I love this place, surpasses 5 stars by a long shot!!!!!!!! Dr. Eric A. Myers is an exceptional dentist. He is well educated, not only that, but you can tell he's constantly researching and educating him-self with new techniques. He truly cares about his patients and wants the best for you. Dr. Myers, took his oath seriously for medicine and you can tell he's passionate. Before I found this place, I was in excruciating unbearable pain. I went to the ER, got nothing for help and wasn't taken seriously. I needed my wisdom teeth to be taken out and to have a root canal done because it was affecting 5 other teeth and the nerves. If you know nerve pain, you literally can not do anything to subside it. I called around for dental offices to help me and either the dentist was on vacation or I couldn't be seen for a long time. The kind of pain I was in, not even medicine could reduce it. I wasn't sleeping, eating and had to take leave from work. Nonetheless, I found Family choice dental. Not only did they take me in the day I called. Dr. Eric A. Myers did all my surgical procedures in the same visit. I was seen at 11am on 5/2/18, the first hour was just filling out paper work, taking x-rays and explaining myself. One of the dental assistants had mentioned I may need to come back tomorrow to do my root canal. The second Doctor Myers came in to see me, he said we are doing it all because I was in severe pain. Taking out both top wisdom teeth and partial root canal to relieve all nerve pain. He did that all within the span of 2 hours. I was in at 11am, was gone by 2pm, and had made the appointment earlier that morning. I'm now free of that pain and there's only mild soreness. I have only been taking ibuprofen 800mg to reduce inflammation and help heal the mouth. There are other medicine options as well. I only used lidocaine for the procedures and got through it, but that was my personal request. They do have sedation options and such. Not only is Doctor Myers is great, but he hires the best staff. Everyone in this facility is nice and helpful. And it wasn't the kind of fake nice to just be nice, they treated you like family and you're all that matters. They don't make fun of you, get upset because you're nervous and asking the same questions, they comfort you through the procedure and will hold your hands. Because of the enormous love of the staff comforting me through the procedures it made me at ease and get through it. Family Choice Dental is the ER for dental. I believe that they are the best for emergency dental procedures and any other dental procedures. The time is outstanding, the staff is extremely loving, and Doctor Myers is knowledgeable and passionate. He will even teach you about the science behind dental. The price was competitive as well. Out the door I payed $450 the removal of 2 upper wisdom teeth, partial root canal, multiple shots of lidocaine, x-rays, exams and a follow up dental cleaning. My insurance was not active yet, but there was no way I could wait, the pain was brutal. $450 out of pocket was completely fair. I would never go to another place. I fully trust his place and know I will be taken care of. There's really nothing you can say negative about this place. Oh and I got to keep my wisdom teeth hahahahaha just thought that was a cool souvenir for the day. read more

LISTEN TO THIS !!!!!!! I just drove 1070 miles roundtrip to have DOCTOR JON work on my mouth . I had met him on my first visit in 2013 and I am 56 but this is my only choice after experiencing his work and the whole environment reeking of Professionalism. When you go to your favorite place and there is nothing else as perfect ... you go back !! I moved from Alb. to the High Rockies of Colorado after extensive dental workings . I had two dentists start work on my mouth , I couldn't sit there in their chair. Two words" not happening "There is no comparism !, Dr. Jon is the best I have ever have entrusted my mouth to and I'm an old lady . Smile... if you don't enjoy your own smile .. Please call this office, you will be amazed and as satisified as I am, there is not a doubt in my mind whatsoever !!! It's worth a long ride for perfection!! When it comes to dental needs I have gone to Family Choice Dental since I was young. Upon walking in to the office you are greeted by an ambiance that makes any family feel welcome. As you approach the front desk to check in you are met with employees who are kind and helpful. I personally am often helped by Valerie Barela who is also the office manager she makes the check in process both efficient and delightful with her ever present smile. Once taken back you are met with Disney films and an atmosphere that surely comforted me as a child. Along with a wonderful cleaning experience that I can attest to as I have been privy to it for the past 10 or so years. In the past 10 years I have also had a majority of my dental work done by Dr. Noyes who makes the cavity filling process quick and painless. While getting your cavities filled you are also able to view a movie which helps to hasten the experience. Sometimes you just get lucky and find a dental office with a welcoming, knowledgeable, kind staff AND an exceptional dentist. Dr. John Noyes treated myself, husband and 3 kids ages 13-7 with such care. He took the time to explain what each one of us need to maintain good oral health. The dental procedures he performed on all of us were done with the utmost care and detail. My kids enjoyed the colorful office and large waiting area. I can't get over how amazing my experience with kids choice was today. They set me an appoitment within 24 hours of me calling, for a pretty big procedure. My daughter was very nervous to have this done and the staff could not have been better. Lauren, Mary, and Dr. Nikita were a wonderful team that could not have been sweeter to my little girl. Fast efficient, friendly, and very knowledgeable staff members. Even down to the individuals who work at the front desk ( thank-you megan for having the patience to help a clueless dad) the people who work there truthfully seem to care. My wife has lots of dental issues and started going to this office two years ago. They improved her dental health where her teeth and gums feel healthy and no issues after the treatments. I started going to this office after my wife's good experience and when I noticed a decline in hygienist cleaning quality and the offices coming up problems that didn't exist as my teeth have always been healthy with almost no cavities. The dental hygienist at this office Trang cleaned my teeth really well. I haven't had a cleaning this good in years and my teeth felt clean for months later. I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. During my visit, I was told I had a broken tooth and was immediately recommended an expensive treatment without even receiving a 3D scan or thorough diagnostic evaluation. The interaction felt rushed and overly focused on selling services rather than providing genuine care. To be sure, I sought a second opinion at another clinic where they performed a proper scan, and it turned out I *didn't* have a broken tooth at all. worst place ever for kids, they will pull their teeth to make money no matter what level of cavity they have. they did that with my two kids. they take the kids to their place where parents are not accompanying the kids and will do whatever they want with out consulting the parents. they only care about money, and they target low income, not very well educated people as clients because they are easier to do what they want in order to charge more. not recommended, with your insurance you can get way better drs that lisen parents. read more

I have been a patient at family dental for 2 years. Trang the hygenist has been great! The staff has also been very warm and caring. Recently I had a problem with a front tooth and met Dr. Ngo. This is definitely a "kid's choice" office! Even the most nervous person like me feel calm and inviting at this office. Dr. Kelly was very professional and sticked to the point.
