There were two employees working. Only one paid attention to us even though we all needed individual help. We found this employee to be dismissive and quite frankly, insulting. My friend asked for a highlighter and the employee said sarcastically "well what have you been seeing online that you like?" When she showed us a product she said someone on tik tok with lots of "older followers" likes this product - we are in our 30s. That is offensive. She then proceeded to pretty much ignore us and the other employee there paid us no attention. For an expensive store that requires assistance, this was extremely disappointing.

I didn't catch the name of the folks that helped me, but they advised me on what the best thing was to buy for the simplest makeup application, and even gave me some samples so I had a proper mascara to use on the day. We'll be attending a Charity Banquet and Ball in a few weeks, and she was looking for a dress to wear. She found a beauty - a nice red Calvin Klein dress stickered at $134 but tagged at just $49.97. That's 62% off. Customer service was great. When we went to the register to pay, we saw a minor stitching defect at the back of the dress. Our cashier arranged for a runner to head back to the rack with us and we found the exact same dress in perfect condition. No complaints at all.

Its location is ideal being that you're only about 5 minutes away from a nearby plaza that is also chock full of wonderful stores like Trader Joes, five below, even an REI camping store. It's kinda like an LL bean, but what I love most is that there's a Doro restaurant nearby and that's usually where we always end up after shopping.
