I called 3 tire/autoshops this morning most busy. Went to Firestone on base they kept my car two hours declined to repair and tried to sell me a tire instead. Called Dominion they were super friendly and just said bring it in we'll fix it for you. Sat in my car the entire time they took it off fixed and went to pay and it was ONLY 35$!!!! Brought in all of my cars here this year. Why? - Not expensive. Was ~$25 to fix a tire with a slow leak I could not locate and fix. - Timely, no appointment. Anywhere else would've required an appointment, and of course never today. These guys fix in real time. Drive in, little wait, if any. - See whats going on. I was able to see what was going on. No, not inside garage, but they'd show me what was happening, vs a salesman trying to tell me. "I found your hidden nail, it was right here hidden on the side you couldn't see", etc - Friendly Was sorta surprised they lacked an AC. Not the waiting area/lobby I would've expected. Just water in plastic bottles, no other drink/snacks. Fortunately there's Shell station nearby. read more

These guys are SUPER FAST. Came in last minute for a tire patch and they put me priority since I was in a bit of a hurry and it was a minor job. I hate car problems... But since they're a part of life, dealing with a reliable company makes it a whole lot easier! The guys at ASAP Reliable Tires came to my rescue! I was looking for a used rim and tire online and these guys were one of the people I called. They referred me to the auto Recyclers down the street for the rim and told me to stop by their shop to get the tire after picking up the rim. When I came by to get the new tire they took care of my car right away and even went the extra mile to check the quality of the other current rim on the front of my car and switched it with one of the back tires so that it wouldn't affect my driving as much. I knew I was going to probably need two more tires instead of just one. The owner, Scott, was very helpful in getting me in and out of there as fast as possible and with a great pair of Michelin Tires mounted and balanced. With service and products this good, I'll be a customer for life! read more

The absolute worst experience I've ever had at a mechanic shop. I got an oil change here, and they punctured the oil filter during installation. I discovered the failure when my engine started knocking and the oil sign came on. The result left me stranded on the side of the road for fear of continuing to damage my engine because of a lack of oil! I contacted them about paying for the oil and potential engine damage, but I received rude feedback and complete disregard for my situation. I have yet to receive any support or monetary compensation for the damages done. TERRIBLE. It's close to the military base, but do not waste your time or money. read more

Maybe this place was once good but they aren't any longer. There is a very rude hispanic man that works there. I wish I got his name. I'm not the only one that complained about the customer service, read the other reviews. When I arrived and said I just wanted a repair for my tire he was trying to convince me they don't do repairs only change tires. It says it right on the website. He was just trying to get me to pay more. I will never patronize this establishment again and I recommend you don't either. I could not have been luckier to get a puncture on I-95 and end up here by accident. They tended to me right away, fixed me up in less than 25 minutes and the charge was totally reasonable. If I lived in the area, this would be my go-to place without hesitation. read more

Literally the WORST customer service EVER! My husband got yelled at by a employee named Hernandez to "get the fuck out" his car while he was lifting our car. The man just kept saying curse words and yelling at other customers. A woman later drove by and he proceeded to tell her "I have a line of fucking people I can't get to you maybe come back later or not I don't give a fuck".... I do not recommend this place to anyone seriously! These guys offer wonderful customer service! I was unprepared for the $45 they charged for putting on my new used tires for the back tires, but was completely made up in service. I bought two used tires which automatically came with a three month warranty. Within that time, I actually got holes in both tires, where I would fill them up and within a week they were flat again. I went back to ASAP thinking they might give me a hard time about the tires. However, I walked in, told them that the tires were going flat, and they immediately fixed them up, without any hassle, paperwork, and in about 15 minutes. They were polite and friendly the whole time. Two months later, after the warranty expired, I ran over a nail and air was once again seeping out and had to be refilled constantly. I went back to ASAP, thinking they wouldn't be able to help me, but once again, they were friendly, attentive, and actually patched the hole free of charge and on the spot. I wish I had found these guys before I spent $500 on the wheel bearings my mechanic said were the problem (but really not). Ended up just having some strange tire wear and a quick rotation shifted the road noise to the back instead of the front where it would drive me crazy. They also volunteered information pertaining to discrepancies (which I knew about) but no other shop has looked out for the interests of me or my car like that before. Never go here. Whenever you go the prices change. The gentleman there was not friendly. I called someone told me 10 to balance my tires. When I arrived the gentleman told me 15 to balance each tire when I went back 4 days later he told 20 dollars each tire. I told he. I was just here 4 days ago and he told me ok $15. Most of all. After reading the sole review of this business on Yelp, which was highly positive, I decided to give ASAP a try. (I must say it did help make the decision easier in that I work close to this business.) Anyhow, I had two flat tires that I took to ASAP, expecting them to tell me I would need to buy replacement, used tires. Instead, Francisco, the individual who helped me, called me a little later in the day and told me he was able to patch both tires, which each had a nail in the tread. Depends on who you talk to or who helps you . Out of 10 times I've been here I've had a good ecperience abt 75% of the time . If you need a tire, yup check with these guys. For me, they are pretty close to my house. And not every place can do a 19 inch rim from what I hear, they'll take care of it. read more

I am so happy with the service I have received from ASAP tires. I have been there four times and each time there has been no wait. The employees come right out to ask me what I need and have my car jacked up within 10 mins! I got four new tires from them at a great price. Then I had a nail in my tire and they fixed at a discount when I had my tires rotated. I returned a few weeks later with another nail in my tire and they fixed it for free. They are fast, reasonable and friendly. I will go there for all my tire needs. Highly recommend them. I have no idea why others have noted poor customer service.
