Stephen and his crew were great! They came to clean our roofs in February 2025 and I was very pleased with their work. They were punctual and professional. They climbed our very steep roofs to first brush them clean, then apply the moss deterrent (baking soda) and, finally, to clean the gutters. I was especially impressed that they only used soft brushes to clean the asphalt shingles. This is a lot better for the roof's longevity compared to power washing. Our neighbor recently had their roofs cleaned by another company, which spent TWO DAYS blasting the heck out of their already quite clean roofs with power washers. I can only imagine the damage that did to the shingles. Stephen and his crew finished our house, the two outbuildings, and the very professional final cleanup in less than 2 hours! After getting Stephen to come out and provide a estimate (which we received) I tried in vain to set up the actual appointment for window washing. At that point, he just went dark despite repeated attempts to contact him. I get that this is the busy season and he's running a small business, but the complete lack of contact after taking the time to provide a quote is just weird to me. Had he said "sorry, turns out I'm too busy" I would've understood and looked for someone else. Instead, he just ghosted us. read more

No communication and no follow-up to multiple requests for window washing. I called and texted Steven Suraci in April 2024, as he was highly recommended to us for window washing. Voice mailbox was "full" and I received no text reply. Texted again in May 2024 but no reply. He emailed me in June 2024 to say he would stop by to give an estimate, but it's now been 6 weeks and he's never appeared ... and I've had no reply to my follow-up text and email in July 2024. I have used Steven's company Perfection Services for several years, but as of 2023, he appears to only be interested in doing commercial work, and has left me hanging. I scheduled my annual window and roof cleaning with him in January 2023. The appointment was for April 19th. They showed up at 4:30 pm, which was too late in the day to do the job. They rescheduled for the 26th and again came at 4:15 pm. They did 25% of the work and left. We rescheduled and then they were a NO SHOW. No text, no explanation, NO APOLOGY. I have over 90 windows and so this is a big job, not a job to blow off. I would not recommend and will not use him again. read more

I have used Perfection Services for power washing our large aggregate driveway and walk, our house siding, for gutter cleaning, and for moss removal on our roof. I have extensive landscaping close to my house so it is very important to me that the service I use is gentle with my landscaping while also doing a good job on the house and driveway. We have been extremely happy with the work done by Perfection Services. I just had the house siding power washed last week, along with the gutters which have been overflowing with this very wet weather! The house looks GREAT and the gutters are actually functioning again. Best of all, no damage to my flowers and bushes! We live on a rural dirt road, so the siding gets very dirty, but after our last wash, it looks new again. Steven and his team are always very professional, begin the job just after arriving to our home, and have accomplished -- time and time again -- the gutter cleaning promptly and thoroughly. The team is sure to ask where gutter debris should be placed, they are sensitive about plantings around our house (when using ladders and hoses, etc.) and I so appreciate the final clean up of the walkways and driveway once the gutters are cleaned. The moss control on our roof is important, and care is taken when it is applied. These guys are great. We hired them as a group through our HOA for window washing. They offered inside/outside service - we selected outside only. The team of three was efficient, courteous and very careful with landscaping. The results are perfect and they left no mess behind. They also cleaned window screens. Previous companies have been a disaster - bent/broken/missing screens, messy, landscape damage - so we are especially pleased with the care of this crew! Steven and his team were awesome! Shortly after moving into our new house, we had the roof cleaned by KMR...they were horrid! They scratched the roof tiles, left used brushes in the rain gutters, didn't clean up debris in the flower beds, crushed plants in the garden, had to return to finishes the work promised/paid for/but not done...oy! I was actually afraid to have the roof treated again this year...but then we found Steven Suraci and Perfection Services. They provided an experience which was 180-degrees different from KMR! Steven Suraci, the owner of Perfection Window Cleaning, is based in Kitsap County but he works in a wide range of areas including King County. He worked for me on Bainbridge Island. I phoned Steven in the afternoon. He was in Tukwila washing windows at the Southcenter Mall. Despite that, wanted to come to my house to look at my project that evening before sunset. My project was roof/gutter cleaning, deck cleaning, and washing my plexiglass deck railing. His price was considerably lower than other bids that I had received. There was a considerable amount of tree debris and moss on my metal roof. Steven and his assistant worked very hard for many hours. When they were done, the roof was completely clean, the gutters no longer overflow, the deck was clear of debris, and my plexiglass deck railing is crystal clear. Steven urged me to contact him if I found anything that didn't meet my expectations. They have many very positive reviews on the website "Nextdoor Bainbridge Island". Steven Suraci returned my call on the same day and came by that night to check the roof that I wanted cleaned of moss. His 1st offer was $740, but when I said I would get some other offers before deciding, he dropped it to $500, which I accepted. He offered to clean the gutters for free and, along with an assistant, they cleaned up well afterward. They simply scraped off the moss without any chemicals, then applied a moss retardant afterward. He plans to come by annually to offer applying moss retardant in the Fall. read more
