Let me rave to you about Joshua at Louis Vuitton. He's definitely a huge reason that I'm a loyal Louis Vuitton customer. He's always patient, in a good mood, knowledgeable about the brand's products and history, and an excellent ambassador. Whenever I'm at Fashion Square, I make it a point to say hello. And even if I'm not buying anything that time, his attitude never changes. I recently had a negative experience with Gucci and it just reinforced my loyalty to the brand because I've never had a bad experience with Louis Vuitton. And it's because of Joshua. I don't buy items as frequently as other people might, but that doesn't stop me from really using my purchases daily. At this price point, you really have to enjoy the products and love on them. Some times that love does create wear and tear. But I know that I can take my purse back in to Joshua and he'll send it back for the necessary repairs. He's honest about what can be done upfront to avoid any disappointment when the item is repaired and about the cost. The repair cost is such a little investment to make your purchase look and feel brand new again. I've repaired my items several times so that when I leave them to my niece when I'm long gone, she'll be able to love them as much as I do. Honestly, if I could give 0 stars I would. I don't buy a lot of designer things, when I do I save and work really hard for them. About a month ago I bought my first Louis Vuitton bag in Vegas. I was so ecstatic I save almost 4k for it and I was so proud of myself, the store employees in Vegas were so accommodating and helpful, they made me feel like a celebrity. I walked into the one in fashion square and was immediately met with stares, an employee was even standing in front of the door blocking it so I couldn't walk directly in. Her name was Hailey. I decided after having it a few weeks (when I say I had it a few weeks, the majority of that time was spent in the box. I just wasn't sure what I wanted to do) that it wasn't big enough. Arizona, having the gun laws they do I always have my 9mm on me and it didn't fit my pistol which I didn't know when I bought it originally because I didn't have it on me in Vegas. When I tell you the employees at this specific store treated me like I was a bum off the street I am not joking: I have a lot of tattoos, two full sleeves and neck tattoos which I was under the impression that it was 2026 and it was no longer taboo to have a lot of tattoos. Apparently not. I was stated at by a good majority employees while I walked around the store looking for my next bag and felt like I was being "watched." I was told that I could not exchange it the lady that told me that I could not exchange it said "well why would you buy a bag that's too small for you." this lady had some sort of accent. I wanna say it was Russian or something. She was extremely rude to me. I normally don't post reviews like this unless it really affected me. The lady told me that there were clear marks of use on the bag which there were none. I had the bag for less than a month. They told me the return policy was 30 days. They refused to look at the receipt to see that it was a 30 it was less than 30 days. They just told me that there were too many signs of use on the bag which again there were not. I would not send my mother in the store. I asked the manager Hailey to look at the receipt and she kind of wrote me off like I shouldn't even be there in the first place. The The simple fact that I was asked such a condescending question as why would you buy a bag that's too small for you was so out of left field. I've never been treated like that in Goodwill let alone Louis Vuitton you guys give that brand a bad name and I don't think I will ever buy any Louis Vuitton ever again just for that sole reason I'll take pictures of the bag so you can see them below and see that they are in near perfect condition Honestly, I would like to talk to someone in corporate because This was insane treatment by people that are supposed to be luxury retailers. read more

It has been years and years since I visited this Scottsdale location given a less than warm reception from multiple associates. I had ended up connecting with an SA out in the Chicagoland area where I traveled a lot for work and that worked out great. Well, I decided that I had wanted to get my vintage passport cover stamped with my home state which requires an in person visit so my husband and I did a day trip up to Phoenix. I must say that my experience this go around here was worlds different from the sweet welcoming at the door to almost anyone I encountered walking around. Steven was the one ultimately assisting me and he took my passport cover and did a phenomenal job in stamping while I waited no less. The store is a very nice size and carried quite a bit of inventory as well. Steven, along with some of the other staff did a wonderful job turning my opinion of this location around. I do recommend if you want a low key relaxed vibe visit to go early week when they are not as busy. It was nice not having to lean around people to look at bags or in the cases. read more

My mom finally went with me to Louis Vuitton Scottsdale to buy my first bag; I had saved up for a while to make the purchase so I was really excited. This month will not even mark a year since I bought it in December 2024. Well, I'll just say that the bags aren't what they use to be. My mom always raved about them buying hers in the 90s, so I was so excited to buy mine. I've had my Speedy for not even a year yet. I took my bag into the Scottsdale store this past week [10/19/25] to see what could be done about a tear around the leather near the key holder inside my bag, even though it's not a full year old. The Louis Vuitton repair specialist looked surprised and a bit in disbelief that it happened [he even checked to see if I really purchased it from the store on his handheld computer] right in front of me! Adding insult to injury. As if I was lying about it being new. But he confirmed it was true after finding it in his system he almost seemed to catch himself. He explained they could repair it, but the entire handle would need to be replaced because it's one piece [meaning the leather wouldn't match the other side once repaired]. He tried to explain that the new leather on the repaired side would be a slightly different shade and wouldn't match perfectly. Also, they could only fix the damaged side. So, if I wanted the other handle on the opposite side to match/be replaced, I would have to pay extra. In other words, they don't guarantee their products and couldn't do anything for me or my problem, and what they could do wouldn't match the other side? That doesn't do anything, but further ruin the bag. I felt my heart drop into my stomach, and tears filled my eyes. I walked out of Louis Vuitton crying, realizing I spent $2k on a bag that fell apart in less than a year! SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR SOMETHING ELSE. I wish you better treatment than I received. What a f'ing joke. They opened their expanded store at Fashion Square and have gone back to no longer allowing customers to browse uninterrupted. You MUST have a sales associate escort you around the store. They claim it's company policy. It's simply trying to create an undeserved sense of exclusivity. Did a walk around of the store and I found one that I liked. Alex was the associate that helped us and he was wonderful. He brought over a few different styles and colors to look. He also brought us some sparkling waters as well. He even boxed up some perfume and cologne samples! I needed a new slim card holder so I chose one of those in the black Monogram Empreinte Leather. Not sure why we were charged $5 more than what the price is online though?? I also chose the OnTheGo PM in the dove/cream color and absolutely love it! They didn't have any in stock at the time so they had to have it shipped in and I picked it up Wednesday evening. The associate on Wednesday evening was nice as well. Abysmal Customer Service! On 11-JAN, around noon, I brought my wife and daughter to the store to purchase a set of tall boots. Bottom line up front, I have never had a more distasteful experience in a LV store than I just experienced. The check-in process went smoothly and the lady working the process was everything we've come to expect at a LV store but, that was where the pleasantness ended. We made our way back to the ladies shoe section after being told someone would be right with us as there were associates available. My wife knew exactly what she wanted and this was an early Valentine's gift so she would wear the boots while the weather was still appropriate in Phoenix. Not one sales associate greeted us. Two associates literally stood less than 10 feet from us, clearly noting us, and studiously ignoring us. We have a closet full of orange boxes and make regular purchases so, after nearly 30-minutes waiting without so much as a hello, we decided the customer service on the website is much better. We left and will order them without the pompous arrogance experienced at this ridiculous excuse for a LV store. read more

High end store. Five star service? Yes! I brought a wallet here to be fixed and considering what I paid for it, it was worth getting it fixed! Of course the repair fee was not cheap either.... The only confusion I had with this store was all the security and salespeople wore black and looked nice. We ended up mistakenly talking to two security guys! I have a collection of products but this time my hubby surprised me with the Palm Springs MM backpack and a Keepall Bandouliere 45 travel bag. Just wanted to highlight what I witnessed at Fashion Square on 02/05/26. My wife and I usually walk Fashion Square in the mornings. Around 9:30 today, or a little later, we were taking our usual stroll down the 2nd level of the mall when we overheard and saw an awful interaction between a group of Louis Vuitton employees. (I noticed they were all employees because they all wore the same black color suits and had LV branding). As we were walking past, I witnessed an older asian woman out of the group be extremely rude to employees at the Nordstrom coffee bar. I was taken aback at how pretentious, rude, unprofessional, and beneath everyone her attitude was. Although I did not see this interaction inside the Louis Vuitton store, I thought it was a shame to see that she was treating other people like this while wearing her uniform and representing this company. After seeing this, I went up to the two employees and asked if they were ok. My wife and I have been walking this mall for over 8 years and have never seen other employees from other stores treat people like this. My husband surprised me with my first LV bag. I expected more out of it given the price. Not functional or as nice as bags I've paid $500 for or less! Turns out it had been previously returned! Crumbs inside and no plastic on any hardware. Scratched feet. Returning was not quick. Not professional, just disappointing. Service could have been way better given this is a so called luxury brand. I've seen it done before and I'm sure there are other ways to do it but NO she didn't even let me inside the store. Zero. I bought a pair of sunglasses and a bag. We got to the store near closing time on Friday and wrapped up when the doors were locked. The sunglasses were the last pair so the advisor asked me to look them over. They seemed fine in the store lighting. The advisor took them and the bag to the back to wrap. We waited a bit, I assume she cleaned them up because they were the showroom pair. I opened the box the next morning to wear them and there was a scratch down the center of the right lens. I was shocked. Not having another pair of glasses, and getting out of the car to watch our grandson play football in the beautiful Arizona sunshine, I had to wear the glasses for an hour. I then packaged them back up and took them back to the store. The manager was called over. This poor pretentious soulless wench with chapped, cc cream covered lips and zero personality or emotion approached - ready to crush me. She said NO! No refund or exchange. My fault for not noticing the scratch in store and then wearing them. Had I said I did not wear them, she said she would have exchanged them. So I should have lied? She brushed me off, pushed me away without advice. Just to go replace the lenses. That's all. No guidance on the process. No empathy. Her hands shaking with zero eye contact and in silence as she packed them up and slid them over. Rude, robotic, wretched. I saw the bad reviews on this store. I believe that experiences are what we make them. So I went into the store anyway. Well I was proved wrong and that we are at the mercy of humans who have too much power. This is one of those stores that has decided to make you lineup outside to get in, and then they insist that somebody follows you to pester you constantly while you shop. The lady at the front was pretentious and spectacularly unhelpful. I was ready to spend several thousand dollars on a purse for my wife - one of many - but decided not to bother going on their waitlist to lineup outside their store. I really despise pretension when it comes to shopping. In my opinion, LV should feel grateful that their clients would take their time and money to Grace their store. They are definitely conveying exactly the opposite at this store. In my opinion, the management should be fired and replaced by competent people that value client relationships. I scheduled an appointment for my bag to be assessed for damage that I purchased March 2021. Without any grief they gave me a $2k credit as some stitching had came out and the rim of the bag was separating. They gave me a brand new bag as "it was a known problem." I also brought a wallet in that I purchased 2018, but they said it had "normal wear and tear". I suspect I waited a little to long to bring it in to be assessed. Looking for a new briefcase with a unique design. After a 10 minute wait in line & only two customers at a time, I gained access. Stacy, who has been with LV for decades was my Luxury Specialist in my hunt for the large "On The Go" briefcase. Although the specific style I wanted was not in the store as I changed my mind color-wise, Stacy asked me to call/email her the following day to see if the daily shipment would bring it to inventory. It wasn't, so purchasing online was the next option as I didn't foresee going to the LV store back in Atlanta. Color breakdown Brown is canvas, Black is leather. All the complimentary bells & whistles including shipping are offered. Any repairs needed on your handbags/luggage approximate wait time is between 6-10 weeks & that's without an assessment. Even with limited occupancy & a lean team of employees, my visit was expedient & positive. The store is heavily disinfected after each customer in a clean environment. I took my purses to Repair at the Scottsdale mall Louis Vuitton store and my purses were in perfect shape nothing was wrong with them I just needed to put a new handle on one and the other one they were gonna redo it brand new while the one with the handle they tore it up on the sides where they replaced the handle and they blamed it on me that I brought it in with the canvas all cracked on both sides When I dropped off my purse, they gave me a receipt stating that my purse was in perfect condition when I took it to the store. But the repair manager, Joshua, that is a very rude old man refused to work with me and make things right so please if you take your purse to get repaired make sure you video take pictures of all of your purse or else. They will mess it up and blame it on you that it was already like that. I also have a receipt stating that my purse was in perfect condition. Also the store manager at the Scottsdale mall called me. She really didn't care she replace one of my purses, but the other one she said she couldn't do anything.
