I've gone to this studio for years and always enjoy it. Everyone is very kind. If it's your very first time trying it out, take a class with Heather or Jody. They are very safe and welcoming, Heather will make you laugh and plays the best 80s music, and Jody gives hands on corrections if needed, Jody also checks in on everyone before class and will take requests. I always love their classes. Stephanie and Kim are incredibly good at making you feel like you left with a full body work out that hits every muscle, I always leave their classes feeling stronger and wish I could take more of their classes but my schedule makes it hard. Ngoni exercises the mind and body, and is passionate about the art of pilates. I recommend him for more advanced classes. He was the instructor who finally got through to me about the importance of breathing. read more

From the first day I walked in 2 years ago, I felt like this was a place where I would find a warm, encouraging and welcoming studio to begin my pilates journey. The vast options of classes, times, and fantastic instructors has kept me coming back 5 times a week since March of 2024. I've been a big fan of Reformer Pilates and have had great experiences at other studios, so I was really looking forward to trying this one. Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience here. It was tough/nearly impossible to get into classes, and when I shared my frustration, the solution offered was being put on a waitlist. With how long the waitlist was, it didn't seem likely that I'd actually get into a class. I ended up feeling like my membership wasn't getting me the value I hoped for and became a waste of money. I also felt that the instructors weren't always mindful of modifications. I really wanted to love this studio, but I feel they could do a lot better in managing the number of memberships they take on. Lastly, pilates should be accessible to all, and instructors should always be mindful that not every movement is suitable for every body, never pushing anyone to do something they're unable to. read more

This is hands down the best Pilates studio I have ever been to. They have amazing, knowledgeable instructors. They go out of their way to make sure you are getting what you need and want from the classes. And this studio just does such a great job at building such a special community feeling. They have drives, donations, prizes, fun events, they are engaged and truly make such an effort to create a special small town feel every time we go. Once I learned the rhythm of the class schedule, and class exercise I fell in love with Pilates. It is my gym, my place to alleviate my stress and unwind. I really enjoyed my membership at Club Pilates in Mill Creek. I have benefited from the Pilates exercises. The staff and instructors are very friendly to work with. The instructors are very well trained and knowledgeable. Instructors make the classes interesting and enjoyable. Most of them check in with you prior to the class to see if you have any injuries or problems they should know about in advance of the class. I wish more of the instructors focused on form; some do, but others do not and it makes a difference in how I feel after the class. Proper form is such an essential aspect of any exercise and helps to prevent injuries. It can be challenging to book a class at a timeframe that works for your schedule. I've wondered if they have too many members because classes fill up almost as soon as they are available. Members sign up for classes as soon as they are available but may not cancel until the day before or a few hours before the class. They have a wait list but it can be difficult to plan not knowing if you will make it into the class. Unfortunately, the Club Pilates classes are too expensive for me now that I am retired. I wish they offered a price consideration for senior citizens. It is more costly than a gym membership that may also offer Pilates. I gave a rating of three because of the cost, difficulty in getting into a class day/time that works for my schedule and more of the instructors should focus on proper form for each specific exercise. I enjoyed and benefited from my membership. read more

This is now my happy place. I've always wanted to try Pilates but was so nervous and scared. I took the free intro class, loved it and signed up that day. One thing I really appreciate is that it's all ages and body types in your classes. Definitely makes me feel more comfortable. Love! I've been a passport member for about 4 months, I absolutely enjoy club Pilates, all the locations I've been to are very clean and organized. I like the flexibility I have to take classes with the instructors that I enjoy most. The unlimited membership Is definitely a great deal for how much I schedule classes. read more

Love pilates but not loving the service offered here. Lately, it is getting really hard to book classes in times/days that I need. I asked around, and some people feel the same. I have been a customer since 2021, and the only explanation, in my view, is them selling more memberships than they can actually handle. They need to expand in this area or stop selling memberships! Their app/system, in my opinion, needs an update badly. In many occasions I got off the list the night before (because of course I didn't get in the class) and my credit disappeared, so I had to call next day to have it back, even way before the 12h time window they ask. The 12h cancelation policy for classes just applies to customers. Be aware! If you don't get the confirmation the day before (happens frequently), I suggest you to get off the waiting list ASAP and get in another list. They assume that it's okay to put you in the class, even less than 2h before, and if you don't see their message, you get a "no show". Very disappointing how they work with schedules. I am not even mentioning when the class is fully booked, and then you go and see that there were free spots. I don't understand. Not getting in classes is very annoying because you never know when you are getting in or not and can't plan your week accordingly. I work from 9-6, and I don't feel I have many options to choose from classes during the week, considering my level. I love my instructor, and she is the only reason I stay. Other similar fitness services, like Cyclebar, have way better app and system. You always find classes to book, not waiting lists, even 1 hour before class. Offering more flexibility for people who work and have tight schedules is essential to any business. I have expressed my disappointment to them many times, but it seems like owners are fine with how things are going. Today, I do not recommend Club Pilates Mill Creek. read more

This studio is top notch! They have the most lovely instructors (all vary in style, there is someone for everyone!) and front desk staff and management are fantastic if you need anything. The number one complaint is classes fill up quick and you have to get on waitlists for some classes. There are only 12 reformers so I always try to sign up for my favorites as soon as the schedule opens up. People are always last minute canceling so there's a good chance of getting off the list! I've been a member for 3 years and I have never felt in better shape. This is my happy place and I know for others too. Such a great community. read more

Signing up for Club Pilates three Years ago is one of the best decisions I've ever made. My unlimited membership has been an incredibly rewarding investment in myself. Pilates has been a lifeline these last few years. The staff and instructors have been so friendly and supportive along my entire journey. I absolutely love this studio. At first, I was intimidated to take group classes. However, the fear of taking Pilates classes was washed away by phenomenal instructors who are professional, friendly, and passionate about what they do. What I love about this studio is there are women of all shapes and sizes who attend the classes - there is no body shaming, only positivity. Some say the prices for these classes are a little high, but I believe in quality not quantity - and you are getting quality and experience with the instructors who teach the classes. The best thing is that since I've started (May 2019), I have noticed an improvement in my fitness. As a former athlete and runner, I know I still have to change my diet, but I have noticed positive physical and mental changes - the latter being I miss these classes when I'm on vacation (and away from the studio, for example). Finally, I want to say that I have had two regular instructors whose classes I attend and enjoy. Unlike yoga studios that I've tried in the past, it seems the instructor turnover is low - the instructors know you and you're not just a number. In addition, this studio is very clean. read more

This club has been my favorite place to be. Unfortunately with COVID we have had to alter our workouts. They offered several virtual classes for a while and that worked great. I was able to work out while I was at home as well when I was away for work. Once they partially opened back up, we were only able to book one class a day and only 6 people per class, which was very hard to do. Classes were/are always full, which is a good sign of a great club, just hard to get workouts in. It is very hard to justify paying for the unlimited class price and not able to get unlimited classes. This is why I lowered my rating down to 4. Now club is opening up 8 reformers, a bit better getting into to classes, but still have to be on a waiting list and hopefully able to get in to a couple classes a week. They still offer some daily virtual classes as well, but the times don't usually work with my schedule. Over all they are doing a great job dealing with COVID and trying their best for all who come to the club. read more

I have been a member of Club Pilates Mill Creek since December 2018 and my body has never felt so great! I was a ballet dancer for many years and as a result had a lot of chronic muscular and joint pain issues, including two hip surgeries. Since starting at Club Pilates, my pain is a fraction of what it used to be and many times is nonexistent. I love the variety of classes and instructors offered. read more

I used to love coming here but had to stop due to the cost I couldn't keep up with. Upon requesting to cancel I was still charged the full month even though I haven't been in several months. Apparently it is in fine print that is worded misleadingly with this information. Beware !! Signed up here and class times were not convenient for me plus had to travel and couldn't make it in. Asked to cancel my membership made me fill out a form sign and return it. What a pain. Don't know about you but I don't typically have a printer with me. Missed the deadline by a day or 2 and they are charging me again for another month. The manager told me it was ok and I wouldn't be. What a scam. I was upfront and honest with them even gave them plenty of notice via phone conversations. I've never had this much trouble at any fitness studios. Excellent instructors who are very knowledgeable about Pilates & inspire members.

The instructors are this Club Pilates Mill Creek Plaza are phenomenal. Su Rain is trained in classical Pilates. It is hard to find someone so well trained unless one pays big bucks for a private study. Her detailed instruction and knowledge is excellent. Su Rain describes every step of the move in great detail, making sure that you use the correct muscle and muscle group to perform the exercise. This makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE. Goni teaches in the evenings. His instruction is fast paced and focusses on the breath work. He refers to Joseph Pilates as "Joe" -- like his best friend. Goni understands body mechanics and muscle groups. He builds the exercises and muscle groups so that you become very strong. I point this out because many people who exercise using weights do not realize that is the muscle grouping that is required to a) increase strength and balance, b) insure that you do not injure yourself (either short term or long term). Goni really makes you work. I thought I could not get through a movement because I was not strong enough. Next thing I know, there is Goni standing there, hands extended, helping to pull me through the movement so that my muscles would actually learn the whole movement. Goni will not let you stop. Michele is Stott trained. She is one of the sweetest instructors I have ever met. She watches every move you make, suggests improvements with this sweet kind voice. She is so detail oriented that you absolutely know that you are making the correct movement. Edelmer is trained in marshall arts and adds that, plus music, to his approach. . . .I can continue with everyone but you get the picture. I was an athlete in my younger years. How I wish I had had this training all those years ago. One more comment. Mindy. Mindy manages this Club Pilates with such kindness and grace. She has always adapted for me. And, let me grow into the program. I signed up for the unlimited classes program ($200). I get 4x my money's worth because I take 2-3 classes per day (and rest one day). This is the best deal in town! My progress and strength has dramatically improved. read more
