In 2025, I relocated out of state and now needed someone to manage the entire process of preparing my home for sale, which included interior and exterior painting, tile and grout repairs, house cleaning, window cleaning, furniture staging, and movers to pack my belonging and deliver as directed. In March 2026, I called Karl Katnik on his cell #, he met me at the house, and I shared that I don't have any time to deal with the transaction during my move out of state and need someone to completely manage the process. Karl assured me that they do this all the time, they have the contractors and staff to take this off my plate. Karl asked what I was thinking for a selling price, and then he shared his thoughts on what investment was needed on my part to support that selling price. I went with his recommendations, we agreed upon the timeline, and then I signed the DocuSign agreement to proceed. I was introduced to his associate Hannah Goldman who was my point person for the rest of the transaction and provided timeline updates and managed the service providers who were assigned to my project. Hannah kept me well informed and the Katnik operations team provided all the electronic documentation for the transaction that I could complete while out of the area. The home was prepared for sale, listed, and sold within the agreed timeframe and terms that we wanted. The entire process was seamless for both buyers and sellers. They said they showed no record of my cancellation and asked for screenshots of my emails (are you kidding me!??!?!?!). I provided those screenshots 4 days ago and still nothing, now I'm writing this review as a result. What an absolutely deplorable company - you all should be ashamed of yourselves.

When I found out that my landlord switched management to Lionheart, I was ecstatic. In the first week, they did a renewal inspection and fixed my runny toilet with promises for further repairs to come. Jeremy was flexible when I needed to reschedule the inspection as well. Who would have known what a difference an honest and friendly property manager can make.
