I went with the 3M ceramic IR film with 50% for the front windshield and 15% all around. It makes a huge difference for blocking out sunlight and heat from entering the 4Runner. I like that it's dark enough for privacy, but not too dark that you can't see at night. As for the front windshield, I appreciate that it's tinted enough to block out the sun and not too dark that other drivers can't see me. Oscar was really professional and got the job done in three hours. He also offers excellent pricing compared to the previous shops I went to get my others cars tinted. I went with 5% Rayno, and that's where it went wrong. Rayno offers 2 colors for tint so the 5% didn't match the one he used for the windshield, I wish I researched this but the 5% is brown and the windshield has a grey tone. He also sliced the rubber on the front fixed glass, he also didn't tint it all the way for the small front fixed glass. Personally for what I paid I'm not too far off from getting Xpel XR Plus. Yes I told him I'm disappointed and really it's a FYI but as a business owner he decided to just read my message and not reply. He clearly doesn't give a crap, he got my money and this review will not steer people away but I'm venting. I HAD tint and I was removing the glue and I told him I'm leaving the corners for him because I didn't want to cut the rubber and what do you know? He cuts and damages the rubber. I'm ordering replacement parts now for the damaged rubber seals to which the glass is attached to and will need to retint the car. So I'm going to be nearly $1000 down the hole for this ordeal. So thank you for taking my money.

This is a father-and-son-owned shop, and you can tell they take pride in doing things the right way. The photos I've posted show the old exhaust parts that were cut and removed, the replacement components, and the finished install underneath the vehicle. Everything was fitted cleanly and solidly--no shortcuts, no sloppy work. They replaced my muffler and repaired the damaged section from the theft in just a little over an hour, which honestly exceeded my expectations. The car sounds right, drives smoothly, and feels properly repaired--not patched together. What I appreciated most was their honesty and efficiency. They explained what needed to be done, got straight to work, and delivered exactly what they promised. In connection with a planned 2000 mile trip, I took the SUV to my long-time mechanic, Ise Automotive, in Los Feliz. When I picked up the car, I was told that there was something "odd" about the Michelin tires on the vehicle and that I should have them checked out by a tire expert. He recommended American Tire Centers, with whom he'd done business for decades. I was skeptical, as I'd put very few miles on the tires, but nevertheless called American to determine when I might have them inspected. Vahe ("Vic") said I could bring in the vehicle the same afternoon. When I arrived, the lot was filled with cars under some stage of repair or replacement. Nevertheless, Vic turned immediately to examining my Michelin tires. To my untutored eye, they looked pristine. However, after completing his inspection, Vic said that due to their age, the rubber was separating from the material beneath. This, he told me, is why tire warranties are valid for a maximum number of Miles (usually 50,000) OR time period (in this case, five years). It was clear I was going to have to replace the tires. The question, then, was "With what?" At the age of 80, I am a "careful" consumer. When I'm teeing up to buy a product or to commission a service, I do my homework. In this case, however, it had largely been done for me. Paired with a string of online recommendations attesting to the honesty of the shop, I also had absolute confidence in my mechanic of several decades, who had sent me to Vic with his endorsement. I purchased a set of four new Michelins. Vic said he'd do an alignment only if it were necessary. The next morning (less than 24 hours after I'd been advised by my mechanic to have an expert inspect the tires), the car was ready for pickup. Vic told me to bring it back for inspection when I returned from my trip. Conclusion: I could not have been happier or more impressed with the treatment accorded me by Vic and his colleagues. They were professional, prompt and, I believe, honest in their pricing. Based upon my experience, I've no hesitancy in recommending them without reservation.

The gentleman on the phone said the transmission fluid is for life unless I'm towing or carrying heavy loads. When I questioned why I see that it's recommended online he says that dealers will recommend this service all day but if you check the Toyota maintenance manual it says you don't need it. Man! I haven't even been to this shop yet and I'm already getting a good feeling about this place. It's a bit more expensive for an oil change than other places that have quoted me, but I like that they use factory parts including Toyota oil filters. I'll update this review once I get the car in for my first visit. Stay tuned.... 6/29/26 - Brought my Sienna in for an oil change + complimentary 30-point inspection (since it was my first time there). Jared took the van for a spin, brought it back and lifted it up. They found a little oil seepage coming out of the transfer case. I let them know that I did see a transfer case drain/fill on the CarFax report before I bought it. Jared thinks they just didn't torque it properly so they were going to retorque and clean up around the area and keep an eye on it. Worst case scenario, they would need to order a new drain plug gasket and I'd have to come back to get it replaced. Thankfully, the drain plug just needed to get tightened. I was in and out in almost exactly an hour just as Robert promised. Thanks The Toy Shop team!! Pro Tip: they are booked out at least a week in advanced so make your appointment ASAP!

The radiator cap was loosing pressure so the coolant was leaking again, replaced-No Charge. Then we found a leak in the water pump and knowing I was strapped for cash (I didn't have my credit card and only a Ben in my pocket-yeah have a little more OG KUSH Mikey) Logan only charged me for the part at $72.21. I saved $140 and he reminded me of how nice my review was and other things that I do as part of being a friend that I just do naturally. I'm telling you again my local Yelper's [THIS] is where you take your sick 4 wheeled horse & buggy!
