The shop owner is extremely unprofessional, rude, impatient, argumentative, and accusatory. I would never recommend ANYONE to this lame bridal shop. As far as the store itself. The selection wasn't even that great compared to other boutiques. The shop set up is crammed and dresses aren't categorized at all. I've seen better. Ok I finally think I'm able to post an honest review since I found my dress elsewhere! Had to keep my options open until then... So I LOVED trying on dresses here. My girls made the day for sure. I had to pay for the appointment through PayPal however once attended, you get your money back minus the PayPal fee so overall the cost of my appointment was around $3. Since I brought in more than 5 girls, we were given a charcuterie board and snacks as well as champagne. Honestly so hospitable! The owner Lisa seemed disconnected. She would just hand me a dress off the hanger and closed the curtain, and told me to let her know when it was on. Once I did that, sometimes she'd clip it, others she wouldn't. NBD. However the way this place operates is you tell her what dresses you like and she'll email you back with the info and costs. I found a dress that might have been my dress and I really did watch videos of me in it almost every day until two weeks go by and nothing from the owner. I reached out on Instagram since that page is pretty active and several stories are posted per day. Another week goes by, and no answer. To this day, my message on IG is still UNREAD! Anyways, I end up emailing Lisa again! She finally emails me a list and the one dress I was dreaming of wasn't there! I finally send her a video of the dress and she gives me a price. By then 3 weeks have gone by and I was reached out to by another bridal store in Vegas through TikTok and found my dress there! I guess it was a blessing in disguise. What I did like is how active my girls got to be. Lisa allowed up to look through the racks of the store and gave a rack where all my girls and I could separate the dresses I was going to try on unlike some stores who prepick dresses for you ahead of time. Overall, I don't mind the owner not being interactive, but what I didn't like was her not being prompt or responsive. As an indecisive person, I visited 4 dress stores in the Valley, multiple times, and tried on maybe 100 dresses. Believe me when I tell you that there is a REASON I went with these girls. Lisette, Amaya, and Alyssa are beautiful and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure I found the dress of my dreams. Ironically, the dress I bought was a little far from the vision I had. However, Amaya communicated effectively with the dressmakers to make sure they could accommodate the modifications I needed. I truly can't believe that they nailed it! After the wedding, I will come back and post the photos. They were incredibly fair and treated me with financial dignity. Their prices are attainable and range widely. If I could put 0 stars I definitely would. I am the mother of the bride whose journey began Dec 2025. My daughter called me with such excitement that she found a dress she loved. So she asked me to meet her at the Bridal Salon "Something Blue". I traveled cleat across town in the evening for her reveal. I walked into the experience full of excitement and emotion, expecting to witness one of the most exciting and meaningful moments in my daughters life saying "YES" to her dream dress. From the moment we walked in the atmosphere felt unwelcomining and rushed. Quickly getting her in the dress to reveal to her bridesmaids and I. My daughter said "YES" she quickly told us to take pictures and gave her a sign quickly to hold. We all took pictures . Then she whisks my daughter sway to take the dress off. I am sitting there waiting while I hear the owner Lisette immediately asking my daughter how she is paying for it. Not even allowing her to bask in the excitement . I found that very unprofessional and disrespectful. As I understand that is part of the process I also believe there is a time and place for rhat to be discussed. Not at the moment she is glowing in excitement. I watched my beautiful daughter's face go from pure excitement to complete shock. As the mother of the Bride that made me feel that my daughter was made to feel like an inconvenience, rather than a bride. Watching that unfold was painful beyond words. This was not just about a dress, this was about a young woman experiencing a milestone she will remember forever. No bride should feel pressured, rushed, talked down to , or made to question herself during such an important time. The lack of professionalism and empathy were shocking . WORST BRIDAL EXPERIENCE EVER Please take a moment to reflect on my review. I'm sharing this review so other brides don't experience what I did during what should be one of the happiest parts of wedding planning. My experience with Lisette, the owner of Something Blue Bridal, began in December 2025. I came in as an excited bride with my parents and bridesmaids for an appointment. I found a dress I loved and said yes. However, before I could even walk back to celebrate with my loved ones, I was immediately asked, "How would you like to pay?" my once in a lifetime celebration moment was stolen from me. Instead of celebrating, I felt pressured and embarrassed discussing finances on the spot. We agreed to a payment plan, though it was made very clear that paying in full was the expectation, with no compassion for the reality that not every bride can or should pay thousands of dollars on the spot. Brides understand how important it is to discuss significant financial decisions with their partner. What made the situation even more difficult was the expectation that I make this decision almost immediately, without being given the time or space to step away, contact my fiancé, and make a thoughtful decision together. Things only got worse from there. When my husband submitted the second monthly payment through Zelle, Lisette claimed she never received it. We then contacted our bank the next business day and were told, with full confirmation, that the money had left our account and was deposited into hers. Despite this proof, Lisette refused to acknowledge the facts, implied we were lying, and would not contact her bank to resolve the issue. Instead of having a respectful conversation in person or over the phone she hides behind emails, avoided accountability, and continually positioned herself as the victim. Lisette made this situation emotionally exhausting during a time when I should have been enjoying my engagement. When I finally asked, out of sheer frustration, why she wouldn't simply contact her bank, she became defensive. Shortly after, she refused service entirely,even though my gown had already been made. I was left without a wedding dress, devastated, heartbroken, and scrambling during one of the most stressful moments of wedding planning. I won't forget to mention the insults Lisette made towards me in emails to my husband, each email was a written attack on verbiage towards me, using words like "disrespectful" "demanding" and false accusations. Lisette "warned" us, saying she will get our reviews removed. Just another one of her manipulation tactics. I'd be more than happy to include any receipts of this behavior from Lisette to prove how guilty she is. THE TRUTH Eventually, the truth came out! our money had been in Lisette's possession the entire time. All of this pain, stress, and heartbreak could have been avoided had she been willing to make a simple phone call to her bank. I reserved a time slot with my mom and bridesmaids to try on dresses - they provided champagne and charcuterie, so it was such a fun experience! The stylist I had worked with initially ordered my dress in the wrong color and the inner lining wasn't added as we paid for, but they were able to rush production from the designer for a dress in the right color and with the lining. It arrived 6 weeks before my wedding, but they sent me to their recommended tailor for alterations and it was ready on time. read more

The lady who was there to help with the selection literally couldn't care less about my sister. She was cold and unfriendly. They allowed me to choose a few dresses for me to try on and asked me what my style was and hand selected a few dresses they thought I would love and they did not disappoint! I actually ended up choosing a dress they picked out for me and even when I lost a few pounds after selecting my dress they recommended a trustworthy tailor who was able to help me with a few minor alterations. A few years ago, I came here as a bridesmaid with my friend who was getting married to look at dresses, and it was a wonderful experience. That's why, now that I'm preparing for my own wedding, I decided to return since my past visit had gone so well. When I arrived with three members of my bridal party, someone opened the door. She didn't smile, introduce herself, or offer a warm welcome in fact, her demeanor made it immediately clear she wasn't in the best mood. She simply said, "Come in." I explained we were waiting for the rest of our group, and she replied coldly, "Yeah. Wait inside." Once we were in, she began asking about my budget. I hadn't set one yet, because if I found a dress I truly loved, price wouldn't have been a deciding factor. She then asked about my preferred style, and I explained that I wasn't sure dresses look different on everyone, and I wanted to find something that fit me personally. My friend, who is taking a photography class at UNLV, had sweetly offered to take photos for me during the appointment. He's not a professional just a close friend (and the officiant for our wedding) using a nice camera from his class. I didn't think it would be a problem, since people often take pictures with their phones in shops. As he began taking photos of me, she suddenly shouted, "Is there a reason you're photographing me?!" I thought perhaps he'd accidentally caught her in a shot, but he assured me he hadn't. I told her he was there to take photos of me, not her. Still visibly agitated, I asked if that was okay, adding that we would stop if it wasn't allowed. Her response was dripping with sarcasm: "A normal person would ask first. This is my business," followed by more comments in the same tone. I took a moment to process, then told her, "I think you're being kind of rude." She immediately replied, "Yup! Let's cancel your appointment." I agreed, and we left. As we were walking to our car, she was still shouting after us, even saying, "Feel free to leave a review!" So here I am. After a few of my bridesmaids posted reviews about this experience, it appeared that friends or family quickly left overly positive reviews to bury the honest negative ones which is why I encourage anyone reading to look at the lower-rated reviews. Many echo my own experience with the owner/mother, who from my encounter (and from what others have written) is extremely rude. In contrast, her daughters are wonderful which explains the positive experience I had years ago when my friend purchased her dress here with the help of one of them. I've tried to figure out why we were treated so poorly from the moment she opened the door, but I've decided not to waste more time wondering. Since then, I've visited several other bridal shops in Las Vegas, all of which treated me kindly and respectfully. Not one made me feel the way this store's owner did. Do NOT go to SOMETHING BLUE! The owner's behavior is appalling and she will destroy what should be a beautiful experience!! She claims to be harassed even with one phone call and becomes irate. My daughter and I decided to go, despite the reviews. We bought a new dress that was to be ordered. The next day, the owner tried to persuade my daughter to take the sample dress, which she claimed had already been taken to the cleaners. She said she would discount the veil, but when asked numerous times what the discount would be, she never provided an answer. When my daughter said she'd like to discuss this with me, the owner said this would be just between them, to not tell me. Feeling uncomfortable about what the owner was implying, my daughter immediately texted me. When I called for clarification the owner yelled at me, insulted me, hung up on me and blocked me from all contact! The mother of the bride and paying customer! I didn't even get a word in! It is despicable for a business owner to conduct business in such a way! She proceeded to text my daughter insulting and hurtful texts and my daughter eventually blocked her. We were able to reverse the charge (not with any help from the owner who tried hard block it) but justice did prevail! There are so many other reputable bridal salons - skip this one! We arrived on time for our appointment and had to sit in the lobby for 15 minutes before anyone came and talked to us. The woman that owned the boutique was very condescending and rude. Her daughter was very kind and helpful. During our appointment the owner brought in the bride of the previous appointment and allowed her to take photos in front of a sign. The owner made a comment "well this is just as awkward for her as it is for you". The daughter let us know that she had bridesmaid dresses and that we could try on some of the bridesmaid dresses. When we began to look at the bridesmaid dresses the owner stated that we couldn't try on bridesmaid dresses because this appointment was strictly for bridal dresses and if we wanted to do bridesmaid dresses we needed to make a separate appointment. We also called them x2 before going to the appointment and they did not answer the phone. The bride mentioned that we had waited in the lobby the appointment and that cut into our time. She stated that "well you were able to look around in the lobby at that time " . Worst customer service I've ever experienced. It's family-run-- the daughters are nice enough, but the mother is incredibly rude and honestly, unhinged. I dealt with a sizing issue with the dress that I ordered (based off measurements THEY took), and they tried to blame it on me and my "weight gain" when I'd actually lost weight and they were never able to produce the measurements they took, though I asked repeatedly. I was kicked out of the shop (by the mother) on the day I picked up my dress and after-the-fact threatened with trespassing charges, even though I was let into the store to pick up the dress I purchased... Make it make sense... I was humiliated on what should have been such a special day. Turns out the sizing issue was a design error, which I learned with no help from Something Blue as they were much too defensive to help me find the issue/solution. They're inexperienced and unprofessional-- I wish I had never made that initial appointment. read more

While I didn't buy my dress here, mostly because of my very short time frame to dress shop, I wanted to write a review because of my experience. While they have an excellent range of classic, timeless dresses, they have the biggest range of trendy dresses I've seen in Vegas so far. Which I loved. While they do have a decent selection of plus size dresses in store, I wish there had been a little more to choose from off the rack. However they can order almost any dress in any size. Alyssa was very helpful and sweet during the whole process. I do recommend a budget of $1800+ although they did have a couple options under that. read more

I wasn't even the bride and I was appalled at the attitude and the lack of customer service we received from the supposed "owner" herself. The other co-owner (which is the daughter her name was Amaya) was very very kind to us and truly made the experience a lot better. To make a very long story short. We were treated like a bother and nuisance and it truly was the worst experience in bridal shops I've ever been to. AND I WASNT EVEN THE BRIDE!!!! During the fitting was fine bc Amaya took care of us and helped the bride in my group dress and stuff, but whenever the owner (the mom-- btw i don't even know her name bc she never introduced herself) came around us was like she didn't even care and just wanted us out. Not to mention she is honestly very rude and condescending. Then towards the end she essentially tried kicking us out by saying how they are closing soon at 7 (even though their website says 8???) We replied back how we are scheduled for until 7:30, and she looked down at the time and looked back at us and was like, ".....oh well I guess you still have 30 minutes". Anyways it wasn't a good vibe and truly it makes me sad to think that she is supposed to be giving brides the best experience ever and if this is how she treats her customers, then that's sad. I would be devastated if I were a bride and this woman's ruined my whole vibe because she is just rude. I would not recommend going here simply for the fact that the owner is so rude and it made the experience so horrible for us. However they do have a pretty selection of dresses. But the dresses aren't worth being treated like trash in my opinion. If I were a bride, I'd go elsewhere. If I could give negative stars I would. read more

I NEVER write bad reviews because I know how much that can impact a business and sometimes the customer is at fault. But I have literally never been disrespected like I was today at this location. I booked a VIP appt and never received any confirmation email and got an error message on the website once I booked. I figured it was just a website/software error but it charged me the deposit and I wanted to make sure I had my appointment SO I called the store 3 times and left 2 voicemails on two different days (1 day prior to the appointment and the day of). Nobody ever called me back so I just showed up at the time of the appt. When I walked in whoever helped me (I don't know her name because she didn't take the time to introduce herself before immediately having an attitude) just asked me if anyone else was coming - didn't say hi or anything. I then asked if I had an appointment today and she immediately had an attitude stating that of course I did. I then explained to her the error and the fact that I had called and no one ever got back to me and she just said "well yeah I'm busy". Ok...well usually businesses call people back. She also seemed to not believe I didn't get a confirmation and then I explained that if she had listened to my two voicemails she would know the issue I was having. And then she proceeded to kick me out of the store and say she didn't want my business! LOL I then tried to knock on the door 3 times because she had charged me $50 and said nothing about refunding me before shoving me out the door. But of course she didn't come and answer my questions so I just left. The only nice thing I can say is I got my refund when I got home. This lady is incredibly rude and I can't believe she runs her business that way. I hope other people have good experiences here but I would personally say buy your dress somewhere else. read more

Alyssa and Amaya seriously were the best! I had visited other bridal shops and none compared to the experience and customer service I received here! Not only did they make me feel so welcomed but the choices of dresses were BEAUTIFUL, and the quality, top tier! The appointment in itself was amazing, they catered to my every need and the people that came with me as well, they made sure we had drinks and snacks and that we were comfortable. I know I made the right choice choosing them for my big day and I cannot thank them enough ! read more
