I have a 2002 H1 Hummer with hard to find front heated windshield (OEM) where another glass company approved by State Farm insurance nearly ruined the 1st attempt to replace the windshield. After additional damage caused by another glass company, I found All Glass and they fixed all the original issues/damages caused by previous glass replacement company (i.e. stripped bolts, missing garnish, scratches, incomplete wiring). All Glass ordered the correct parts, re-connected all the windshield wiring for heated windshield, fixed all the stripped bolt inserts and completed the custom replacement on my H1 Alpha Hummer Wagon. I had SUCH a great experience at this place. I had a windsheild already but the installation was crummy. I was told they'd do their very best to save the glass and charge to clean up the rusty leak and put the same glass back in. A couple of other places said no way they'd even attempt that and that I'd have to get a new one to the tune of a LOT more money, even if All Glass couldn't save the windshield and I needed to buy a new one! I live 2.6 miles away and when they heard me about to Uber home, they offered me a ride. Now that is service I say!!! When I came to get my car, the young man who fixed it showed me a video of before and after. I guess it had been leaking for a long while (I just bought the car) cuz it was pretty rusty. He cleaned up the whole thing for a really, really good and fair price. I was so impressed, I even offered him a tip, but he graciously declined and happy to do it. Family run business. Customer oriented, quick and quality work. After getting the ok from our insurance provider, i drove in a little after 5pm without an appt to get a crack on windshield looked at. Lucy was very friendly, patient and very accommodating as to getting it repaired the same day for me. They close shop at 6pm, so she could have easily said no it was too late to do the repair but she didnt. She got the process going quickly. I Had my kids with me, we waited in wait area, made some hot chocolate, played some games on our iPad/phone.. and I was only asked ONCE by my 8 yr old, "how long will it take?" hahaa It was done pretty quickly, we picked up the car and left around 6:15pm. Lucy had said that for my windshield it can only be repaired about 90% and she was pretty spot on. Store front looks small and hidden but repair shop around the back is huge. Right next to Sherwin-Williams. Several parking spots in front. Shop was busy, phone constantly ringing off the hook and customers picking up their cars. You can't trust their work. The work doesn't last and glass leaks. The originally tried to pass off incomplete work and finished. After going around and around I filed a complaint with their parent company since they are sub contractors. They repaired the issues and said all the parts didn't come in and that was the problem. So why did they try to pass off work as complete and have me drive off an accept what they did? It was only repaired after their parent company got involved after I sent them the photos of their work. They can't not be trusted! Obvious things like the rubber seals were missing. read more

As I was driving on the highway last week, a rock hit my windshield and left a sizable chip. I have AAA insurance which includes windshield coverage; they connected me with All Glass which is a AAA preferred vendor. Because of this (and positive Yelp reviews) I was confident in the choice. Because of COVID-19, I was looking for a mobile service which All Glass told me they offered and I scheduled an appointment for them to do the repair at my home. The morning of my appointment, two men showed up - one wearing a mask below his nose and one not wearing a mask at all. They attempted to fix the chip in my windshield and I could see they were struggling and making several calls to someone who seemed to be walking them through the process. When asked if they did this often, the man told me that he had never done it before! A short while later, they said they were done, I came over to take a look and there was still a large hole in my windshield. After some discussion, the man handed over his cell phone (uh... COVID?!) and I spoke to Lucy who told me that because it was cloudy, the glue wouldn't cure and the man would leave some glue and a razor blade with me to finish the job myself. But I would need to drive around in the sun... She told me that All Glass actually doesn't offer mobile service and it was my fault for not bringing my car into the shop where they have the correct tools like a UV light to cure the glue. I eventually brought my car into the shop where they finished the job, however it still looks quite bad. My main concerns are: - Improper COVID-19 precautions - Agreeing to a mobile service when it's not something your company actually provides - Blaming me for your poor work product I'll be leaving my feedback with AAA. In my opinion All Glass shouldn't be on their preferred vendor list. read more

Its just an old aluminum frame single pane window, but every business I contacted in yelp wanted $285 up to almost $500! And that's with me offering to bring it in to them. I had a large crack on my windshield so I called Livermore Toyota. They don't do windshields but referred to All Glass. I initially wanted to go to SafeLite, but went with this place since Toyota recommended them. The windshield replacement part was ok, didn't have a problem there. What irked me was the fact that they didn't state that my windshield needed recalibration because of the sonar system. I learned that from my coworker who has the same car. When I called All Glass back they seemed surprised that I needed it - shouldn't they know this?? I had to wait several more days for them to get approved from Geico. I think they should've requested this at the same time as the getting the ok for the windshield. I didn't want to pay several hundred dollars out of pocket for the recalibration and preferred to get the approval ahead of time so I was patient an waited. We finally got that approved and dropped my car off. Later that afternoon we came to pick my car up around 4pm. I knew something was off when the guy said I had a $500 deductible. I said "No, it should be $50." I was close to handing over my credit card, when I saw the invoice was for a Subaru. He was surprised and went to the back to sort it out, this time with my $50 deductible. I made sure the invoice stated the recalibration was done and paid with my credit card (didn't check for ID). Then he handed me the key for the Subaru! I said "No, I have a Camry." Next morning, as I was driving on the freeway to work, an alert popped up "Pre-Collision System Malfunction. Visit your Dealer." Oh crap! I knew then and there All Glass didn't recalibrate my windshield. I was livid. This is a basic safety system of the car! I called Geico and said I needed to take my car to Toyota Livermore. I don't trust All Glass. They said that I would have to pay for the recalibration up front but can be reimbursed later. Grrrr. So yea, All Glass failed to recalibrate my windshield, an essential safety system of my car. Or maybe they attempted but botched it royally. Toyota also found an error in the windshield during recalibration, what the heck did All Glass do?! I had to fork out $680 and more headache. I complained to Toyota because they basically recommended All Glass to me. They were shocked by my story and will reconsider sending anyone in the future. Bottom line, if you need windshield recalibration, go elsewhere. read more

This is the second time I come back to this shop. This time it's a crack windshield on my Sienna. Lucy helped me both times. She is nice and knowledgeable. She placed order for my car windshield, call to to make my appointment, and call when my car is ready. My windshield had a large, spreading crack in it for months. I went with All Glass after asking around, getting a few quotes, and reading reviews. Not only did they come recommended by Dublin Toyota, but they were the cheapest as well. I am happy I chose this place! Vivian was super friendly, helpful, and communicative throughout the entire process. She let me know that the first replacement windshield had a crack, so I had come back later in the day while they ordered another one which wasn't a huge deal since I already made plans to watch a movie. Despite this setback, my car was done the same day! Vivian sent me home with a beautiful crack free windshield and important do's and don'ts for the first 24-48 hours while the windshield settled. Quick, Friendly, Honest service. That's kinda hard to come by these days. This was a place where I didn't use yelp to help me out. Damage first started with a rock chip on my windshield. Thanksgiving day was cold!! But somehow Black Friday afternoon was pretty warm. . so I decided to park my car outside. When I went back to the car 4 hours later, There it was... an 18 inch crack right across the windshield. GREAT. I called around noon & they were able to set my appointment for the Saturday. The place was a little bit hard to find - but they're moving to Doherty this Monday. We walked in & the car was inspected. They said it would take about an hour or so since they had to prime & redo the molding. Hubbs and I decided to go for a walk to Zaks Cafe while waiting. When we got back, the gentleman at the counter talked about how bad the sealing was when we got the windshield initially replaced. They couldn't guarantee much since the body was rusted. However, if we call - they'll do their best to work with us. They said usually they won't even mess with a car that's has rust. They just went on and sanded/primed/replaced and sealed (that's what I understand - it was hard to understand his accent) I don't know jack about cars, but hubbs was impressed with the work they did. We paid ~$200 for a 2000 Honda's windshield to be replaced (tinted) & it comes with a free rock chip repair in the future. ($50 in future savings) Before I got a quote from them, I called 10 different businesses pulled from google - not yelp. The highest quote was around $500 - Seriously?!? Thanks All Glass! read more

They were the only ones who had my glass in stock for my 02 E55 Mercedes and could replace it same day so I gave it a shot. Dealership wanted over $1,300 and I had to wait a week for the glass to come in. Couldn't be happier. Used OEM Sekurit glass (one of the best OEM ones available, had the glass replaced once at the dealership and although it was OEM it was lesser quality PGW), replaced all seals with OEM rather than glue, and dealt with insurance for me. All I paid them was my deductible and I was on my way. They have all sorts of glass and mirrors for your home too with tons of cool options. They work together with a Mercedes repair shop next door that was also able to re-calibrate the rain sensor, easy-peasy. But the best part was the customer service. I think she was the manager (pretty Asian lady), didn't catch her name (horrible with names), but if she reads this she'll know I mean her. So I'll give you the backstory. Last week some lowlifes smashed the rear passenger side window of my car all for an empty backpack and some trash. I was referred to All Glass by Dublin Toyota. Apparently, if I had gone to Dublin Toyota, it would've been $600 and they wouldn't have been able to do it same day. All Glass to the rescue! It was so easy and painless with All Glass. I called them, gave them my vehicle information, and the lady was able to give me an exact quote minus taxes right over the phone. It was a little difficult to find, but once there it was a breeze. It only took an hour and a half to finish up, so I grabbed lunch at Denica's and by the time I was able to get back to All Glass and take a seat in their comfortable lounge and turn on the tv (which I had control of the remote since there was no one else there) and log on to the free wifi on my iPhone, my car was done. I was hoping it would've taken a bit longer so I could relax a bit more in the lounge and watch some cable, but I guess I won't dock them too many stars for that. ;) I was a little scared of the final bill. I think shops that cater to vehicle repairs are pretty notorious for hidden fees and all that junk. The final price was the exact price I was told over the phone, with tax added on of course. A+ All Glass! I'll definitely come back here next time I need some vehicle glass repair, but hopefully I'll never have to come back again. read more

Fast service and great customer service. We asked for a custom vanity mirror and it was done in 1 day since it was a frameless mirror for the bathroom. If it was a special order mirror, I think it would've taken longer, but we liked the simple look so we went with frameless with a J Bar to hold it in place. I had trouble finding a windshield replacement shop for my 1998 Corvette convertible. Two other national glass replacement companies you see on TV ads said my car was too old! I found "all glass" on yelp and stopped in. Lucy looked at my car and said yes, it did have to be replaced and said she's done other Corvettes with no problem. She called my insurance company and it turns out her shop is a preferred provider and I just needed to pay the deductible. She did say it might take a little time to find the new windshield and a new rubber casing. She called in a week and said she had everything to do the job and bring the car in. They recommended me to use the original manufacture glass and not the bmw dealership glass. Because is made from the same manufacture. I saved $897.55. I'm extremely happy with their honest advice. Unfortunately, my Toyota FJ Cruiser goes through windshields about every six months. However the staff at All Glass in Dublin California makes the pain go away with their excellent customer service. There aren't enough good things to say about this company. I brought my mini cooper in for a windshield replacement, which they did fast, clean and so well. A month later one of the trim pieces on the car failed and broke off. They had alerted me at the time of the repair and showed me the weak part and recommend a replacement. I ignored their warning, and low and behold it failed on the FREEWAY!!! I brought them the car to a repair. I am speechless, they did the repair, and didn't charge me a CENT!!!! for labor, and passed the discount on the part to me!! A great business if you don't mind being sexually harassed! Last Friday, October 31, 2021, the business next door to my hospital had glass installed. I can not speak to the quality of work, but I can speak on their inappropriate and unprofessional staff. Please, pull up a chair for this one... Two of my employees (nurses) went to get a patient from the parking lot last Friday, which happened to be Halloween. Like many businesses, some of my employees chose to dress in costumes (scrubs with ears and a tail). Upon their short walk to the lot, there was an ALL GLASS employee standing next to his truck receiving a payment from the neighboring business. The All Glass employee decided that it was right then it would be an appropriate time to cat call and sexually harass both nurses. "Shake your a**, baby!" he yelled to one nurse and, "Have you ever seen a 10 buck shot? Come over here and I'll show you mine!" My nurses were humiliated. They both came inside, one crying and visibly shaken, the other angry and trying to protect the other. I immediately went to the business next door to get the information of the glass company and called All Glass right away. It was after 4:30pm at that time and they did not answer, so I left a message. On Monday, I still had not heard, so I called again. The lady that answered the phone initially seemed disturbed by my call and even confirmed the name of the and physical description of the technician that had come out. Her story quickly changed when I said the neighboring business had cameras and they could see the whole thing. She then said that we, "couldn't just go around accusing people of things." I insisted again that it was FACT. The woman said there wasn't really anything she could do but would have one of the managers (James or Ben) call me back. I have not received a single call back, and today is Friday, November 5, 2021. Each day I have called, and each day I have gotten the same answer. I was told that their staff is trained NOT to sexually harass people, so she's not sure why it would have happened. I'd really like to think that the world isn't like that either, but that's just not the reality we live in. After yesterday's call, she asked me to stop calling. She said she has taken my message on Monday and that the managers were busy. It seems apparent that this is not a priority to them, and I am disgusted. This business is condoning this kind of behavior and avoiding us, brushing off our grievance. BUYER BEWARE. If you do decide to go with this company, have a witness present and possibly some pepper spray. read more

My wife's Toyota RAV4 2010 model had front window broken. We went to Dublin Toyota for repair and Dublin Toyota somehow outsourced the job to All glass. Now my wife has been to Dublin Toyota three time already. The replaced front window still has air leak noise on the right side when we drive on free way less than 70 mph. What is the good for an auto glass company which cannot fix window without air leak after three attempts!! It is totally outrageous! I would ask for money back but my wife still wants to go back to Dublin Toyota for the fourth time. Absolutely amazing group of people here with class and the most amazing customer service. They are a family business that treats you like family. Last week I stopped by their shop to have them look at my leaking moon roof. Lucy came out and said bring your car into our shop and I'll take a look at it. Lucy spend at least an hour trying to adjust and fix my moon roof. She said it couldn't be adjusted but I can put some shims in there and it will stop the leak but no more using the moon roof. I said that would be great I don't use it anyway. Lucy spent that much of her time to help me and didn't charge me a dime. Now that's customer service I will take all of my glass business to them. This is the worst place for windshield repair. The front desk was nice but the workmanship is horrible. I have scratches on my dash. But what's worse is the deep gash on my dash. I had the repair done about a month ago. I didn't notice the damage until recently. I was wondering why there are scratches and deep gash. I thought someone might have thrown keys on there but it's on the edge near the glass where it's angled. So I know keys wouldn't fit. Crappy workmanship. Avoid at all cost. read more
