The locals & regulars are always welcoming. Inviting you to sit with them & sharing their drink with you, as this place is BYOB. They have a fee for providing you with ice & a glass, but nothing outrageous. They also have in-house soft drinks & coffee/espresso. Everyone greets you, will shake your hand, it's an amazing cigar community. Mellow classy environment setting the ultimate chill vibes. Climate control & air filtration systems are top notch. Their humidor is always at the right humidity & well maintained. Their selection is what is to be expected with all of the big names, & I've found some harder to find sticks in a particular line here on several occasions. This place is a high class vibe, without being judgy. It is for everybody! It sits in a strip mall complex so there's plenty of free parking. They also allow you to bring in outside food or have it delivered. They also sell cigar accessories on site such as Boveda bags, cutters, & lighters. I stepped away from my table for roughly two minutes to use the restroom, leaving my jacket, my drink, and a cigar I was actively smoking. When I returned, my entire table had been cleared including my cigar despite my personal belongings still being there. I asked to speak with the manager, Ric, to explain what happened. Instead of taking ownership or attempting to resolve the situation, he told me he "didn't know I was coming back" and decided to clear the table anyway. Even after I pointed out that my jacket was still at the table, he simply said it was an error and there was nothing he was going to do. What made the situation even worse was his attitude. He then questioned whether I had purchased the cigar there and tried to tell me I should have paid a $10 fee for bringing one in something I have NEVER been charged in my many previous visits. Rather than acknowledging his mistake, he doubled down. I suggested a simple goodwill gesture allowing me to buy a replacement cigar at a discount and he flatly and rudely refused. When I asked what he could do to make the situation right, he said "nothing" and ended the conversation. Mistakes happen in hospitality. What's unacceptable is the complete lack of accountability, empathy, or basic customer care from management. The dismissive and confrontational response turned a simple error into a truly negative experience. Based on how this was handled, I will not be returning and I would strongly caution others about the level of service they can expect if an issue arises.

Staff were very helpful & friendly. You have to take your time and look through this place just to appreciate it. They even have ashtrays mounted on the wall between urinals so you truly never have to leave your cigar behind, lol. They have a huge parking lot as they sit on a site all their own. I was surprised to learn that when ordering food (not desserts or drinks) you get a cigar with it. You don't choose it, they do. I got a 'Romeo y Julieta Reserve,' so a quality cigar, not some random nonsense. Not truly sure if that is every time, or just your first time there, which for me it was. I ordered their parm garlic wings & they were very good and well prepared. The space is great & very comfortable. Servers come to you and take your order and bring your food, so you never have to even leave your lounge chair. I found 4 cigars that I hadn't been able to find elsewhere & 2 cigars that I ended up ordering online in the past. Now I know where to find all 6 for future enjoyment. Prices on everything are fair. For 5 cigars, food, non-alcoholic drink, & tip I spent about $110 & got a good complimentary cigar. This place will be highly recommended by me moving forward.

You do get a free cigar (which is actually a pretty nice, brand name stick in most cases) with your meal, which I am sure goes with the cost. Before the world went utterly insane with inflation ... It used to be one of the best deals ever. The food was $12.95 plus the free cigar! Now, it's more like $23 per sandwich. Owch. The best value was the cheese plate, which at $15 was huge and included fruit. Now, that cheese platter is actually smaller than it used to be and costs $44! The decor is pretty cool ... dark and moody ... but there are a couple TVs with sports playing and high ceilings. The air purification makes it smell a lot less like cigar smoke than it used to ... but know that whatever clothes you wear here will likely need a dry cleaning after. The waitresses have been here forever ... and there are a lot of regulars. Imagine what a guy would look like that would want to smoke a cigar while eating and that's exactly what you will find here as a customer. Fake Sopramos accent ... beefy ... loud ... gold chain ... It's a 'bro crowd' for sure with some flashy investment banker types mixed in. Lots of Hummers and G-Wagons in the parking lot. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves cigars. The food is edible and in some cases even good. But nothing amazing. I've had the corned beef sandwich ... don't expect NYC deli quality ... the flatbread (Trader Joe's is just as good) ... and the Cuban sandwich. All okay. The Cuban left me hungry. You can also eat at the bar and peruse their extensive whiskey and beer menu. The drinks are pricey, so a sandwich, a beer ... and I guess you could count the free cigar ... come to around $40, after tip.
