My husband and I visited Prime Nail Lounge on a Friday afternoon. There was a small wait, which was fine, since we didn't have an appointment. The ambiance was nice and they offered a wide variety of polishes. We both needed manicures. While we waited, we were offered complimentary beverages by the owner, I believe. This was a nice touch! Anita serviced my husband. She arrived first. She gave him an armrest, along with warm water to soak his nails. My nail technician was Mia. Her quality of service was not the same. I did not receive an armrest nor a greeting, and my water was cold. She wasn't the friendliest either. I could tell the level of attention and detail that Anita provided for my husband was totally different from what I was receiving. However, my husband wished the buff on his nails was a bit brighter. It was dull and didn't really show a major difference. We also did not get a chance to select our manicure preference, as we were told the nail technicians would provide this information to us. Always recommend Prime Nail Lounge! The salon is beautiful, greeted immediately and offered complimentary drinks (including champagne), everyone is respectful and nice! The owners are actively there everyday and make sure your experience is 10/10. If not pleased they will fix it immediately- I can promise this! I'm there every 3 weeks and will continue to recommend! 1 month update: nails held well. Went in for a fill w/ Jenie and got butter yellow for Spring. Amazing job as always and she used a new builder gel that does not burn your fingers under the lamp! Original review: Walked in for a gel fill and service was fantastic. Jenie does an amazing job, really gentle and every step makes sure that I'm okay with shape, length, and color. Sometimes the lamp gets hot so I notice that she takes breaks so that my finger isn't on fire, which is really attentive. Vibe of the salon is very modern, clean, peaceful. Heads up that they get really busy on the weekends. I would suggest making an appointment or walk in before lunch time. Plenty of free parking in the back. Overall, really great value for the types of services they offer. So happy to have a new spot like this open in Woodstock! read more

This is an absolutely beautiful nail salon - probably one of the cleanest I have ever been to to have my nails done. Everyone was very kind. The problem arose when I wanted a certain color and it only came in a gel (I had dipping powder on my nails) but they said they were sure that they could match a dipping powder to it. As the process went on, I was a bit worried as it didn't look like the color I wanted, and the finished product was in no way the color that I wanted - I was very disappointed. I have been coming here for over 6 months and honestly have been truly impressed every time I come in with the friendliness, kindness, and overall atmosphere. Even more so my nails look absolutely fantastic every time I leave and last way longer than any other location I have ever been to! I was getting ready for my wedding and every time I would come in they would go above and beyond to make sure my nails were perfect. However, twice I had to go back due to my gel nails were chipping within the first few days of getting my nails done. This is one of the best nail salons I have been to in the area. It's huge which means they have a bunch of nail techs working and it's very clean and not overly crowded. The quality of service is great. My nails lasted me so long. The only nit I have is that I felt rushed to pick a color both times I've been. They want you to pick a color before they actually start your nails... at least that was my experience. If I'm paying money for a service, I want to be confident in my selection. read more
