worst customer service I have EVER experienced! Came in for just a mani pedi the nail tech TERRY was so rude! He cut my finger after proceeding to tell me half way through the service that he could not serve me bc they didn't have the color that I wanted! Didn't try to show me something similar just literally WALKED AWAY! I was dumbfounded! Another tech had to come over and finish my nails! all in all it was awful!! read more

The service is great. I received what I feel is quality service but I am confused on the pricing. 2 weeks ago I got a full set, gel coat, standard pedicure with gel coat. $95.00. No problem I didn't think anything of it. Now 2 weeks later, Fill with Gel coat, standard pedicure with Gel coat... $95.00.... WHAT???? If every two weeks the nails will be $95 I will have to go to another salon. I really like United Nails but unfortunately the prices are not consistent and change constantly. This time the price was way out of line. The prices are no longer posted so they can do whatever they want on prices but that kind of jump is too steep for. All of this happened in the month of July 2025. So there is no way the prices were that drastic to change. read more

Customer service is terrible! Time consuming is terrible!!! At least inform of the wait time. Vibe was weird/they talk about you in their own language. Service requested was a challenge because they seemed unclear of expectations. Just terrible. DO NOT GO THERE YOU'LL WAIT A WHOLE HOUR THEN TWO HOURS FOR YOUR SERVICE TO BE DONE! Vicki as usual did an amazing job. I drove from the other side of town to have her do my nails, and as usual I was so happy when I left. She is worth the trip! I will continue to drive over there to get my nails done.She took off my disgusting old acrylic and did pink and white dip on my grown out natural nails. read more

I have in the past had the most fabulous experiences here, but after the last three visits I am out! The first time I chalked it up to busy day. I was rushed through the experience and very disappointed. I told the tech that he rushed, that I deliberately get the most expensive pedicure because it is the most relaxing and has the best massage. I work a lot of hours on my feet and the massage is why I come. He chuckled. The next time I came in I had an appointment to correct what I thought was the issue before. I also do not like having men do my pedicure, as I am more comfortable with a female tech, so this gave me the chance to have the tech of my choice. An hour after my appointment, and 45 minutes into soaking my feet and now the water was cold, my "appointment" finally started. I have been back early morning several times and left when I found out all the women were busy (my fault because I couldn't make an appointment, so I wasn't angry) but this morning I went in. There was a female with no appointment waiting and I was first in line. SHE knew what I wanted bc SHE recognized me, SHE sat me down and sat in front of me. SHE ran the bath, and helped my get settled, then SHE brought over a male tech and explained he would do a better massage because she is "weak" then walked away. I stayed because I didn't want o make a scene but I felt like this was deliberate. Then, everyone was too busy to do my nails. I don't mind spending good money, even absurd money, on something that makes me happy, but I'd rather pay more somewhere else. I am extremely disappointed and embarrassed that to be "heard" I had to slightly raise my voice. Apparently, I am one customer, and my tgoughts/desires, don't matter. As long as the masses are seen. Pack them in and rush them out, the hell with loyal customers or customer satisfaction! read more

I recently moved to Lakeland from CA and needed a nail salon. I found it today!!! Christine did an acrylic fill with gel polish and a regular pedicure. She is wonderful and did a fantastic job! I am so happy I waited (they are very busy so you may want to call and make an appointment instead of walking in). I will be a regular customer of hers now! read more

Walked in at 4:00pm to get a pedicure for myself and my daughter. Showed them a picture of what we wanted. It is a full orange with a fine line black tip. They said ok. Did my daughters toes at 4:40. Well now it's 5:45 my toes are orange they tell me ok we don't have time to do what you want. So have a great day. They close at 7:30. So my question is where is the customer service? The extra 6 minutes to draw 10 fine lines on my toes would have bothered whom? Was it because I refused gel polish? So when I asked if you can do this and you said yes that was you agreeing to do a service for me. It isn't my fault you have an appointment coming in. But the whole time I was there you jumped from person to person including my daughters toes. But mine I was told no. So should I have paid for a service I didn't fully get? If you can not finish a job you should have said I'm sorry we don't have time for that and I would have went else where now I have to go to another salon to do what I asked you for. Horrible customer service. No one even offered for me to come back to get it done. Let me start my review by saying it's almost impossible to find a nail tech I would go back to. I have tried quite a few nail salons in Lakeland and I finally found this GEM! It was my first visit for a gel manicure and pedicure today. My first thought was that I was happy to see six other customers getting manicures and pedicures on a random Tuesday afternoon. I associate a good nail salon with a busy nail salon. I was greeted immediately as I walked in. I was asked what I needed done. I told them I wanted a manicure and pedicure. I was directed to a pedicure chair. They placed a liner in the bowl, which I LOVE! The salon was so neat and clean! They got my feet soaking while I waited for Sanh to start my pedicure. He was gentle and took his time, which I truly appreciate. So many times I have felt like techs at other nail salons rush to get done. He did such an amazing job! Then he did my gel manicure. Again, he did not disappoint. My cuticles are so nice and smooth. The gel application was flawless. I am SO happy I FINALLY found a nail salon and tech I can't wait to visit again!! Seats were comfortable. They did an okay job... but no one spoke English. Heaven for bid you ask a question. They all just look at you. Me: "What's the difference between the pedicures?" Very clean, but I paid $15 for a manicure for it to literally peel off in 2-3 days. I called and they said manicures don't last long, but seriously? 2 days?? Absolutely would not recommend. I rarely get out to get my nails done and when I finally do it looks like 3 of my fingers forgot to be polished. For $15 it shouldn't be lifting and coming off. read more

Made an appointment for a fill and pedi. Was a little bleary due to the virus. When I walked in I was at ease. There were screens between each pedi chair and each manicure table. Also plexi glass between workers and customers. When a lady and her 2 daughters came in with no masks the owner immediately brought a box to them and they each took a mask. All employees wore masks and all chairs were wiped down between customers. San did my pedi and fill and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this salon. read more

Last 2x I went, got the guy, not the owner. This guy rushes, my cuticles hurt when he's scraping off the gel polish. Polish is imperfect, bleeding to the edges of the nail bed. He cleans out using his thumb nail but it ends up getting into the crevices of the skin so when the nail grows out, the polish pulls off from the skin, cracks and rips off. Miss the days when techs would clean around the nail with a little brush dipped in acetone. My husband was disappointed in his pedicure as well, heel wasn't cleaned properly. read more
