I contacted several auto glass companies and found that most quotes were significantly higher than what Doctor Auto Glass offered. From the beginning, they answered all of my questions clearly. They explained the difference between OEM and aftermarket glass, confirmed the use of FYG (Fuyao) glass, included ADAS calibration, offered a calibration report, and provided a lifetime workmanship warranty. They installed a new FYG Acoustic windshield, performed the ADAS calibration in-house, and provided a calibration report showing the calibration was completed successfully. All Toyota Safety Sense features are working properly and there are no warning lights or system errors. My total cost was about $480 paid by card. The entire process was smooth, professional, and transparent from start to finish. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work, communication, and overall value. I made my appointment online, which was pretty easy. I filled out the form and was also able to file the insurance claim through the process, which made everything more convenient. When I arrived, I waited in the lobby while the repair was being done. They had coffee, water, and Wi-Fi available, which was nice. I arrived around 9:45 AM and the repair was finished by 10:34 AM, so the whole visit was fairly quick. The technician who helped me was Edwin. He did a great job and explained everything clearly. He also let me know that there weren't any restrictions afterward, such as getting my car washed with a pressure washer. Overall, it was a smooth and easy experience. The repair was quick, the process was convenient, and Edwin provided great service. I forgot to take a before repair pic, but the after pic you can see the chip filled in.
