I called and made an appointment for only two days away. The representative called me the day of the appointment when he was on his way. He arrived, removed the damage wheel and repaired it in my driveway. He painted the entire wheel so it wouldn't look patched. He did an excellent job. I can't find on the wheel where the damage was. This is my second time using these folks. The process can be a bit confusing at first. You need to kickoff the process through their website and upload photos for review. Once you get the approval that they can repair it with the cost, you then reach out to them by phone to schedule your appointment. What's great about this service is they are remote and can work on your car at your home. This makes scheduling much easier. Anthony was my service person. He gave me a call before arriving. Communication was great. The work was completed within 90 minutes and it turned out great. After the work was completed, my brakes made a bit of noise but he was able to explain that the chemicals used can dry the brakes out temporarily and after 10 minutes of driving it goes away. By the end of the week, I got no reply. 5 days later, I had to email them pictures 3 times, by then I called them 5 separate times. On the 3rd call I asked if I could just text the pictures to someone. Every time I called someone would tell me they would call me right back. No response. Their techs are so friendly, professional and perform top notch work for very reasonable prices. My wheels are after-market so it's worth it to pay for the fix rather than buy a new wheel. Connor and the team at WheelsOnSite did a great job fixing 3 of my Porsche Cayenne's wheels!! One wheel was damaged by a local tire shop (dropped during install...) and the other two I rubbed on a curb with some pretty bad curb rash. My Cayenne has the 20" RS Spyder wheels with a Platinum Satin finish which I was worried that they would not be able to match correctly, but I am VERY happy with how they turned out!! Porsche does not sell replacement/touchup paint for this color, so they did a great job color matching! Unless you looked closely for a long time and knew what to look for you would never know there was damage on any of them at all! Just the very slightest and gradual "flattening" where the damage used to be and they made it look great, blends in grind you would never know! There was a lot of wheel missing before!!! I am truly impressed and thankful to have my car's wheels back to looking shiny and new!
