Im a single mom who values being able to go to a reliable mechanic and go about my life . I've been going here for years - until last week . I took my truck to get brand new brakes and rotors and some how these fellas ended up keeping my truck for 6+ hours because they broke my gear shifter . they were less than forth coming about it and then tried to send me home with my keys stuck in the ignition. the new owner I'm assuming who is very sexist and racist began to antagonize me and insult me by saying "what do you want me to do? i don't have a magic wand !" in response to his team breaking my vehicle !! he made me pay $400 then tried to hold my car for 2 days until I got my father on the phone then he decided to comple change his tone and let me take my truck . as soon as I left I realized my brakes were worse than EVER before and I returned that Monday to have them looked at and I was told to "let the paint wear off" immediately upon leaving I got 3 new lights on my dash and the sexist racist rude owner pretended like he couldn't feel the grinding my brakes was doing !! he then insulted me called me names and told me to leave accusing me of taking advantage of him when he's done nothing but take my money and ruin my car further . it's already a bad car but to make it worse and insult me and kick me out of your business because of your teams mistakes is less than acceptable and I plan to take this business to court . I really trusted these people until last weekend . don't go there. especislly if your black or a woman !! they do not appreciate you . I feel so bad for the man's team , there are some really nice people there but the owner is horrible read more

Honest, trustworthy, careful, & overall amazing business. I've been going here for years & I've got to say they're great at what they do & efficient. I live over 40min away & yet still drive up to this shop just because of the customer service & quality of work they do. They always let me know what exactly is wrong & allow me the decision whether to go through w the work or wait for a better time. I typically go for routine oil changes, however have done other work such as getting O2 sensors, catalytic converters, intakes, tires, etc. The value I've received here is exceptional & prices are great too! I've compared parts they'd locate to parts I can get online myself & 9/10 times it's usually within $20-50 difference. They also will install your parts for you if you decide to buy it on your own. read more

DO NOT take your car here. Went to get a flat fixed and their machine took a chunk out of my rim and scratched it all the way around. They tried to touch it up with black touch up paint without telling me. Realized it after I hand washed the car the next morning. Went back and talked to the owner and all he said was it was not his fault that paint scratches are normal when changing a tire (which is not true). He offered no kind of resolution. Totally bad business practice. Knowing his machine did the damage, he didn't even offer a refund. Will never go back to them and as one of the senior Marines on Quantico I will ensure that I steer clear as many people possible away from their shop. read more

BEWARE!!!!!! They will try to scam you! I went there for a new tire and alignment on 3.6.19. Who I am assuming to be the assistant manager or perhaps just an employee was kind enough at first to offer me a slight discount on the used tire I was to purchase. We agree on what work needs to be done to my car and I leave for work. I call the store back a little later to get an update. I have an older car and was worried about other issues arising with it. I get no answer at first a little worrisome, so I call back and get a response and an update. He tells me that my inner and outer tire rods are jammed and need to be replaced in order to do the alignment. He offers me what I feel is a fair deal for the alignment, tire rods, and tire. I agree. I come to pick my car up and I pay. After I already pay he conveniently tells me that he forgot to charge me for the price of the tire. I look and the receipt and there is no tire price. An honest mistake right? He has been so kind and even offers to drop the price of the tire a little bit more. I accept his slight oversight and I pay for the tire. I get a phone call today 3.7.19 and he tells me that he didn't charge me for the alignment. Telling me to look on the receipt and that it won't be there. Here's the thing during the phone call he told me what each service's price would be, AND it was also on the itemized receipt that he hand wrote when I picked my car up. This is completely appalling that this is how they are choosing to run their business. I without a doubt will not be back. I just hope that the work that was done one my car is more trustworthy than Auto World. read more

Reasonable price and will negotiated with you. Understands your need and helps you as fast as they can. I've been to other tire shops and they take 30 minutes to get my tires done. Auto World did it in a matter of minutes. It took about 15 minutes to finish my tire. I've notice this company is about saving customers their time and money. I'm a busy person so time and money is what I need to be cut down. Great place to go and get new tires and used tires. Also they have a system set up where they found the tires you need in a couple of seconds, instead of looking through the whole store. Great place to go to and will help you around your needs. If you need time and money to cut down and leave the place happy this is the tire shop you should go to. I recommend this place for you if you need help wit tires and car problems. read more
