Kristen was patient and allowed our son to feel the tools, easing any fears he might have had. She expertly cajoled him into giggles. And he wasn't perfect but no one expects that and the best part, you know your kid isn't the only kid hollering. Adults can get their hair cut here as well for families where the kids feel better seeing their parents go through it. Rates were higher than average but for what it is --- TAKE MY MONEY. The only tough part for us was leaving. The kid didn't want to leave the toys. My only criticism was regarding cleanliness. The selection of jewelry is very diverse and reasonably priced. My first helix piercing was done years ago and was an awful experience, so I was a little nervous - that was quickly over because she makes you feel very comfortable. The jewelry is placed in a sterilizer, a much different experience than my first one. The procedure was quick and pretty painless. Even the healing thus far has been very easy and I don't even notice it. Very well done! I'll be heading back in a few weeks for another one with her.

My edges and designs always get "Wows" and "where did you get that?" I feel comfortable taking my son there because they have a strict code of civility for their barbers and clients (no cussing, no swearing etc). This "Owner" has a severe issue with his pride. He seems to assert by his words and actions that simply because he owns a Barber Shop and has the authority to accept and decline business that he can talk to another Grown Man as if he is an child. The artist we had complained because she was "shaky", and blamed her for the mistakes he made on her tattoo, and was mean to her while getting tattooed. He tattooed over a mole that she had made clear she wanted it to be left out of the tattoo. If they cannot handle a moving target, maybe they should not be a tattoo artist. I do not recommend this studio at all!!
