I was basicslly told too bad and that's what happens when you leave your suitcase in view in the car. Of course, I know the risk is mine, but the fact thry had zero sympathy and don't even want to hear about crime in their area is sad. The other car said they had stuff stolen. From the trunk. So sad. I did some calling around and Chandler police confirmed that crime stats are high at this shopping center... so be VERY aware or give elsewhere.

My husband was in need for some all white sneakers & when I say he is picky I mean it, so being that he loves Coach shoes we had to see if they had what he was looking for! The salesgirl was very pleasant & so helpful even though they were closing shortly after we arrived, my husband decided on two styles to try on. Thankfully the style that he preferred was the shoe that had his size & as he likes to say... it was meant to be, therefore must be bought!! Well my husband was leaving with a pair of shoes, therefore I had to find something for myself... sorry girls, now I was really thinking what did I want? I wasn't interested in a purse so I went for a wrap, I love wraps...I have to own a variety of wraps! I chose a wool/silk blend wrap, brown with the signature that they're known for! The wrap is a nice light weight with a nice sheen to it where you can see the signature in the fabric... love it! For coming into this store 30 minutes before closing we still received great service, thankfully because that can definitely make or break a sale! Then the next day I was completely blown away because I opened up my email & found that one of the Coach store associates, Ciselly wrote me to thank me for our visit to their store! I've never received such an email ever from Coach & I used to shop @ the main Coach @ The Falls in Miami not the outlet! To me that speaks volumes on this particular store as a whole & how we were treated from the moment we entered until we checked out, then to get an email from Ciselly.... this location will definitely see us again!!
