The day he did the pedicure it felt better, but I am three or four days out from having the pedicure and my ingrown nails are hurting my toes again. So that tells me that the guy did not do what he was supposed to do. A basic pedicure with a tip was over $50 and I personally think that's too much money for a basic service that didn't even fix my problem. I won't even complain about the pitiful foot massage that I got during this pedicure as well. The foot massage is one of the most important parts of a pedicure, especially with people who have feet issues and I do And I have for a long time. Personally, the service was definitely not worth the $55 that I spent and I do not think I will go back there anymore.

I have been coming to this salon for over 13 years. This is the first time I was ever treated…read morepoorly and this will also be the last time I ever return. I was getting a standard pedicure with gel removal from my toes. It was taking longer because there were 3-4 coats of gel that needed to be removed. While the technician Cindy was removing the gel from my toes, after about 10 minutes she became visibly frustrated and said, "I don't have time for this." I had already explained that the previous technician had applied several layers of gel, so I understood that removal was taking longer than usual. What made the comment surprising (albeit inappropriate) was that there were no other customers in the salon at the time. The salon was completely empty. I told her that I didn't feel it was ok to speak to a customer that way. Instead of addressing the situation, she got up, walked away, and said someone else would take care of me. At that point, I decided to leave. On my way out, I spoke with Holly and explained, "I've been coming here for over 10 years. It is not ok to tell a customer I don't have time for this." Her response was simply, "Sorry. Cindy has a scheduled appointment later. OK, bye." I never expected to leave a review like this after supporting this salon for so many years. It's with a heavy heart I wrote this but no one deserves to be spoken to like that.

The experience is very thorough but it doesn't feel like you have been in the nail salon for hours. I would definitely recommend Cover Nails and suggest you trust their abilities because they are fantastic!
