I came in to purchase a break lightbulb for my vehicle, after speaking with Alexiss i told him i was going to YouTube how to do it & figure it out on my own. He said it was pretty quick and easy and could do it for me no problem right then and there, although i was determined to figure it out on my own being 8 months pregnant, it sounded easier to let him help me. Can't say enough to Alex, the manager here at this location. He helped me with my Fuel pump exchange and made sure he had the item in stock before I arrived at this location . Had some major issues with working with my "2 fuel pumps" for my Dodge Charger. He helped with my exchange without issues, since my fuel pump was bought a week or so ago. Realized having 2 different brand fuel pumps don't "sync" or "work together and have to have the "Same Branded Fuel pumps!" This was by far the worst customer service I have received at any auto part store, after being in store I called to confirm that I had picked up the correct part Alfonso who I was told I was speaking to asked for part number which sounded like he said phone number so I stated the phone number about 3x then proceeded to say part # I said oh my bad I thought you said phone, then I asked where do I find the part #, he made me repeat myself again, by then workers are laughing in the background assuming I was on speaker being laughed at, I told him I didn't think that was funny... he stated I had gotten the correct part because I "fo'sholy spoke to Kevin the manager" and before I knew it I was speaking to someone else. After hanging up I wanted to know who these gentlemen were and who I spoke to, just to let him know I was unhappy and didn't like the way they were laughing at me. I wasn't upset at the moment to come here and write this long paragraph but after calling them and being placed on hold for 20 min no courtesy to check in on the customer, I proceeded to call from a different number and spoke to Kevin the manager to let him know how upset I was and how that was intentional at that point, he semi apologized but at any point made the situation any better. Now to conclude what I told him that was very unexceptable considering making this so intimidating for a girl to go or even call for parts because of them making fun you OR ACTING CHILDISH by placing you on hold! read more

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Recently bought a coolant reservoir tank to my car and realized after i put it in that it was the head gasket that failed.. The manager allowed me to return the item even though it was installed already, it was only $35 but it definitely helped my headache considering I had no use for it anymore. This is my second review of this horrible business. I would have never stepped foot in this place again but unfortunately we had to go back because they're the only people that had the part. Obviously corporate doesn't give a damn how these people treat their customers because it's still the same rude, disrespectful store as they were the first time I was there. It doesn't matter which clerk you get in the store or over the phone, they're all rude. If you're not Mexican, they don't want to talk to you. My son had a part break on his car at 10:15 pm so he called first before going and he said the guy sounded dissppointed when he said he'd be right down. My son had to point to the part on the screen. The worker could have cared less, he just wanted him out of there. Don't these guys get any training? Not only are they rude. they're dumb. He got the part he needed and asked for a hose that goes with it and he said they didn't have it but my son could see the part sitting right there. My son said " oh you don't have that hose part for this?" And he just goes "nah". Go to O'Reillys, they treat all people the same, they're not racist. read more

I went in today to the auto zone on mitchell rd. In ceres they took a look at my car and gave me oil & the filter i paid. I get home my mechanic guy does my oil change and tells me its the wrong filter...... So uppsetting i had to borrow a car. Great customer service! They really know how to treat their customers. Staff is proffesional, informative, observant & very pleasant. I can tell they actually take pride in their job & aim to do it quite well. This is so refreshing nowadays because more often than not many hourly employees come off as "just putting in their 8hrs" & aren't to interested in their work.
