This is not for this particular location, but for Performance Home Medical overall. They have the worst customer service of any business I have ever dealt with. They have been my CPAP equipment supplier for a couple of years, and they constantly call, text and hound me to oversell replacement equipment even though I have asked them multiple times to quit doing so. I did order through their representative one time, and instead of one nasal mask, I received 5...which of course my insurance had to pay for...so it wasn't out of my pocket directly but they will send the maximum amount insurance will pay for whether you want it our not. Most recently I went online to order some replacement equipment; which is not an easy site to find our use and I was successful, but over a month later, I still have no equipment and when I go to the order site, it indicates a "pending documentation" status. I've had absolutely no contact from them regarding the need for "pending documentation." I used their online form to write a note regarding the order and when I was done found out they had no "submit" button to send them the message. Enough is enough...time to find a new company for my CPAP supplies! read more

I currently get my supplies from Performance Home Medical. The are constantly texting me to order supplies every few weeks. Even after I just received a six month supply shipment. When I do answer the text to order something it takes my order but then a day later it tells me they can not fill it At this time. What the hell is wrong with this company? The frustration in dealing with these CPAP people negates any benefit using a CPAP causes. read more

These people are outstanding especially compared to the last suppler I had to work with. The are quick, to be helpful. Courteous in helping me to get my supplies. They work hard to keep me as a customer. if it were possible i would give them more that 5 stars read more

The worst durable medical equipment provider I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They are completely incompetent. They are unable to process orders, follow up if they need any info and the will let your reorder sit for weeks and weeks with ZERO follow up. When they do fill the order they frequently do it wrong and its up to you to check it, deliver it back to them within 30 days or they refuse to correct an error they made. Scheduling me in before year's end was appreciated. Receptionist Meegan was polite and helpful. When I asked for some documents to be printed instead of emailed, she didn't hesitate, then printed them immediately. When meeting with Respiratory Therapist Shauna, she was welcoming, explained everything thoroughly, was clear, and accommodating. Her knowledge instilled confidence in me, that I was in good hands. Upon moving to Oregon from Illinois, I had to change suppliers for my CPAP. When I tried to do that, Performance told me that my machine had been recalled and that I needed to contact Phillips online to get a replacement machine. I was told that I had to get a referral from my new doctor, a new sleep test, and then I could get supplies from Performance. It turned out, after waiting for several months, that my original sleep test was "found" and I didn't have to have another one. Meanwhile, I was using the recalled machine with my old supplies. Performance had told me that Phillips was sending new machines at their own convenience and that it could just get it delivered out of the blue. A few weeks later, Performance called me and told me that my machine was in and made an appointment to pick it up. I picked up the machine and had a few issues with the nose attachments, which they were very helpful with. However, I am very angry, at this point. This all has been a big farce and I can't help but feel it was intentional. My doctor referred me to Oregon Sleep Associates and both did their part, although it took forever to "find" my old sleep test. I was very happy with my contact from OSA. However, Performance has been a different story. There is no phone number to reach anyone in the office. The only number I had went directly to customer service who said they would give the office personnel my message and that I could not talk directly with them. The part I am angry about is that I recently got a bill from Performance. It was telling me that I was behind on my installment payments for the new machine! What?? At no time was I told I was buying the machine nor was an installment plan discussed with me! Of course, I signed all kinds of things when I picked up my machine but I was never told I was buying a machine. I assumed it was the replacment machine from Phillips! And, by the way, I have never received a replacement machine from Phillips, nor even a confirmation that I had filed a claim. This feels like a scam to me. Had I known, I would have just kept my original machine. I have always had issues with these supply companies in general. They hound you to death with phone calls for new supplies, starting a month after you bought the last batch, but are in no hurry to send them or help you with any issue you may have. My advice to anyone getting a "replacement" machine from Phillips is to make sure you know exactly what you are getting before you sign anything. I am usually smarter than this, but I completely believed that this was my replacment machine and that I would not be responsibile for paying for it. read more

Awful. Receive auto emails for auto payment of invoices, but this time, I needed to enter a new payment method. Clicked the link to register online, so that I could update it, but found I needed both my account number and invoice number. To see my account number, I would need to look at an invoice. When I checked all the auto payment emails, not once did they link an actual invoice. So, I can't see what is being paid or see my account number. Spent over an hour on hold on one phone number, looked back through other emails and found another number and was surprised when someone actually answered the phone. I then was transferred and put on hold two more times before I could get my account number. Other issues are that I received faulty equipment, but when I brought that to their attention, they said that I should reorder the same equipment and that they couldn't help me with a return. Basically, charging my insurance company double, so they get more money and I get to duct tape my gear together. When I was getting sores all over my nose and my doctor told me to get help from PHM, I called and was told to go online and find and buy some other type of gear. They couldn't help me adjust my gear or make any suggestions. No help at all. Feeling like this company is a big insurance scam and would like to change to another supplier. Have complained to my doctor, but will now file a complaint with my insurance company, and I am writing this yelp review to warn others. Now, it's time to see if the PHM "Mary" bot will send a nonsensical auto reply to my review. read more

Took 2 months to see a sleep doctor (not their fault) another six weeks to get a sleep test machine (not their fault) So by now I'm pretty frustrated as I'm not sleeping in the meantime. Here's the Underperformance Home Medical review: Someone called fairly quickly after the appointment, saying they will call when the machine is available. Two weeks later, the machine is available (no phone call, just an email that I somehow got lucky and noticed), but my next appointment is in 30 days REALLY??? couldn't just make an appointment to begin with? 30days later...I was 25 minutes late for the appointment because I got the wrong address and they didn't answer their phone. So they force me to reschedule and I had to drive to another state to get in sooner; I went to that appointment and guess what???? It was 21min long including paperwork. That's right, they sent me away on the first appointment even though I had 39 min left claiming it takes an hour. I knew they were lying then, but it got confirmed. A week later the mask is making a sore on my nose and it feels bruised; I was told not to call because I will be on hold for hours, just come in and get a new mask. I went it, guess what! Yup, you guessed it, I need another appointment and this one is a week out! At least it's in the same state. They claim its a "fitting" appointment, but you can't try on the mask, they should change the appointment to "looking appointment" I guarantee there won't be any fitting and I'll be lucky to get a mask especially if they see this review. I bet the receptionist position has a huge turnover because of people like me; I sincerely apologize to the receptionist that I gave a hard time, it's not your fault. read more

PHM was unable to fill my supplies order online in August ("the online order must not have gone through") and in person in September ("we don't have those supplies here & the person who places orders is gone"). A phone call to the Kent WA office says they have no order for me in the system. The local PHM office says they did place the order 2 weeks ago however there is a factory behind on filling orders. I asked why someone had not advised me of this & was informed "we have a lot of customers who need to be called." PHM is good at frequent robocalls & email reminders - but contacting a long-standing customer about delivery delays is beyond their capacity. I will find another source for my cpap needs. read more

Horrible, Liers and rip off artists. I got so fed up with the lies and no service i Called Medicare and filed a complaint. The Medicare office called preformance home medical on a three way call and talked to a executive who promised to send me a water Reservoir as mine had rusted. She said and this was to help compensate for the poor service and run around I'd been given. So weeks later I called to find out where it was. I was told point blank that they would not send it until it was paid for by someone. I tried to explain the circumstance but the lady held firm and a bit nasty. Not shipping unless paid for. Then recently I was called and told that they would ship it now because my insurance would now cover it but I had to pay for shipping. I told them, no in no uncertain terms would I pay for shipping after the lies and broken promises. DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN. SO AFTER THREE MORE CALLS I HUNG UP AND BLOCKED THEIR NUMBER. They are so concerned about being paid money they have dropped all semblance of customer service. As soon as my year is up I am changing providers. No one else can be as Horrible as these guys. read more

They hound me to reorder my PAP supplies and then they promise I'll have them within 72 hours, even if i pick them up! It's been 96 hours and now they're saying it'll be next week. And I find their customer service people, although pleasant, do not do anything extra to help you or make you feel like you're a valued customer. And I've dealt with them at several of their locations. They're all the same. Mediocre customer service at best. I'll be searching for another PAP supplier. read more

I've been trying to make an appointment to get the equipment for three weeks. I've been sent an email and I replied back but still haven't received a reply. I've called four times at different times of day. Not once has a. Person answered the phone. I've been on hold more than 30 minutes finally pushed 1 for a return call to me. Return call back didn't happen until later maybe several days later. Because I'm new to this I'm contacting Medicare asking for a referral to another company. Customer service is basically nonexistent. Because I'm learning I'll need to get refills and possibly replacement parts I need reassurance and peace of mind the company will be on top of their job I can trust with good customer service. Reviews on Yelp regarding this specific business 5 out of 6 are 1-2 stars. 1 is a 5 star. Customer service is everything is everything these days and trust with punctual communication is expected.
