I've always taken great care of my cars, so I was really upset when I accidentally scraped the…read morefront driver-side rim on my 2026 Honda Accord against a curb I didn't realize was sticking out. The scratches weren't major, but they stood out because the rims are black. It happened on a Friday, and that night I requested an online quote from Wheels Onsite. By Monday morning, the quote was already in my inbox. I chose their Sterling location since it was a little cheaper than mobile service, and my apartment's underground garage would have made that difficult. The whole process was quick and easy. I dropped my car off Tuesday morning, and it was ready that afternoon. The rim looks like it never happened. I've only had it back for a day, but so far I'm really happy with the results and would definitely recommend them for rim repair.

I contacted this company about four days ago for what should have been a very simple mobile wheel…read morerepair. During my initial phone call, I provided all of my information, including my address and vehicle details. My location was verified, and there was absolutely no indication that they did not service my area. They then asked me to send photos of my wheels, which I did immediately. Shortly afterward, I received an email asking me for much of the same information again--my name, vehicle make and model, and photos of the wheels. Despite the redundancy and some obvious confusion, I provided everything again. I then received confirmation that they could service my vehicle and repair the wheels. I was quoted $700 to repair all four, which I immediately accepted. I personally called to finalize the appointment. Once again, my information was reviewed, I provided a valid credit card, the appointment was booked, and I was given a confirmed service date. Then, just moments after everything was finalized, I received a phone call telling me they actually DO NOT service my area. Their proposed solution? They asked if I would be willing to drive somewhere and "meet them halfway." That completely defeats the purpose of hiring a MOBILE wheel repair company. I specifically chose a mobile service because I did not want to inconvenience myself by spending part of my day driving to and waiting at an auto body or wheel repair shop. What made the experience worse was the initial deflection and confusion during the final phone call, including suggestions that I somehow had not provided all of the necessary information--even though I had provided my address and vehicle information multiple times and had already been quoted, booked, and given an appointment. Ultimately, the representative acknowledged that the mistake was theirs, apologized, and told me they would use the situation as a "training moment" so it would not happen again. That's great for their future customers, but where does that leave me? After four days, multiple phone calls and emails, repeatedly providing the same information, sending photos, receiving a written quote, providing my credit card, and actually booking an appointment, I am left with absolutely nothing. My wheels are still not repaired, and apparently my wasted time became their employee training exercise. This entire experience was completely unprofessional and an enormous waste of my time. Needless to say, I will not be returning. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you're looking for a reliable mobile wheel repair service, I would strongly suggest finding a company that can determine whether they service your address BEFORE taking you through the entire quoting and booking process.

I took my truck to get brand new brakes and rotors and some how these fellas ended up keeping my truck for 6+ hours because they broke my gear shifter . they were less than forth coming about it and then tried to send me home with my keys stuck in the ignition. the new owner I'm assuming who is very sexist and racist began to antagonize me and insult me by saying "what do you want me to do? i don't have a magic wand !" in response to his team breaking my vehicle !! he made me pay $400 then tried to hold my car for 2 days until I got my father on the phone then he decided to comple change his tone and let me take my truck . as soon as I left I realized my brakes were worse than EVER before and I returned that Monday to have them looked at and I was told to "let the paint wear off" immediately upon leaving I got 3 new lights on my dash and the sexist racist rude owner pretended like he couldn't feel the grinding my brakes was doing !! he then insulted me called me names and told me to leave accusing me of taking advantage of him when he's done nothing but take my money and ruin my car further . it's already a bad car but to make it worse and insult me and kick me out of your business because of your teams mistakes is less than acceptable and I plan to take this business to court . I really trusted these people until last weekend . don't go there. especislly if your black or a woman !! they do not appreciate you . I feel so bad for the man's team , there are some really nice people there but the owner is horrible

I live over 40min away & yet still drive up to this shop just because of the customer service & quality of work they do. They always let me know what exactly is wrong & allow me the decision whether to go through w the work or wait for a better time. I typically go for routine oil changes, however have done other work such as getting O2 sensors, catalytic converters, intakes, tires, etc. The value I've received here is exceptional & prices are great too! I've compared parts they'd locate to parts I can get online myself & 9/10 times it's usually within $20-50 difference. They also will install your parts for you if you decide to buy it on your own.

I had the pleasure of meeting Q (Qasim) from Meineke , last friday in a rather unfortunate…read moresituation. Let me tell you, if you're looking for a mechanic- Q is the guy. I do not live in the Dumfries area, but if I did, I can tell you that I would not use anyone else if I could help it for my car maintenance needs. I have a 2018 Suburban, that hasn't given us any trouble. Traveling from out of town, my car went into shut down mode in the middle of I-95 on Friday around 5:30pm traffic. Luckily, I was able to use momentum to get off at the nearest exit where the vehicle locked out before I could properly pull into the nearest gas station. As a woman traveling alone I was obviously distressed by the situation. I tried to remedy the issue myself to no avail. I looked over and saw Meineke within walking distance, so I walked over as a last resort before calling a tow truck to see if they had a code reader, and would mind coming over. I walked in, and Q met me at the door. When I presented him with my situation he gladly offered to come over and assess the situation for me. He assured me of a couple different scenarios that could be happening, and a few options we may have. Once at the vehicle the code reader confirmed his predictions and he was able to quickly peform a reset. Poof! My vehicle was in good operating order again. If that wasn't enough, Q wanted to make sure that it was safe to continue to drive, knowing that I was traveling, so he brought it into the shop to double check a few things. He took his time explaining to me what all he was looking for, and what we would do if a problem arose. Luckily, all it needed was a reset of the battery, which we did, and it has been fine ever since. During my state of distress I hadn't paid much attention to time, just my nerves, and they weren't good. Once Q had assured me this was a fairly simple fix, and explained in detail what was going on, my anxiety about the situation dissipated, and I realized that Q was taking time after hours to help me in my unique situation. I tell this story in detail because not ony did Q quickly and efficiently get my vehicle up and running, but his attention to my state of distress, his kindness, and his desire to help me with my issue even when he would have to work late, speaks very highly of his character. I never felt like a burden, or that he was rushing through the situation. He truly cared to help a stranger in need. Q even took the time to show me in detail of another area that I should have checked out once I arrived home. I'm so thankful that I broke down near Q's shop. I truly believe that if I hadn't my situation might have been much different. Thanks to Q not only was the situation remedied quickly, but I had the opportunity to see that good people who want to help others do still exist. I will not forget Q's kindness to me, and I hope that others will try to give him their mechanical needs. It's people like Q that I want to support and see flourish in their business. Again, thank you Q.

They could've gotten to my car by 5 pm. They were nonchalant about helping me, so I went 200 yards to the Jiffy Lube and they assisted me immediately. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Won't be coming back to this Meineke ever. This experience could have been improved with a willingness to work on my vehicle.
