We were in shock to see a large, empty flower bed. When we asked Stacy about it, she apologized and promised to deliver the new roses within a week. ( It was a back order) When the roses finally arrived, they were all one color. We refused to have them planted because they were not what we had purchaced. Tracy promised to plant something temporaraly, never did. As a result, we were left with a large centerpiece flower bed completely empty and no effort was made to correct their mistake. We are extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for customer satisfaction. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company.
