TL;DR: very little work done in several days, expensive items "thrown out" even though we…read moreexplicitly mentioned to not touch the area, gaslit for asking for reimbursement for missing items. shady business. here's the long version. i never write detailed reviews but this one i hope will save someone else the stress and headache from dealing with this company in the future. we have text receipts of all issues addressed in this story so as much as he'd like to deny or twist the facts here, we can always provide proof of communication. we hired ECO via daniel several months ago to help deep clean our condo. the condo was vacant and all furniture was gone except a tv, tv stand and some small misc items. daniel came to do a review and provide a quote for the job, seemed like a nice guy and we had a good initial impression, so we agreed and paid the deposit for the work. to summarize the issues we experienced once he started the work: - initial estimate was 2 days of work, property owner stopped by to check after day 2 and virtually no work was done - daniel asked for another day to do the work himself, we obliged - discovered on walkthrough that expensive items in fridge that we explicitly told them not to clean out were "thrown out" but all other items that should have been tossed were still present in condo (sure buddy...) - worker/middle aged son was seen riding mountain bike around the complex leaving garage wide open with some items we had begun to move and a collector car on display... - another worker walked in front door after just smoking a cigarette causing condo to smell for several days after, showing lack of respect for our property - we requested reimbursement for items "thrown out" but got gaslit for several months after with no reimbursement and being called "mean" for asking for reimbursement and being blamed for the whole ordeal this was the most unnecessary stress my girlfriend and i ever needed and we honestly wish we could settle this in court, but we did not have wifi at our condo at the time so no camera footage of what happened in our unit. lawyer advised me to take the loss as we don't have solid evidence of wrong doing, but hopefully this review will help save someone the headache daniel has caused us. please do your research - we discovered a bad review on the BBB stating he doesn't pay his contractors, and he hires third parties to clean your residence instead of doing the work himself as we discovered through this process. beware. **updated and added some photos i could quickly find in camera roll. i'll just keep looking through my camera roll for more

It was a BIG help as my bad back would have forced me to spend at least 5-6 hours on just cleaning, let alone the orgainizing that I needed to do. Araceli was friendly and very professional. I would deffinently recommend giving them a try. I find that most people that get upset usually were not as clear with what they want. Just have a conversation and walk them around. My experience was a 1 time thing I needed help with but I'm sure the recurring service is just as good. Worth the money. Multiple messages immediately back to back telling you to pay up. I didn't have a day open to do it. I'm not paying a deposit until I have a schedule to allow it. The contract is ridiculous. Especially the fine print. If you order them. Pay what was required and they finish early , you would be pro rated. Unless the owner does the cleaning. Then according to her, if she finishes early you pay the full boat because of her experience. That's not how it works. It's a cleaning service. Not a custom car build. You have no say if she cokes to clean. Because if you cancel in a case like that, you pay the whole thing. One example of the nickel and dime mindset. She's not overly friendly either. My hope is she sees this and makes some form of an adjustment but after reading others reviews on a different platform I found she likes to argue with clients. Angie responded quickly, immediately made an appointment for a site visit and provided an estimate including all of the documentation needed to be approved as a contractor. Our team was very pleased with the end result, they left the place immaculate, and even removed some stains on the floor that we thought would be permanent. Angie even went out of her way to pick up some supplies for us at the janitorial supply store since we had nothing! Highly recommend! Friendly, efficient and very reasonable.
