honestly more than I expected, but they offered me a discount since I was already getting the ceramic coating done. I went with the DUB ceramic 35% all around and 70% on the windshield. When I picked up the car, I was blown away! It looked amazing and better than new. These guys removed the little black dots that came from the dealership and removed pretty much all of the swirls and scratches. The paint feels so slick and smooth now and beads water like crazy! I'm so happy I forked out the money for a quality ceramic tint. The heat rejection is so worth it in this Southern California heat. I had your typical cheap $150 tint on my old Civic and the difference is night and day. Thank you guys for your quality work! I will be sure to recommend all of my friends and coworkers.

There was a lot of discoloration from my repeated sunblock use and they were able to remove it all. I requested the CPR detail package, which was $180, and it was so worth it! The interior and exterior were well taken care of and I was given a 40 minute heads-up call for when the car would be done. This gave me plenty of time to head over since I live out of town. StreamDrive really went in and did some disinfecting, were able to remove lingering odors, got the leather restored, restored the headlights, and even performed a trim restore so this 2013 car looks really fresh! I wasn't expecting to write a review for this auto detailing service, so I don't have any "before" photos. I'm sorry about that, it's not an ideal situation for a glowing restoration review. I'm not so comfortable sharing pictures of my personal vehicle in the first place, you know what I mean? My pics just look like a super clean car. You can't tell it was ever damaged! $400 all-in inside-and-out restoration, under the hood, even buffing out some minor scuffs and scrapes it looks like, as well as painting/restoring the sun-faded plastic panels all around the vehicle: that's a value. His attention to detail was incredible. Each vehicle came out looking and feeling refreshed, and it was obvious that he takes great pride in his work. The interiors were spotless, and the exterior finishes looked fantastic. On top of doing amazing work, Mason is just a genuinely kind and honest person. It's refreshing to find someone who provides excellent customer service while also offering high-quality detailing at a very reasonable price. He did not inform me that this happened but instead just told me my car was ready and waited for me to notice. My paint is aging on my 2007 FJ cruiser but otherwise in good condition. I was starting to get some moderate bubbling in my clear coat on the hood, but nothing substantial. Edwin voiced no concerns about possible further damage to my paint, or I would have declined his services. I also was still asked to pay for the detailing service after he caused damage to my vehicle. Edwin did not offer to make it right, instead insisting that it was not his fault. He also refused to provide proof of insurance or a billing address for his business. I highly suggest that if you care about your car, you do not give Edwin your business. In response to Edwin's comment: If you had ANY concerns about my paint and the condition you perceived it to be in, you did not share those with my until after the damage was done. Nor did you get me when it happened. You just told me my car was ready and waited to see if I'd notice. Had you told me this was a possibility, I would have told you not to proceed. I also shared the year of my car with you in the Yelp quoting process, and you voiced no concerns then either. I did not decline going to an auto body shop for their opinion, I declined going to your uncle's auto body shop. Your family's business will not be impartial in the matter. I will be going to an auto body shop, and I am happy to share their opinion and the estimated repairs with you. This is why I asked you for your insurance information that you refused to provide. Your business insurance can determine if this is your fault or not and pay for the repairs, should they determine you caused this to happen. Lastly, yes. I did dispute the charge. Because you told me I had to pay you, even though I told you I did not think I should pay after you damaged my car. So of course I reported that services rendered were not as expected. If PayPal has held the money, that is not on me. I don't have it back either.

Horrible. I wish I could give it a ZERO. I had usd this service before and it was good at some point, but it must have gone out of business without turning the booking mechanism off.

Created an auto detail project via Yelp for my Mazda CX-5 and Myke was one of the prompt responses…read moreto my questions. I had inquired for a full detail with ceramic coat for my CX-5, and a clay and seal for my civic. I specifically asked to pay with crypto which he happily obliged. We exchanged a few messages and Myke was very prompt and professional in all his messages. His prices, although not the cheapest and not the most expensive, were reasonable. We eventually scheduled for a Monday and he and his helper arrived on time and started on my vehicle. They brought all their supplies needed and even a canopy, Myke was incredibly accommodating and very nice. Real down to earth guy. Mid way through my detail and before the ceramic coat, it started to get windy and ash started falling from one of the wildfires. It was quite unfortunate, but Myke suggested for them to come back tomorrow morning. He offered to rewash the vehicle, and make sure it is in top condition before the coat. They did end up completing the civic the same day though. The next day, Myke came back and re-washed BOTH vehicles (the civic was parked outside and had a light layer of ash) and completed the ceramic coat on my Mazda. If that isn't great service, I don't know what to tell you. Overall, he did a great job on the interior and exterior, everything looked new. He was able to get a lot of droppings, sap, solidified residue removed from my civic and get my Mazda as beautiful as can be. I would recommend his service. When writing a review, I always ask myself--would I hire them again? The answer is yes, hence the 5 star review.
