Went in for a car wash, at the very end at the air dry spot, the air was so strong it broke off the left mirror's cap of my car. had to keep moving so i did. got out looked for it didn't see it. went to the manager, who spent a minute inside came back and said can't find it! I've been an Unlimited Car Wash member for over 5 years. Always great service, no issues ever. The cashier, Alicen, ALWAYS greats me with a smile and is nothing less than delightfully delightful :-) She delivers the basics of genuine customer service, which sadly seems to be lost, or fake (required ) practically every where else! One thing I would recommend for the Car Wash, is to figure out a way to reduce the enrollment time for customers that want to sign up for the unlimited car wash service. I get caught up in that 1 out of every 2 car washes, I get people have questions, they gotta figure out what plan works best for them, etc. but I've sat there for 5-9 mins, versus 1 min. it may not seem like a big deal but it is when you're trying knock out a few things on a 30 min lunch break. Maybe put the sign back up that shows thedifferences between the packages with the prices. I'm guessing the sign is not there anymore cause they've increased prices. Work with your sign company to create a sign that keeps the differences between the car wash packages (Stop changing that by the way) but will allow you to adjust the prices. Thank you read more

Very disappointed. After having a membership for a long time, I went through two rate increases. I'm not unreasonable, if you need to raise the rate - okay. But both times this was done without any notice, I was just unexpectedly being charged more. When I tried to inquire about it, no one will answer the phone. I went to the location and was told the lack of notification was corporates responsibility. My only option was to email them and I got no response. This place does bait and switches. I was looking to just do interiors and exteriors. Prices seemed good for exterior. But as soon as you do interior, there's $30 for just vacuuming under the name "full service". They told me to upgrade to super clean to wash stains for $60 service. However they didn't wash the stains on the seats, saying I would need to pay another $60 to do seats. With these hidden up charges and misleading names or misleading expectations, they're enough to make me think twice about coming here again. read more

I noticed a $46.95 recurring charge on my credit card for Clean Getaway Car Wash. Unfortunately, it happened 3 times before I noticed it. I called the car wash, just a recording where you can leave a message. The car wash is close so I drove up there. to find out why I was getting these recurring charges. Manager took my name and number and said someone would call me. Five days later, still no call. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, I drove to the car wash today to wash my car and get the charges reversed. Thinking, I'll explain and get this straightened out. Paid $25.00 for a car wash. Same manager is there. I tell her nobody ever called me about the charges on my card. She said "Oh, I looked that up and you sighed an agreement. I think I still have it on my desk." I told her I never signed an agreement, that I'd like to see that document. She said she'd show it to me after I went through the car wash. Went through the car wash that I paid for today but I supposedly have a membership for I guess unlimited car washes with this membership WHICH MAKES NO SENSE AT ALL!! She gave me a copy of an agreement that is signed but that is not my signature. I told the manager, "That's not my signature. How can I get my money back." She said You'll have to dispute that with your bank." WOW!!!!! Worst customer service ever. No offer to help me cancel it, no offer to reverse charges I'm clearly stating are not mine. Yup, they are named correctly .. GETAWAY WITH NOT CLEANING!!! Worst car place ever. The $27 cleaning was a very simple basic vacuum and slight wipe. I ended up doing it myself because they use a pink water with zero pressure to clean your interior. I gave my money away. If you go here stick with the basic $6 wash because my tires weren't clean, my interior was simple dirt and the windows had streaks. Needed my motorcycle washed one day and couldn't find a personal hand wash. Stopped by here and one of the guys went out of his way to clean my bike up since he'd had one himself in the past. The Detail I received was a JOKE.... I have had a better turnout from a $50 wash from Carmel car wash. than the $200 I paid for a full "bumper to bumper detail! When I got in the truck, I still saw dirt and residue in the creases and buttons of the console. They were supposed to condition the seats and it looked like they just wiped them down with some store bought leather cleaner... This car wash is close to home. I like to get the $27 wash. They do a decent wash and clean but sometimes you have to point out missed spots. The receipt is good for a rewash 7 days later. The waiting area and restrooms are always clean. There is a TV to watch football and a keurig for coffee. It's not a bad place to sit for 10 minutes while your car gets cleaned, except when someone hijacks the quiet to talk about their personal business in a room full of strangers. Seriously folks, if you're in an enclosed public place, call them back in 10 minutes. Anyway, you can also get a cheap wash, no dry and vacuum the car yourself. I got a package where they hand dried the car after the wash, but they took so long to get to my car that there were water spots everywhere. They looked at me like I was crazy for wanting to go through the wash again.
