Our agent, Tim, gave different answers (three different version on different date) about exchange of an Unite Airline ticket which was paid in full. He told us that it can be credited to United Airline account; can be exchanged to other route as long as it is United Airline, and the exchange can be managed by United Airline. The fact is we can not go any of above, we had turned to United Airline on the phone, email and LAX UA counter, we were kicked back to the agent-Tim because the account is "LOCKED". We have spent so much time trying to use the ticket but go no where. With that said, we will lose $1,250 completely if we do not travel to Europe by February next year.
