He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). After several attempts, the technician went to speak to the manager who came out and tried to have one more time. He explained he has a problem and it would not accept my debit card. I had no trouble 10 minutes earlier using my debit card at Meier. I told him that was not my problem but his. Then the attitude came. Basically told me if I don't pay, he was calling the police and walked away from me.. A dickhead to say the least. Worst customer service I have ever had. So naturally, I paid with an actual card and not Apple Pay. I've never been treated like that at a place of business in my life. By the way, all the other technicians were wonderful.
