This place is what all shops should copy how they run a business. First I looked them up on yelp and saw the great reviews I also saw a icon which said get a quote ! Perfect text the make and model and what I wanted done and the owner responded within 15 mins giving me a price and even allowing me to have the the exhaust system and muffler delivered to the shop cause I couldn't fit it in my car . They called when shipment got there and made appointment the next day. Walked in and spoke to Zach he said it should be done in a hour I left the car and left to do some errands. In about a hour or so I got the call car is done. I took my '14 Focus in for an install of a Magnaflow catback and they did an excellent job. I was able to find a kit for an insanely low price on Amazon. They responded to my quote on Yelp and they didn't have an issue with me coming back a month later to do the install. As other reviews have suggested, they are popular. People bring their daily drivers and race-ready vehicles here for a reason. They are quick and have plenty of experience because it is their specialty. One nice factor I liked about this shop, they called me when there was an install snag and wanted me to confirm a tweak they had to make. This demonstrates their attention to customer happiness and detail. Much appreciated. The install was clean and professional. The muffler itself was stealth and not misaligned or cheaply installed. No squeaks or noises at all since they installed my catback. As they suggested, it wouldn't be loud and it wasn't, which is what I was looking for. It took about an hour from dropping it off for the install, and literally my kit was still in the box. The waiting room could use a little tidying and maybe a better AC, but that's about all that can be improved. For future exhaust installs, Performance Muffler is my place to go. read more

I called in this afternoon to have my muffler looked at because it has been making a very loud rattling noise. They said I could bring it in anytime and they would take a look at it. Once again I received great survive from these gentle and great work to match. These are very hard working gentleman who take questions all day long about drone, raspy sound, growl, back pressure and never seem phased by the repetition of questions. I have a 2014 Dodge Challenger R/T classic with magnaflow mufflers at the rear and muffler/Resonators in the middle still attached. They advices me to get more growl with minimal drone that I should remove the center units and stick with the Magnaflow ovals. (I was contemplating Flowmasters) In the end I was very pleased they warned me of some drone but it seems minimal. I am contemplating Dynomax 38490 vt zero drone system. This is an amazing shop!! I bought a new Scion FRS and knew when I drove off the lot, the car needed a better exhaust. I looked on the internet for a pre-made catback system. I was looking at the Borla and TRD system. I found the Borla system for $700 on Amazon and found the TRD system for over $1000. After talking to Russ, the shop owner, I decided to have a custom made system instead of the pre made systems. Russ spent a lot of time working with me and listened to what I was looking for. All said and done, I walked out with an amazing custom exhaust using a Magnaflow muffler. The system sounds and looks AWESOME! Out the door I spent $350 for the muffler (12265), custom exhaust build, two triple chromed stainless steel tips and full install. Amazing exhaust, amazing service and amazing value! I've been coming to this place for around 5 years maybe and even did a video with Tim, unfortunately he doesn't work there anymore, but these guys are grade A! They explain everything to you and even provide options for you. They don't try to rip you off like other places. They built a custom Y pipe from scratch and it is nothing less than perfection. They took care of me when I had A RAM and now with my Mustang. Not to mention that they checked on the exhaust months later after I heard some rattling and took care of a loose bolt (went big turbo that caused excessive vibration). So I read the reviews about this shop and all I can say is they are % right. Walked in and spoke with Russ. Told him on was looking to upgrade my exhaust from stock. He explained to me exactly the work they would do to my car. He told me I had a choice between two different mufflers then explained how each would sound. Then he tells me that he will do a sound check with each set of mufflers so I could choose the sound and loundness I preferred. I was kind of s searching my head and said ok. So they cut the old mufflers out then put a pair on my car and started it. Then they pulled those off and put the other pair on. That really helped in me going with the Magnaflow Super 40's. From start to finish it took them about an hour and a half and then I was on the road. I'm so happy with the sound and extra performance that my car now has. Someone tried to steal the catalytic converter on my Tacoma in the parking lot of my work. Thankfully they weren't able to cut through the pipe completely and it looked like all it needed was to be welded back together. Even though it was a simple fix, I expected to pay something for the labor and their time. I took my truck here and Cole spent about 10 min on it, handed me back my keys and said I was good to go without charging me a dime. I had a 2008 mazdaspeed 3 and i took it in for a resonator delete which took about 15 minutes and it livened up the car then i took it in again a couple weeks later for a 2nd cat delete and it took about 30 minutes but the car sounded completely different! Zach is amazing and him and his team do great work. They are very friendly even though they seem to be overworked. However be warned! They are gaining popularity and walk-ins are hard to come across by so i would call them first to see if their schedule is free. Amazing quality and fair price. read more

I have an older SUV, but it happens to be a Mercedes so parts are expensive! I broke down during a camping trip while towing a camper and it turned out that my drivers side catalytic converter disintegrated and the internal pieces blocked up my exhaust. I got quotes from multiple independent garages that ranged from $1400-1900 to do the drivers side only with OEM parts. That's about half of what I paid for the car so I decided to do it myself. After inspecting the cats I found the passenger cat also had a crack and was ready to fail. Cheapest parts I could find were $360 for the drivers and $490 for the passenger cats and piping to the muffler. Then I decided I might be able to just cut out the bad cats and weld in the failed parts. That's when I decided I should call a specialist. So glad I did! Tim inspected my truck and was able to find the right hi-flow oem spec cat and did a removal and replacement on both sides. For a total (parts, labor and tax) for LESS than it would have cost to even just buy the cheapest parts I could find. It saved me money and saved me from spending hours on my back putting in a replacement exhaust. So, best part: Truck runs amazing! It has way more power than it ever had during my ownership. (10k miles). I'm looking forward to camping again and towing my pop up camper knowing I have plenty of power to spare. I'm very happy with the service they provided. They also answered the phone when I called and Russ responded quickly to my initial request very promptly. 5 stars all around. read more
