I saw his vehicle advertisement and I contacted him the next day. He squeezed me in so I thought I had made the correct choice in an Hvac company. When he arrived I saw how sloppy his appearance was and I thought to myself he is doing outside work so maybe that's why he looks this way. He arrived and said that my fan wasn't working now I know before my air went out it was working. I thought maybe he just said that to get more money out of me but I couldn't prove it. Then he says the part would cost me $170.00 ( which I later found out from another person that the part can be purchased for $23.00 tax included). He started rushing me to make a decision to pay for the part or he would leave. I have two children and two dogs that were getting overheated because the temperature was over 100 degrees. I let him know that I thought he was very unprofessional and I only planned on spending no more than $112.00 today for Freon he apologized and gave me a $25 discount on my services. He put the part on and recharged the unit. We went in and checked the air it was slightly blowing he said it will get cold momentarily and I might need to clean out my evaporator coil. He said he would charge me $150.00 to clean it, I said no thanks you just took all of my money. He said I could do it myself so I went to the store that night and bought the evaporator coil cleaner and a air filter. I spent $20.00 for those items came back home and it was hotter than before he came. My air had went out again. I called him and he kept saying I need to clean out my coils, I asked him to walk me through the steps. He was very reluctant to do that then he says that he will charge me a $100 to come and clean it. What???? I told him I just paid you $250 to repair my ac unit and it is not working the same day. He said he would come over that next day and guess what I haven't seen him since. I had to get someone else to come over and now it is fixed and they didn't clean my coils. I did not take the time to check on this company before I used it but at least he will not be able to conduct business in this fashion in the future. I informed him that you do not want to mess with me because word of mouth will kill a business. I am the type of person that can make a business more profitable or kill that business I pass the word around. The next step is the Better Business Bureau!!!!!! I have had this repair service to the house three times to fix the same problem on the same washing…read moremachine. There is a nut that holds the washer drive pulley in place. It was coming loose and dropping down to scrape on the shield that covers the pulley thus making a heck of a noise. On the first visit, the repair person tightened the nut and all was well for a couple of months. Then, the noise again. I called them and said I was having the same issue and out he comes to do the same thing for another fee. A couple of months later and the same issue comes up again. This time, I told them to either use a nyloc nut or use red locktite on the threads or both to stop the nut from coming loose. He came out (third time) and tightened up the nut again. A couple of months later, same issue. This time I did the work myself. I checked the nut and it was loose again. There was NO evidence of locktite on the threads. I tightened the nut and used red locktite and am waiting to see what happens. BYW, I gave a review on George Jones website to the above affect and he did not post it. Guess he is only interested in positive reviews. I am not real upset with them but would have expected a price break or a phone call after their repair person failed to fix the problem three times. I had recently purchased a new home and had only lived in it for 30 days before their plumber's negligence caused my basement to flood. I had paid $7,000 for a sewer line replacement, and despite taking my full payment, the plumber failed to complete the job. He had left my home exposed from the outside, allowing water to pour in during a storm three weeks later. This was no accident -- it was pure negligence. When he finally returned after the flooding, he casually admitted that he had been supposed to come back three weeks earlier to lay cement over the area he worked on but failed to do so. That level of carelessness was completely unacceptable. Because of his negligence, I had to endure devastating damage. My finished basement had to be gutted -- all the drywall was ripped out, mold remediation had to take place, my engineered hardwood floors were destroyed, and I had been dealing with contractors in and out of my house. Two and a half months later, the situation was still ongoing. I still had no floors. My drywall was still missing. My home remained a disaster and unusable, and I hadn't been able to enjoy it since the nightmare began. To make matters worse, I had to miss several days of work to manage the non-ending contractors, all while enduring the overwhelming stress of the constant repairs. On top of that, a strong odor lingered in my house, making it even more difficult to live in. I was forced to stay in a hotel and with family for a while. I am a mother of a two-year-old, and the strain this placed on my family was immeasurable. What was even more appalling was the complete lack of accountability from K Harris Plumbing. Despite everything I went through, I never heard again from Kenny the plumber again after he returned after the flood to put cement on the neglected area. He put me in contact with his insurance company and that was it. This happened in February 2025. Since then there was no follow-up, no check-in to see how I was managing, and absolutely no effort to make things easier for me. Even after I reached out to the company/ Kenny the Plumber via email to explain the severity of the damage they caused and how it turned my life upside down. I was ignored. Not even a single apology or a partial refund. I deeply regret my decision to hire this company. It was devastating to invest in a new home only to have it ruined by the very people I trusted to do their job. I urged others to learn from my experience with this K Harris Plumbing and take caution.

He asked if he could come back another day. During his first visit, he made this huge hole for the lights but decided it would be better to put the lights in a different spot. I agreed. He promised to repair the hole and it would look like the hole was never there. He asked if he could come back to repair it. He made several appointments to come back but something always came up. I knew then he didn't know how to fix it. When he finally came back, his attempt to fix the hole was HORRIFIC!! (see pictures) He then said he would pay his contractor to come back and do it. During all of this, he wanted me to pay for everything in full, even though he had not finished the job. I refused, I had already paid him a deposit of $100 and would not pay a dime more until the job was finished. He contacted me 5 times asking me to pay him before the work was done. Even today as his contractor is working to repair the hole, he is STILL trying to get me to pay him before he finishes. Be careful, he lies a lot. He even claimed he couldn't keep our appointment because he needed to take his fiance to the ER. He took a picture of her laying on the floor. (Looks staged to me - who takes a picture if it's an emergency with your fiance?) Mr. Roderick Fulton answered the phone himself and said that he could have somebody at the house within a few hours. His serviceman, Al, called before he arrived and showed up promptly at the scheduled time at 11:00. At first Al thought the problem might be that inducer motor for the furnace needed replacing, but when he got up into the attic, he found that the motor had just gotten stuck and needed to be dislodged. He had the heat up and running in less than an hour! I am so appreciative of Al's honesty and professionalism. It reflects well on Mr. Fulton's company. (He easily could have told me that it was in fact a bad inducer motor or some other more costly problem). I am happy to leave R Fulton their first Yelp review. Definitely earned 5 stars!
