When I called to make sure they could fit me in, Rob, the GM, was very friendly and encouraged me to bring my bike in whenever it was convenient. When I arrived, both Rob and Kyleem (sp?) were courteous and welcoming. Rob gave my bike a once over so we would have an idea of what all would be required in the tuneup-and he didn't do it in the typical I'll-talk-down-to-you-because-you're-a-woman way most bike shops do. Kyleem chatted with me about bikes and gave me a lot of good info about the differences between two group sets on a new Giant I'm thinking about buying. They promised my bike would be ready the next day and sure enough, I got an email the next afternoon that it was ready to pick up. I got the same friendly service when I picked up my bike, and the cost for tuneup and hub repair was super reasonable. If you need service or maybe a new bike, definitely give this shop a try. You won't be disappointed.

They gave me a seat AND they showed me a Specialized (brand) Roll (model) with a low bar entry. I came back to buy one, but they didn't have the size I needed so they searched the other stores and found me one in their Glenside store. I wanted it before their weekly swap day, so I picked it up in Glenside. Fritz had a simple and amazing fix for my knee pain--raising the seat. I took a quick spin down the street. It was amazing! i remembered how much I enjoy riding. And. no more pain! I then took the bike back to Paoli where Sig mounted (and recommended) the "running lights" and odometer the shop sold me as well as the "basket" I bought on Amazon. He also took the initiative to fix the mottled paint job under the handlebar. THANK YOU!!! Tomorrow I am hitting the bike trail for the first time in about 20 years. I highly recommend this store. Must be a lingo the one manager likes to throw around. What manager would say that to two new clients after knowingly that they have been patiently waiting over a year for the bikes to come? It's basically saying, I don't care about your $3,000 deposit commitment, I don't care about your patience of waiting over a year and still not knowing when your bikes will arrive and I don't care that you are choosing us to do business with as first time bicycle buyers. it's basically saying, we have people lined up that will take your place, you are just a number on a "laundry list" to us. We really wanted to have a long lasting relationship with this LBS. Got my full deposit refunded to me, will rather wait a few years to get the bikes we want from another bike shop than few month with this shop. I will never return to them for anything, ever. Looks like their over inflated egos have overgrown good old fashioned customer care, loyalty, resolution and respect. You don't treat a client like there's a laundry list to replace you, you treat your client as if he/she is the only one on that list. Period. The manager never said a simple sentence for customer resolution/retention; "What can I do to fix this and keep you as our new clients". I recently brought my bike in for a tune up and must say their bike maintenance and repair service is really exceptional. Darryl manages the shop and he's very good. They also recently added a stellar mechanic named Tom. He worked magic on my bike which I use to commute to work so getting it back quickly, done right and not too expensive was greatly appreciated. After a tune up and some repair work my bike which has 12k miles felt brand new. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

You'll find all the accessories that you need like helmets, locks, tubes, water bottles, etc. Most bikes are used with a handful that are new or like new. You won't find any cheap Walmart bikes. All of them are solid and should last many years. Bring your kids so you they can learn how to fix their bike, and maybe yours.
