Came for a mani pedi cause my husband wanted me to get my nails done for an event and just look at this shit!!!! When the lady was doing my manicure she didn't even clean under my nails. During the pedicure she didn't even utilize soap!!! Only water and a brush!!!! My nails look like a child did them. When I brought this to the "manager" attention all he did was pat my nails and say I need another top coat!!!!! I told him this is pure billshit! He said he will fix it.....he didn't clean off the color and start new. He proceeded to add more color over my old bumpy nail job. I lost count how many coats of paint was slapped on my nails. The quality here is non-existing. A base coat was never used to begin with. If any nail shop is not overflowing with people in there pleasssseeeeeeeeee acknowledge the red flag and turn your ass around. I came here on Friday before 5pm and no one was there!!!! I wonder why!!!! Lesson learned not ever ever again!!!!!!!! $52 regular mani/pedi that looks like a 2 yr old did it. Such a disgrace!!!!!! On Sunday December 3rdI called and made appointment. When I arrived I was greeted by Ming. He was courteous and did a great massage on my hands and feet. I also gathered gel nails. He was timely and efficient. I texted Ming Thursday December 27 morning and got a 10:00 Appointment. My second time was a good as the first. I thought I had posted the other review but I did not hit submit. I truly enjoyed the leg and foot massage. Ming has really made my trip relaxing. I've been coming to this Salon for almost 2 years. It is clean and prices are competitive to other salons. When I first starting coming you were offered wine or water with pedicures but that seems to only be on random occasions now. I generally come in every 2 weeks for acrylic fill-in with David. He does a good job. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because although consistent not the best fills I've ever had. Sometimes they can be a bit thicker than I'd like. Nice salon. Staff was friendly and skilled. My teen daughter got their nails done with gel. Mom and I had pedicures. They were patient and careful with my mom's tender feet. Prices were reasonable. I made a reservation and they were able to all 5 of us at once. One of my daughters had a great chat with her nail tech. They even ended up singing at the end. read more

The first time I made an appointment at this place it was OK. The second time I came in and the person I had the appointment with had taken another customer and expected me to sit and wait I was on time. Went to another manicurist in the same shop and he was OK made an appointment with him for the next time I show up on time he's not there. Moral of the story if you make an appointment at this place unless it's for a pedicure you're probably not gonna get good service and the manicures or mediocre at best read more

I wish I could give this salon lower then one star! I walk in to this place with already 3 people disputing prices (they were each told different pricing for the same service!) My boyfriend treated me to a manicure here for my birthday and paid up front, in the middle of doing my manicure the lady tells me we need to pay more because there was a communication issue between the other nail tech. They do not have their prices listed on a board or sign in the store so you see what you are paying. Because there is a communication issue between these employees it should not fall onto the customer. The salon was dirty and one male employee was walking around barefoot the whole time! Every time I've walked in for my appointment I always speak to Hai he never greets me. I thought maybe he didn't understand. He looked me in my face and said "I said pick out a color" in a rude tone. Excellent place!!! Nice friendly staff, knowledgeable techs. Atmosphere is great!! They use great products and are super clean!!! You can tell they really aim to please. I got a pedicure and it took nearly two hours to complete even though I was seated immediately. I was not a fan of the decor of the salon or the spa chair. My nail tech was sweet but extremely slow. I paid $45 for a spa pedicure that I felt a little pressure to get in the first place and the quality was something to be desired. I will not be back. read more

Horrible! Would never recommend this place. Dirty, rude & rushed. Went for a manicure. A man did my nails. He was obviously in a rush. (Not crowded; Only one other person getting a manicure with someone else.) First he gave me 6 rings of nail color to choose from. I pick the color and he proceeds to tell me that I would rather have another color. After him telling me that 3 times that wasn't the color I wanted I said "If you don't have the color I chose I'll pick another." He said no, he has it. He then goes to the other guy working and they come back and say that's an old color, they can't find it. I picked another color. They say the same thing. I said well why don't you give me the rings of colors that you do actually have. I pick another color and instead he comes back with 3 other color choices. Finally, I settle for a color. Next, he pulls out a disgustingly dirty old used nail polish bottle with caked on polish all around the opening and starts trying to pry the old crap off with cuticle scissors to open the top of the bottle. He then proceeds to pour a bottle of clear polish into the disgusting bottle to use on my nails. He didn't soak my cuticles first to soften them. Instead, he gets out the dremmel and roughly rushed and sawed off my cuticles, cutting and burning my nailbeds (3 cuts on my fingers from this rough treatment.) The whole time I was there the employees were talking back and forth to each other in another language, and not acknowledging the customers at all. He finishes his rushed job of putting the nail color on then gets up out of his seat and as he's walking away from me he tells me to go wash my hands over there and pay the other guy cause he was going to get a haircut. And he was gone. No lotion on my hands! No hand massage! And this is as I'm watching my friend across the room also having a manicure and who is getting a hand massage from the women who did her nails. I believe the mans name was Hai (that's what the cards said at the dirty table I was at.) I've never been to a nail salon that was so dirty. None of the tools he used on me came out of any cleaning solution or package. No towel was laid down on the dirty table under my hands. And I have NEVER had a manicure where they did not apply lotion after and massage your hands. The hand massage is the best part of having a manicure. $45 for a sloppy, rushed crappy job. They should. be embarrassed. The lack of cleanliness in this place amazes me. Don't waste you money in this place. Any good reviews on this place had to have been written by the owners or their friends. read more

My nail tech Maria is great! Great conversation and great work!! However, I don't like that they have to call the owner to come "check out" their work and give the customer a price as if the nail techs aren't trustworthy. He didn't even ask what service I got. Just looked at my nails and gave a random price. I pink acrylic only (price list says it starts at $30+). I got my tips medium long, and coffin shaped and somehow my total was $65. I understand charging for length and shape, but $65 is a reach. I've gotten my nails LONGER, WITH GEL POLISH for less ($50). I paid it because I don't like confrontation, but I don't think I'll be back unless I REALLY need Maria. FYI, for future reference, an itemization (verbal or otherwise) would have been great. read more

So I came to Rose Nail and Spa today. I enjoy going over there and most of the time they do an amazing job. I was sat down with someone who didn't seem like she wanted to be there in the first place. She was rushing through them so fast. While she was putting the nail on she was filing them down and one of the nails fell off. She proceeded to take the nail that fell off and put attempt to put it back on my nail. It didn't work so she had no other choice but to put another one on there! I've lost count on how many times she messed up and It turned out horrible!!! So upset with how my french manicure turned out. I highly suggest you ask for David Or Sam if you go to this location!
