Simple snake job, quoted triple what I expected. Call the office and they knock money the price with a 30 minute time limit. The tech says he should finish in 15 minutes. So I let him do the job. Can't gain access to the pipe. Problem not getting fixed and we are at the 45 minute mark. They notice I have a leak in a pipe for the tub. Quote me a price for that. I figured it was total for the job to fix my tub. No, it is in addition to the first charge. At this point I don't trust them and tell them to forget it. I still have to pay the original amount that they quoted to fix my problem which they couldn't do. So now I am out a few hundred dollars for them to come and I have to now call someone else.
