    CARLOS!! This guy showed me exactly what I needed and helped me fix my license plate issue! This guy went above and beyond like really he went too far but like why can't there be more people like you!? I'm sorry my car was so difficult but I'm so thankful you were there to help, I would have been so lost! Thank you bestie

    Horrible not legible receipt

    This was by far the worst customer service I have received at any auto part store, after being in store I called to confirm that I had picked up the correct part Alfonso who I was told I was speaking to asked for part number which sounded like he said phone number so I stated the phone number about 3x then proceeded to say part # I said oh my bad I thought you said phone, then I asked where do I find the part #, he made me repeat myself again, by then workers are laughing in the background assuming I was on speaker being laughed at, I told him I didn't think that was funny... he stated I had gotten the correct part because I "fo'sholy spoke to Kevin the manager" and before I knew it I was speaking to someone else. After hanging up I wanted to know who these gentlemen were and who I spoke to, just to let him know I was unhappy and didn't like the way they were laughing at me. I wasn't upset at the moment to come here and write this long paragraph but after calling them and being placed on hold for 20 min no courtesy to check in on the customer, I proceeded to call from a different number and spoke to Kevin the manager to let him know how upset I was and how that was intentional at that point, he semi apologized but at any point made the situation any better. Now to conclude what I told him that was very unexceptable considering making this so intimidating for a girl to go or even call for parts because of them making fun you OR ACTING CHILDISH by placing you on hold!

    2 stars for this parts store?!?!? Geese that's harsh, haven't read any of the bad or good reviews,…read moreI only post my own experience and Then I come here and see everyone else's... Where do I start.... Started last week when I called in for ABS sensor for my Custom TAHOE. Someone answered, helped me out, had 1 in stock and had to order from an other store and will be there same day... awesome! It's a win. Fast FOWARD into the week, I arrive to pick up my ABS lines and I'm off.. well the guy handed me off to someone else to CASH me out. It's cool, it's cool. Now. Few hours go by, (same day btw) I call into the store and needed FRONT brake pads and rotors. Someone answers and despite him being busy helping customers in the store. And despite him saying hello every 10 seconds, he answered my questions and said he had them in stock SO, I decided to go into the store. I go in and 2 people are working, a guy and girl. Obviously the guy helped me over the phone and wow! He helped me before and he always gives EXCELLENT service! He doesn't rush you at all like others: he takes the time to search for the right parts and compares brands... compares as in ie; SIZE, PRICE, WARRANTY and DURABILITY. All while , he MULTI-TASKED answering phones, and greeting EACH and EVERY customer that walks in! Pretty distracting and irritating hearing the phone ring over and over and nobody answered but he did. Instead of having valuable time one on one, CUSTOMER and associate, he had to stop what he's doing to answer the call! Yes , customer service comes first , but above ALL, CUSTOMERS inside the store ready to purchase parts come above all, FIRST then a phone call. Oreilly needs to hire someone just to answer the phone cause that was irritating, bothersome and above all, distracting to the customer, ME, and the associate helping me!!! With all that said, ERIC is my go to man for anything. If he's not there, I won't bother with anyone else. Thanks for helping me with my 2 new rotors, 2 front brake pads and above all, you're right .... you're right...WAGNER OEx pads and BOSCH quiet cast premium Rotors were the best choice! ****Great stopping power and No SQUEEKS or grinding or squeals( whatever sound the pads make with you come to a stop)*** must have for any SUV Today 9/25/2020 Gregory helped me Very nice guy and helpful! I always know to come here over the hatch location and had to go to hatch to pick up other set of rotor. Glad Gregory ordered the parts I needed and just arrived at the other location and just picked it up. Hassle free !

    I have to say I'm very disappointed with the customer service at this location. I came down here to…read morepick up a gas container for my lawnmower, thinking it would be a quick transaction. I understand that there are customers ahead of me and I was very patient until five minutes later with nobody recognizing that I'm there in line waiting to pay a $20 container. I understand one sales person was already helping a customer out at the register while the other one was assisting a new customer besides myself. I waited there in line... No recognition... No eye contact or any kind of response response from the employees. I just walked out and won across the street to AutoZone. Maybe they have a better customer service than O'Reillys. I've never really had good customer service at O'Reilly in the past and I don't think I'll be going back there anytime soon or ever. Quality of product: average Quality of service: F Price: $- $$

Outstanding service, straightforward, they are genuine, and they follow through on their commitments. I can't say enough praise and certainly will be back as well as be recommending for those needing automotive machine work.

    Brought in my drive shaft after taking it to a mechanic when I thought it was a rear wheel bearing,…read moremechanic gave me a heads up and said if I was mechanically inclined I should save the labor and take it off myself, now to the review, 10/10 recommend them. My 1984 Chrysler Fifth Avenue needed new U-Joints and balancing. Brought it in thinking it would be refurbished, got a whole new one for $330.75!!!!! I was thrilled but still skeptical, slapped it on, and the car drives SO much better! Not that it didn't before, but now the car glides through the higher speeds and shifts, great customer service, gentleman at the front desk was polite, the lady that took measurements and communicated to me through the phone communicated to me the entire time and the hurdles and findings of my drive shaft and options. I wanted to do a 1 and done and went with their recommendations, I'm glad I did! Driveshaft took roughly 2 weeks to be done due to low staff. Car is a weekend car and a project I took on so I didn't mind the wait at all. I'll recommend these guys to anyone and any balancing and possible future machining will be my first stop!
