Bottom line: I think it's a great place for women new to yoga, pilates, etc. to go and learn something new or for people who just don't want the hassle and haste of a general gym and the 23-year old instructor who doesn't "get" that your [fill in the blank] hurts and doesn't move that way. I found my love of pure barre first at the Bellevue location almost 15 years ago. Then I waited over 10 years for one to open in the north end after I moved up here (Barre3 is just not the same). I was excited when they finally opened in Mill Creek in late 2023. I was disappointed when they closed under the previous ownership shortly after opening. Katie, the new owner is amazing. She is an active owner who also teaches at all the locations. Hearing that she already owned the Eastside locations and those two locations were thriving, I was hopeful that the Mill Creek and Lynnwood locations would have a successful reopening.
