First time I went she got the color all wrong. She even admitted it but didn't offer to change it. I ended up coming back within their 3 day color changing policy to get to color changed. However I didn't stop there. 3 days later a nail broke. Had to return to get that fixed. I decided to give this place one more shot. What a mistake that was. Within 3 hours after getting my fill I had a nail break. Next morning I was washing dishes and another nail broke. Now I'm on day 3 of a fresh set of nails and I have a 3rd nail broken..... mind you this is builder gel. I paid $60 for the fill. Tipped $20. $80 total for me to have 3 broken nails within 3 days of getting them. I'm absolutely in shock. What a horrible experience.

For what? I about fell over and still tipped on top of that. If I was going to pay that price I'd expect to have way more fancy nails! Crazy! We always tip each professional $20 on the individual service. My mother has always seen Kim who is exceptional, kind, and courteous. This was the first time I have seen, Lily. One week ago I received a gel manicure with Lily. It looked beautiful. I went home, went about my normal business and five days later, 6 of my 10 nails had ridges at the cuticle with the gel polish, lifting and shipping away. I called and made an appointment and went to see Lily. I explained very clearly before I sat down and showed her that the gel was over my cuticles and lifting and peeling back. I assumed she would remedy the situation at no charge. Nobody said a word. Lily repaired the issue and as I rebooked my next appointment for my mother and I. She proceeded to charge me $40. I looked at her and said "this was your mistake...the gel was lifting and chipping. I showed you before I sat down. It has only been 5 days." Rather than making a scene, I paid $40 as I realize it is not her fault,but the policy of the business, to charge customers for crap workmanship. For this, we unfortunately we will not be back. This is not good business practice. There are many options for good services elsewhere. When your product fails, a good business remedies the situation, or at the very least makes you aware that you will be charged for a service the business should absorb if their craft is not up to par.

Got a Pedi and a Mani and the service was good. Just a few things to note…read more. The nail tech crew seemed to have a great vibe as they joked and laughed and talked to each other the entire time. Though it's "just a nail salon" I don't look forward to that kind of vibe. I wanna just relax and maybe watch their television or listen to their music. Anything boisterous and extra is just not relaxing if that makes sense. It's also pleasant to be offered a water or some kind of basic beverage since the service typically goes well over an hour. Was just in town visiting, but if I were ever in a crunch, and in the area again, I would return, but I'd bring some headphones.
