She does a great work when it comes to the fine details compared to the mainstream tailors at the bridal store. My only complaint is that I wished I went with my gut and didn't listen to her when I said wanted to "tuck the butt" she kept saying I shouldn't because I won't be able to sit or dance but my dress material is crepe. Crepe is very stretchy. On my wedding day my dress looked like I still needed another alternation. I even wore butt pads to help fill out my dress. I was caught up in the stress and just went with the experts advice. I wished I trusted my gut and just "tucked the butt". Overall, I would still recommend her but be firm with what you want and your expectations in your wedding dress alternations.

Jenny (Tailor) works out if her house- I was surprised as none of the reviews mention this. With that said, she has a full tailor set up when you walk in but the kitchen and food odors were strong. I was worried if I left my dress it might take on some of the food odors. The real concern is she is not a bridal tailor, she did not know some very basic principles (like fastening the interior built in bra of the bridal gown before the exterior of the gown. She ripped my dress and said my dress was too small (when in reality it is 2 sizes too big). I cannot speak to her tailoring skills as I went back to my dress shop and was referred to a bridal tailor who has been great . If you have a bridal gown I would be cautious and seek out a tailor who works specializes in bridal gowns. Thank you

She's the best! I'll never go elsewhere, unless she retires! She is creative like a designer & has an eye for detail, just amazing; any negative review is inappropriate; she does exactly what I've asked everytime & made all of my numerous items MANY times better than they were, she charges fair prices (you get what you pay for) & she listens excellently, every time I've brought an item in. Jenny was so nice and worked quickly and efficiently. I asked her to hem my dress and the next day she was able to give me an appointment and finished in 2 days!! She even fixed my hook on the back and fixed the cups in the dress so they looked more natural. Top notch quality and professionalism, I'm glad I found this tailor. Bought a new suit for a wedding and got it back before my requested date. I purchased a denim jacket that was the last one instock but very oversized! After reading reviews posted here I decided Perfect Stitch was a great starting place and she did not disappoint. She answered the phone, had great questions about my item, asked me to send pics so she could get a realistic idea of what needed to be done and advised immediately her thoughts and estimated price so I didn't need to waste my time driving to her! Needless to say she was able to take on my project and was so kind and gracious in explaining what she could and couldn't do to make sure I was satisfied! Jenny is a miracle worker! I came to her desperate and downtrodden. You know the bridesmaid dress nightmare? The one where the dress you get looks awful on you? The dress made me look 30 pounds heavier, and I cried when I first tried it on (I felt that bad in it) Jenny made the dress hug every curve and show my waist, she hemmed the bottom to where it needed to be, and most amazing: she added straps! My dress had NO support for my DD girls, and Jenny made this dress possible to wear without a bra! She's seriously amazing Did I mention I had a week to get this done and she did it?!? Her prices are so incredibly reasonable- she was less than the store we bought it from and did more than they would, FOR LESS!!! You HAVE to go to Jenny! She's the only person to go to! read more

Oh my gosh, Jenny is the best tailor that I have ever used!!! Her attention to detail is phenomenal. My clothes don't even look like they've been altered and the fit is perfect!! I will not use anyone else. However, don't think that you can call on Thursday night and have something ready by Saturday morning. She is busy and for good reason. I would recommend her a 1000 times over. Be sure to plan ahead; trust me, she is worth the wait!! read more

This was a great experience. She runs her business out of her home, and it runs very smoothly and professionally. She accommodated a last-minute request for hemming a dress for my daughter's choir performance, and she did it faster, sooner than promised and the result was beautiful. She is not the cheapest in town, but I would venture to say that she is the best. read more

Unreasonable Prices - Do NOT Recommend…read more UPDATE 3/3- DEFINITELY GO TO DIAMOND'S ALTERATIONS- they charged me $25! I usually go to Diamond Alterations, but decided to try this business while I was at Firewheel shopping today (3/2). Needed a dress hemmed about 1 inch, because it was too long, and I need it in five days, by close of business Friday. For context, provided pictures of hem and dress material tag. The male attendant 'studied' the hem (inner and outer shell) for about three minutes and then gave me an absolutely RIDICULOUS quote of $120!! I guess I'll be going to Diamond Tailor tomorrow or taking out my own sewing machine so I can get the job done in about 15-20 min (5-10 min because I'm rusty ). That is absolutely ridiculous! I'd even pay $50-$60 understanding this is a business, knowing full well the true cost is about $10, but $120?! Absolutely not. My family won't be going back and we do not recommend.

I also decided to preserve my wedding dress with them as they offered better prices than the other wedding dress preservation companies and I am very pleased with that as well as they were very communicative and provided the services very quickly. The whole process took approximately 2.5 weeks. I highly recommend this location and I appreciate Yuna's help in explaining the process to me and being in communication with me regarding the whole process.

Warning - Do NOT take your leather goods here!…read more I brought my 100% leather coat (purchased in Italy) to Royal Cleaners to have it cleaned and stored. Before leaving it, I specifically verified with the manager that they were able to properly clean real leather. She confirmed that they could. When I picked it up a week later, the coat was completely ruined -- the leather was faded, there was a hole in the front, and the sleeves were damaged. When I showed the manager, she said she didn't have to inspect it when it returned from the outside company that actually did the cleaning. I requested the name of the company they used and their business insurance information from both the manager and owner. They refused to provide it. Even my attorney attempted to get the information, but the owner still refused to cooperate. I eventually had to take them to small claims court, but the judge wouldn't review all the photos, emails, or attorney letters. The judge stated I should sue the company that cleaned the coat -- even though Royal Cleaners was the one who hired them and took responsibility for the service. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. If you value your leather or designer items, do not take them to this cleaner.

Jenny is amazing! My daughter insisted in having one particular wedding dress. Unfortunately, it was sold out and she had to take the sample. It had a few flaws that I was worried about, but once Jenny got finished with it you could have never known where the repairs were made! This dress was also too long...I was afraid that hemming it would make it look awful. Nope! Jenny had to deconstruct the dress and pull it up from the inside so as to not lose the beautiful hem. Job well done! She fitted it perfectly so that my daughter felt like a princess on her wedding night. I can't say enough positives about Jenny's work. Jenny is the best! I came to her years back for my prom dress and she did a lovely job. When it was time to get my wedding dress altered, she was my first call. Jenny makes clients feel comfortable and relaxed in her home. She is very skilled and did a high- quality job for my wedding dress. She hemmed my very lacy dress, brought in a corset so it fit comfortably, and bustled my long train. My dress was strapless and I never had to pull it up because it fit so well. She listened to my concerns and wants during appointments with attention and care. I can't recommend Jenny enough! Bridal alterations are never going to be cheap, Jenny's work is worth every penny. read more

Jenny- She was great and very helpful. I bought my dress on Amazon. However when my dress arrived and I had bought it to her to see what could be done. It had a lot of extra fabric on the outside of my dress that we both eventually agreed wasn't necessary. I almost bought the dress without the extra fabric on the ends of my dress anyways. So her and I agreed to take the extra fabric off on the end of the dress to make it look more simple. I loved how it turned out and she was patient and gave some great feedback what would look good. She was also very nice and works with you as best as she can. This is how my dress looks and I added straps to it. read more

I called Jenny on a Monday evening (6p.m.) desperately searching for someone to alter my daughter's cheer top. This was a bit of an emergency because she needed it back no later than Thursday evening for cheer camp. After speaking with Jenny, she graciously agreed for us to come right over. She took some measurements and told me it would be ready for pick up on Thursday evening. She was very kind and her prices were more than reasonable. When we returned to pick up the top my daughter tried it on and it fit like a glove! I definitely will be returning to Jenny soon and I highly recommend her!!! read more

Five stars are more than deserved. First and foremost Jen is a master tailor. We brought a very expensive formal dress to her that needed altering after my sweet wife lost quite some weight. I was nervous at first, but Jen put me quickly at ease with her professional knowhow and suggestions for improving the dress. She also took in a formal skirt. Both alterations look fabulous and fit perfectly. I am not sure what the equivalent of a doctor's bedside manner is with tailors, but Jen has it in spades. We are sure to return as we need more tailoring done. read more

So it's Sunday and every Tailor is closed! I was worried as I needed a tailor to hem a new pair of slacks for an interview first thing Monday morning. I called Jenny Pang, owner of Perfect Stitch and she went completely out of her way to not only fix up the one pair I needed for my interview, but also did a second pair of slacks as well. "Perfect" is correct! I came to Jenny with less than a month until my wedding and she was able to get my dress to fit and look amazing (I'm 5'2 and have a large chest so my dress was really big in some places and really long). Her price was very reasonable, the bulk of it went to the length because it was one of the wedding dresses with multiple layers and fabrics. If I have anything else I need help with, I will call her first, even though she is 30 minutes from me. She is super nice, down to earth, and her work is fantastic! read more

I emailed Jenny on a Sunday afternoon to see if she could take in my daughter's Homecoming dress. Because we had just received the dress in the mail we only had 6 days until the dance! Jenny got us in the next day for the fitting and had the dress done by Friday evening. The dress had multiple layers and she did an amazing job on such a tight timeline.
