I have gone here a couple times I usually ask for sam but sometimes I'll get other people if he's not there that day the owner is super on it! She was very thoughtful making sure she remembers everyone's name! They always do stuff like gel and S&S extra coding to make sure your nails are super protected if there's ever any issues, they're really nice about fixing it, but I've never had any issues. I've visited Nail World in both their old location (Bluffs Parkway) and now at their new location (Goodwill shopping center). Jessica, the owner, has done an amazing job. The new shop is decorated beautifully, and her staff is amazing. I had a manicure, pedicure, and my eyebrows waxed, and everything was top notch and very reasonable. I'd highly recommend going there, if you are new to the area and looking for a clean, great salon, or just want a change. Every time I come here for a pedicure it is the most therapeutic experience. They take their time, give fantastic massages and I feel so relaxed during my visit that I've just about dozed off in the chair. 10/10 reccomend! read more

I arrived at nail world super excited for my daughters Disney trip. Upon being greeted they were not once welcoming and waited a while for anyone to see me. The lady I was placed with was rude and kept making remarks at the fact I wanted to use my real nails instead of getting acrylics. She then mocked the color I chose for my toes and was just very rude. I will never be returning back and hopefully next time she is much nicer or has a better day. Got my nails done today. I was a walk in. Tonight I'm soaking in peroxide as I'm in pain on every nail! This lady was brutal. I flinched a couple times and said to myself " this is not going to end well" and now I'm soaking my hands in peroxide. Ouch! Just beware. I tried this place because it was open on Sunday and it was the worst nail service I have had. I wanted to remove SNS and they had a bowl of acetone that I soaked my bare nails in. This was not effective and the smell was toxic. She did not remove all of the SNS and the manicure was below standard. I will not return to this place. read more

I'm not sure why I'm paying 40$ for her to just rub lotion on my feet and then call it a pedicure. She barely scrubbed my feet didn't lift my heel up to get under there, sock debris was still left on my toe....I'm only giving two because the last time I came it wasn't this horrible but when I'm paying for an upgraded pedicure that's what I expect,...I came in and someone was halfway through with their pedicure and I was still done before which just doesn't make sense to me. WORST NAIL SALON IN CANTON- Awful Service This place has the WORST Nail service we've ever been to. We just moved to E. Canton and we're always looking for new and good Nail places ( I have 4 daughters between 17-25, Me and my older Mom.. total 6 women plus Hubby & Son that sometimes do Pedicures too almost weekly.. I should think Nail Salons would like to have us right?). So, I went there with my Mom on a Sunday, by accident, since they're only one open on a Sunday near RIVERSTONE Pky. Area when we're driving thru there.. ( I hadn't researched better the area's Nail Salons that Sunday 2 weeks ago, because we're at Publix and decided on Pedicures at the last minute). But, after this HORRIBLE place & HORRIBLE service? I have since found a few Nail places open on Sundays that are great so far. (Serenity being one so far). On a side note For Students: This place is near a University, I believe Reinhardt? And they are so expensive..but they had a "Student Discount" and because I have 2 out of my 4 daughters in a different University I figured "let me ask": They actually give $1 discount for Students!!!! ONE DOLLAR. Seriously? Better not to give it any then.. because they're VERY overpriced to begin with and $1 won't help any student. What a joke. But I digress.. My issue here is that "Nail World" is not only way overpriced, but the ACTUAL Nail SERVICE & QUALITY? NEVER HAD IT WORST! I'm talking about doing a Regular + callus treatment Pedicure where I had to keep asking "over and over" to my Mom's and mine Nail Techs, to please cut both our toe nails properly (asked at least 4X!!), also had to keep asking them both to actually remove callus since we paid for it, right? It didn't work.. But worse? They both "nodded yes"constantly but continued to ignore all our requests to PLEASE cut our nails properly, remove or "buff/scrub" our soles for dead skin, remove callus..(Basically do a good Pedicure like most places) but even worse? They're NOT going to use that little tool that ANY OTHER SALON DOES that cleans around the edges of toe nails? The one that removes dead skin, dirty, etc from under & around and clean your toe nails? Yeah.. that one was even worse.. and disgusting... because I had to actually ASK them to use that tool! He wasn't going to, and both didn't like we asked our "corners" to be cleaned that way, which is standard in any Pedicure/Manicure in any other Salon! They're we're upset because in their mind, they're almost done..Eww!! To make matters even worse than all this? They're already pretty much "done" in less than 15 minutes!! They both started already using "massage" on our legs as a "let-me-do-this- crappy-massage-so-I-can-get-you-out-fast-and-get-next-person-waiting" and they're BOTH rushing...rushing to get me and my mom and others to finish fast. We noticed that all other clients there doing Pedicures, were no longer than us either, which total time they took? Between 15-20 min! So I'm assuming that's the time they normally finish a Pedicure! And they didn't care.. they continued "nodding" and ignoring us.. and then seemed frustrated we're not accepting their "Express" service! The man that did mine, did my pedicure so bad that I had to go around 5 days later, to a new place (Diva Nails which is a great place, but not open on Sundays) just to trim AND CLEAN my toe nails again, actually have someone finally remove dead skin/callus, since he didn't do it, and new place helped me with an already ingrown toe nail because of they way this place "didn't" cut my toe nails properly. I Basically had to do a completely new Pedicure less than 5 days later. Unacceptable. I'm sorry. It's not free. I was paying for a service that I didn't get it. Overall? WORST PLACE/SERVICE EVER. They're clearly used to only doing "Perfect & Easy", maybe younger people's feet, so unless you're "15 yrs old", with no dead skin, callus, or want your nails cleaned? You'd probably be ok with this place. But if you're like me (in my late 30's), and my older Mom, and have extra dead skin, callus? (normal for any women over 20) this IS NOT THE PLACE for you. I was extremely upset how they did a crappy job, charged almost double other places do ( OH AND BE PREPARED.. THEY ASK FOR TIPS! When we went to pay?...They actually asked!) and they're ALL rushing, rushing, rushing. Hope they read this and maybe start actually providing a good service. Even though I will NEVER go back there or even recommend it to anyone else. EVER. read more

This was the worst manicure pedicure I've had. The pedicure consisted of me soaking my feet, filing my nails and him painting them. He actually switched out the color I chose with a different brand without asking me. I could have done a better job at home. He did not remove any calluses nor use any kind of exfoliating device. The gel manicure was even worse. All he did was use the electric grinder, which cut my finger, and then he painted my nails. No cuticle work, lotion, shaping. I certainly hope this was his first day on the job because there is really no other excuse for the poor service. I would love to tell you his name but of course he never told me nor did he speak any words to me at all. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

I love this place! It's not fancy but they do good work and are reasonable. They offer gel, regular, and my favorite, SNS. Been coming here for a few years an have tried other places closer to home and work but they don't measure up and I keep coming back! When we moved to Canton, from the Roswell area, we had to find all new vendors; from cable providers to car washes. We happened to be eating lunch at Red Lobster and I noticed our servers nails and asked her where she went. She directed us to Nail World and 4 years later I'm finally getting around to writing a review. My 2 daughters and I showed up 15 min before closing today and they still gave us top notch pedicures.
