She does a great work when it comes to the fine details compared to the mainstream tailors at the bridal store. My only complaint is that I wished I went with my gut and didn't listen to her when I said wanted to "tuck the butt" she kept saying I shouldn't because I won't be able to sit or dance but my dress material is crepe. Crepe is very stretchy. On my wedding day my dress looked like I still needed another alternation. I even wore butt pads to help fill out my dress. I was caught up in the stress and just went with the experts advice. I wished I trusted my gut and just "tucked the butt". Overall, I would still recommend her but be firm with what you want and your expectations in your wedding dress alternations.

I came in to get my dress hemmed as it was far too long. When I picked it up she asked if I wanted to try it on, I said no because it was a simple hem job(my mistake). The dress was still just as long as it was previously! I'm wearing heels in the photo and that is the length my dress was supposed to be with flats! She charged me $65 with a steam included(which she did do correctly). Do not go to her unless you have time to wait for her to "fix" it again!

Finding a dress perfect for my height is close to impossible, as I am only 5 ft tall. I had bought this dress to take my engagement photos in, and it was wayyyy too long. Jenny (Tailor) works out if her house- I was surprised as none of the reviews mention this. With that said, she has a full tailor set up when you walk in but the kitchen and food odors were strong. I was worried if I left my dress it might take on some of the food odors. The real concern is she is not a bridal tailor, she did not know some very basic principles (like fastening the interior built in bra of the bridal gown before the exterior of the gown. She ripped my dress and said my dress was too small (when in reality it is 2 sizes too big). I cannot speak to her tailoring skills as I went back to my dress shop and was referred to a bridal tailor who has been great . If you have a bridal gown I would be cautious and seek out a tailor who works specializes in bridal gowns. Thank you

Jenny was amazing! She is so kind & helpful.. my boyfriend & I came in with a big/difficult task for her to finish within a week before my boyfriends snowboarding trip.. he has a onsie snowboarding outfit that needing to be taken up as it was way too long! He also had a pair of snowboarding pants that had been shredded on the bottoms from riding. She worked her magic & got both the projects done by the time he left! The stitch work is so professional! Jenny is a big professional and she knows her job! It's hard to find a good tailor especially when you have expensive luxurious clothes because you don't wanna your clothes damaged and you do want it to be taken care of the way it should, and the job must be done right! I brought her a few shirts of mine from ETON 250$ each to shorten the sleeves, my handmade coat from Brunello Cucinelli (which was around 5000$) to take in , my sport coat from Brunello Cucinelli, trousers etc. And she did a great job , so if I trusted her my clothes I guess you can too. Jenny was wonderful from start to finish! I have a very intricate wedding gown with pearl beading and lace. Sweetheart neckline, A-Line. It was a trunk show dress that needed to be brought down a size, taking in at the top and bustles added. She did an amazing job! You would never know that she touched the fabric. The alteration was exactly as requested, the price was reasonable, and in a reasonable amount of time. Some places behaved as though They didn't know what I was talking about when I said I wanted the original factory hem on a pair of expensive jeans. She knew, showed me how she would do it, then delivered them exactly how she had described. You make an appt, so you know when to go. It is in a safe and respectable residential area, and her work area is extraordinarily organized and neat...I didn't worry about her losing my jeans like in most tailor shops! Great job. read more

I never get anything tailored and Jenny made this experience so easy and perfect! Her work is incredible, she's so accommodating to your needs, and goes above and beyond. I have a satin dress for a wedding that got shipped late so I had a very quick deadline and she got it done with time to spare! Will upload some pics after the wedding! She even steamed it for me before I picked it up which I completely forgot to ask/think off! 100% recommend her services to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much! My Husband got his Jeans back and said "Most Excellent!...How did she do that? Make them look like they had never been hemed! " Her prices are better than everyone else and her quality is 1st rate! I loved Jenny! My sister had a wedding dress emergency, the clasp needed to be replaced and I needed my bridesmaid dress hemmed -due to a last minute dress change. She was able to work with our schedule for a last minute tailoring! We dropped off the dresses at 0900 and we were able to pick up both dresses by 1100. The prices were great and she was so friendly. Jenny does a fabulous job on difficult fabrics! I took a nightgown in to have it shortened. The fabric on the front was a different weight and texture than the fabric on the back, and when she was finished the hem was absolutely perfect! It looked MUCH better than the original hem! She is patient and kind and you can tell she cares about you and the work you need done! Jenny will be doing ALL my alterations from now on! Thanks, Jenny! read more

I usually go to Diamond Alterations, but decided to try this business while I was at Firewheel shopping today (3/2). Needed a dress hemmed about 1 inch, because it was too long, and I need it in five days, by close of business Friday. For context, provided pictures of hem and dress material tag. The male attendant 'studied' the hem (inner and outer shell) for about three minutes and then gave me an absolutely RIDICULOUS quote of $120!! I guess I'll be going to Diamond Tailor tomorrow or taking out my own sewing machine so I can get the job done in about 15-20 min (5-10 min because I'm rusty ). That is absolutely ridiculous! I'd even pay $50-$60 understanding this is a business, knowing full well the true cost is about $10, but $120?! Absolutely not. My family won't be going back and we do not recommend.

Warning - Do NOT take your leather goods here!…read more I brought my 100% leather coat (purchased in Italy) to Royal Cleaners to have it cleaned and stored. Before leaving it, I specifically verified with the manager that they were able to properly clean real leather. She confirmed that they could. When I picked it up a week later, the coat was completely ruined -- the leather was faded, there was a hole in the front, and the sleeves were damaged. When I showed the manager, she said she didn't have to inspect it when it returned from the outside company that actually did the cleaning. I requested the name of the company they used and their business insurance information from both the manager and owner. They refused to provide it. Even my attorney attempted to get the information, but the owner still refused to cooperate. I eventually had to take them to small claims court, but the judge wouldn't review all the photos, emails, or attorney letters. The judge stated I should sue the company that cleaned the coat -- even though Royal Cleaners was the one who hired them and took responsibility for the service. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. If you value your leather or designer items, do not take them to this cleaner.

Jenny is amazing! My daughter insisted in having one particular wedding dress. Unfortunately, it was sold out and she had to take the sample. It had a few flaws that I was worried about, but once Jenny got finished with it you could have never known where the repairs were made! This dress was also too long...I was afraid that hemming it would make it look awful. Nope! Jenny had to deconstruct the dress and pull it up from the inside so as to not lose the beautiful hem. Job well done! She fitted it perfectly so that my daughter felt like a princess on her wedding night. I can't say enough positives about Jenny's work. Her prices are reasonable and she turns around the job in a very timely manner. read more

Jenny is the best! I came to her years back for my prom dress and she did a lovely job. When it was time to get my wedding dress altered, she was my first call. Jenny makes clients feel comfortable and relaxed in her home. She is very skilled and did a high- quality job for my wedding dress. She hemmed my very lacy dress, brought in a corset so it fit comfortably, and bustled my long train. My dress was strapless and I never had to pull it up because it fit so well. She listened to my concerns and wants during appointments with attention and care. I can't recommend Jenny enough! Bridal alterations are never going to be cheap, Jenny's work is worth every penny. read more

Jenny- She was great and very helpful. I bought my dress on Amazon. However when my dress arrived and I had bought it to her to see what could be done. It had a lot of extra fabric on the outside of my dress that we both eventually agreed wasn't necessary. I almost bought the dress without the extra fabric on the ends of my dress anyways. So her and I agreed to take the extra fabric off on the end of the dress to make it look more simple. I loved how it turned out and she was patient and gave some great feedback what would look good. She was also very nice and works with you as best as she can. This is how my dress looks and I added straps to it. read more

I called Jenny on a Monday evening (6p.m.) desperately searching for someone to alter my daughter's cheer top. This was a bit of an emergency because she needed it back no later than Thursday evening for cheer camp. After speaking with Jenny, she graciously agreed for us to come right over. She took some measurements and told me it would be ready for pick up on Thursday evening. She was very kind and her prices were more than reasonable. When we returned to pick up the top my daughter tried it on and it fit like a glove! I definitely will be returning to Jenny soon and I highly recommend her!!! read more

Five stars are more than deserved. First and foremost Jen is a master tailor. We brought a very expensive formal dress to her that needed altering after my sweet wife lost quite some weight. I was nervous at first, but Jen put me quickly at ease with her professional knowhow and suggestions for improving the dress. She also took in a formal skirt. Both alterations look fabulous and fit perfectly. I am not sure what the equivalent of a doctor's bedside manner is with tailors, but Jen has it in spades. We are sure to return as we need more tailoring done. read more

So it's Sunday and every Tailor is closed! I was worried as I needed a tailor to hem a new pair of slacks for an interview first thing Monday morning. I called Jenny Pang, owner of Perfect Stitch and she went completely out of her way to not only fix up the one pair I needed for my interview, but also did a second pair of slacks as well. "Perfect" is correct! I came to Jenny with less than a month until my wedding and she was able to get my dress to fit and look amazing (I'm 5'2 and have a large chest so my dress was really big in some places and really long). Her price was very reasonable, the bulk of it went to the length because it was one of the wedding dresses with multiple layers and fabrics. If I have anything else I need help with, I will call her first, even though she is 30 minutes from me. She is super nice, down to earth, and her work is fantastic! read more

I emailed Jenny on a Sunday afternoon to see if she could take in my daughter's Homecoming dress. Because we had just received the dress in the mail we only had 6 days until the dance! Jenny got us in the next day for the fitting and had the dress done by Friday evening. The dress had multiple layers and she did an amazing job on such a tight timeline. My daughter was absolutely thrilled with the how the dress fit after being altered!! read more

Courteous, professional and the quality of workmanship is outstanding. Jenny is amazing!!! I have had multiple alterations, items sewn on and items removed from my military uniforms and Jenny has done an excellent job, and is very precise and professional with all of her stitching and tailoring. Just what I need for military uniforms that have to be exact and to standard. Definitely recommend. read more

Jen is a great tailor. She did custom curtains for my house and then did my daughter's wedding dress as well as the brides maids dresses. They all came out perfect even though my daughter changes sizes three time and wanted a lot of custom touches added. read more

Thank God I found Jen the tailor, after needing something fixed that no other tailor would even attempt to do. She remade my mother of the groom dress and has altered a lot of clothes after I lost weight for the wedding. There is nothing she can't do! read more
